CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Cancellation notice shall be received by Nippon Express Travel in writing. It is unlikely to charge any cancellation fees, but in some cases we will be obliged to charge the actual expenses incurred by certain facilities and suppliers. There will be no refund from individual missing of meals, transfers nor tours. RATES All the rates are quoted per person in Japanese Yens.
