28 FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS 2015 AND ONWARDS Parque Arauco has announced projects that will add 291,000 m 2 of GLA over the next few years. Developments have been announced in Chile, and Colombia and the total investment is estimated at US$ 749 million, with approx. US$ 375 million left to invest.
