Our company can trace its business to the first resemblance of modern-day travel services practiced in the latter part of the Edo Period in the early 1800s, in which they used to issue accommodations and meal tokens to be honored by inns located along the principal highways, mainly traveled on foot. Nippon Express Travel was officially founded in 1954 as the travel division of Nippon Express Co., Ltd., and has been active in the current travel business, both inbound and outbound. Bank wire transfer can be made to our account number, at MUFG Bank, Ltd. Shinbashi Branch. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Cancellation notice must be received by Nippon Express Travel in writing ( or Fax). There aren t any cancellation fees, but in some cases we will be obliged to charge the actual expenses incurred by certain facilities and suppliers. There will be no refund for individual s missing meals, transfers or tours. RATES All the rates are quoted per person in Japanese Yen. Rates are based on current rates including tax and service charge. These are subject to change without notice. COURIER AND GUIDE SERVICES English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and any other available language speaking couriers/guides can be arranged upon your request. LIABILITY 2 Nippon Express Travel acts as an agent for carriers, hotels and all other contractors and disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, changes of schedule or other irregularities, caused by or arising from circumstances beyond its control.
