Local farmers decorate their tractors in holiday lights as they cruise down Main Street to kick off the holidays in style! Following the parade, the City of Winters and Discover Winters Board of Directors light the community tree with Santa Claus in Rotary Park. The day use area has picnic sites, group picnic facilities, a free boat launch for non-powered vessels, parking, restrooms and a public telephone. Fishing licenses and tackle are available in Winters at Berryessa Sporting Goods. Since its inception in 199, thousands of visitors have come to this small friendly marina located on the southern shores of beautiful Lake Berryessa.
