So you can be sure, that every guest is paying the same for the hotel-effort. You can always count on becoming the best priced offer for the desired time of vacation. By calling or booking on the hotels homepage you can individually place wishes for rooms, dinning room tables and massage appointments (if these are still available, but we guarantee we do our best to make your wishes possible). If you have any requests for the room such as allergic linings or pillows, a different type of pillow, bathrobe or slipper size please do not hesitate to ask. We guarantee the best cancellation fee, if you cancel before four days of arrival there will be NO cancellation fee. We do not ask for a payment in advance or a credit card number when you book a room. The payment of your stay is due on your departure date. There are no hidden costs, that is a guarantee. H Your room is guaranteed for occupation at 3 pm! H Use of the Spa and Bathing area is only allowed after occupying your room. H On your departure day you may stay in your room until 11 am but you can use the Spa and Bathing area all day without any extra fees. H Garage parking place 8 per day, after 7 days 5 per day. H Dog 20 per night without food, please note that you must make it known that you are traveling with a dog. We have special rooms where dogs are allowed to stay (limited number). You may only bring 1 dog per room. Dogs are prohibited in the Massage, Spa, Bathing and Dining areas. Vacation with children Der Steirerhof is a place of peace and quiet with the main goals of wellness and relaxation. Due to these essential priorities of making your stay as recreational for the mind and body as possible we do not have any children accessories such as slides, playgrounds or fun rooms. As a private Spa our guests appreciate the relaxed atmosphere. Therefore we recommend a holiday with a child from the age of 12 years at Der Steirerhof. Dinner Cancelling An alternative to our pampering cuisine, if you do not want to eat a large evening meal, then register yourself for our Dinner Cancelling program. Instead of the evening menu, we serve at lunchtime a light 4-course menu and in the evening a small plated meal in our Rondell restaurant or have it delivered to your room (remain in your bath robe and enjoy!). If you would like to choose this form of half-board please advise us before 11 am on the respective day. This price list supersedes everything before January 2018
