Day 1 USA BUENOS AIRES Fly overnight to Buenos Aires via major international scheduled airline with likely change of plane enroute. Dinner and breakfast served aloft. Day 2 BUENOS AIRES Arrive at Buenos Aires' Ezeiza International Airport. Greeting by your highly-qualified Tour Manager. The Tour Managers we select are chosen for their high-energy and commitment to customer satisfaction. For the duration of your stay, your Tour Manager will be coordinating and managing all of your scheduled activities and will be available to you on a 24-hour basis should you need special assistance. City Sightseeing Tour Three-hour city sightseeing tour on your comfortable motorcoach giving you an overview of Buenos Aires' culture and history as seen through its neighborhoods and historical landmarks. Included highlights are the Casa Rosada (presidential palace), Palace of Congress, the

2 world-class Teatro Colón opera house, Avenida Nueve de Julio, a ten-lane wide avenue with an esplanade in between, and the Obelisk (reminiscent of the Washington Monument). Continue on to the delightful neighborhoods of La Boca, San Telmo, birthplace of the Tango, Palermo, with wide boulevards, leafy parks, and extravagant monuments, and Recoleta, highlighted by the cemetery featuring opulent mausoleums where "Evita" Perón is buried. After completing your tour you will understand why Buenos Aires is often compared with Paris and Madrid. Day 3 City Tour ends at your Three-Star Hotel where you will check-in. Welcome Dinner at a typical Argentine barbecue restaurant with the best beef you will ever eat! (chicken and vegetarian options available). This dinner is included in your tour package. BUENOS AIRES PRACTICE SESSION. Free time for Optional Activities (see separate Recommended Optional Activities document) Suggestion: Those with an interest in art and culture should visit: Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (Museum of Fine Arts) - Buenos Aires' fine arts museum features works of international renown, including several sculptures by Rodin. Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo This former mansion of Buenos Aires early 20 th century elite is a wonderful place to visit featuring its own café for a relaxing break. Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA) This museum is Buenos Aires most acclaimed and popular museum with its modern architecture and extensive collection of mostly modern Latin American Art. 3 Leisure afternoon to explore, sightsee, and shop as you wish. Suggestion: Visit Calle Florida The 10-block long pedestrian shopping street in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. There is an unending variety of shops featuring some of the best-quality goods you will come across during your entire trip. Typical Argentine items of interest include jackets, shoes, boots, pants, wallets, purses, gloves, etc., basically anything made out of leather. "Florida" has many cafés and restaurants available for lunch on your own. MATCH # 2 vs. an ARGENTINE TEAM Day 5 BUENOS AIRES MAR DEL PLATA & Suggestion: Great day for shopping! On weekends venture to the Recoleta Flea Market for lots of bargains on hand-made leather and other goods at one of the hundreds of stalls staffed by the artisans themselves. On other days, visit the Galerias Pacífico shopping center and food court. This is a beautifully-restored early 20th-century landmark that used to be the headquarters offices of the Pacific Railways, but that was recently converted into shops and cafés. Depart on your private motorcoach to Mar del Plata located on the Atlantic Ocean some 250 miles to the south of Buenos Aires. Arrival in Mar del Plata. Check-in to your Three-Star Hotel. Day 6 MAR DEL PLATA

4 Mar Del Plata City Tour View Mar del Plata s highlights, including La Rambla waterfront road and Avenida Colón, the city s main avenue. Conclude with a stop at a Havanna Café (nothing to do with Cuba) the most famous and popular makers of the alfajor, the classic Argentine sweet sandwich cookie filled with dulce de leche (caramel) and covered with chocolate! Delicious! Have a coffee and alfajor and take a box or two back home for yourself and family and friends. Day 7 & Free afternoon to enjoy Mar del Plata s lovely beaches. Take in the sun and go in for a swim. Meet Argentines on the beach and make new friends. Argentines are very sociable and curious about visitors to their country. You will likely get a sincere invitation to get together later for dinner or a coffee! Dinner at your hotel or nearby restaurant (included in tour program). Time for lunch on your own. Suggestion: Visit the Teatro Colón Opera House, one of the world's foremost opera theaters for a guided tour of this marvelous facility (approx. Day 10 Enjoy your Farewell Lunch at a fine restaurant. Toast the conclusion of a great trip! This lunch is included in your tour package. Transfer by your private motorcoach to Ezeiza International Airport for your return flight home. Relax and sleep during your overnight flight. Dinner and breakfast served aloft.
