3 DESCRIPTION This villa has two floors and a basement with an area over 300 m2. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a big garden, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, soccer and tennis lanes, this property is perfect for either a big family or a group of friends. Full catering is available, and we can also arrange barbeques and celebrations. The first floor consists of a spacious living room with a fire place and a doorway to the garden. The living room has a big glass table with seating for 12 people and big windows giving the living room a lot of light. The living room is furnished with furniture from Thailand and Morocco and there is good space for having great chats and conversations by the fire place during the cold seasons. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor. One of the rooms has a single bed, while the other room has a double bed. A large and open staircase leads to the second floor, which is built with big windows that allow plenty of sunlight in and views of the garden. On the right you will find 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. On the left side is a third bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 2 mattresses in case there are more guests. In the basement you will find the wellness area with a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a sauna, as well as a massage table. You then have the opportunity to get a masseuse over to the house for a massage. From the wellness area is a doorway leading directly to the garden. Outdoors is a great place to enjoy barbeques while in good company. Just a short distance from the house is the pool area with sun beds and parasols and there is a cloakroom with toilets and showers. At night, the pool and the surrounding areas are lit up, providing the opportunity to have a splendid evening by the pool. Not far from the pool area is a combined soccer and tennis lane available for you to enjoy. Additionally you can also enjoy nature, as olive trees and palms have been planted in the area and the villa is located on an airy and sunny hill. The caretakers live on one side of the property they are the maid and her husband. They make sure everything is in the right order, that everything is clean and that you are well taken care of. The maid is an amazing cook and if you wish to feel even more relaxed on your vacation, she can clean daily as well as cater for an extra cost. There is also parking on the property. 4 YOUR SURROUNDING On a typical day in Genazzano, you will wake up in one of the 6 bedrooms of the villa and enjoy breakfast either in the living room or around the outdoor table in the garden. The pool is not far away so a morning swim is ideal to make you ready for the rest of the day. What about some soccer or tennis? There are plenty of opportunities to both relax and be active during a holiday in Genazano. The location is perfect for excursions, for instance to Rome, which is only one hour by train or car. The property is only 7 km from thehighway which goes through Rome to Napoli, so you have many options to visit other places in Italy. For children and teenagers, as well as the happy shoppers, the Valmontone is a paradise. Only 7 km away you will find a big shopping outlet as well as Italy s biggest amusement park; Magicland. Here in Valmontone you can also find small delis and restaurants. Other exciting activities in the area include driving a Ferrari on country roads along with cycling and hiking to recommended vineyards. Another option for excursions is to take the highway to a castle in Caserta or Pompeii. What about trying the world s best pizza in Napoli? You could also go to the cozy towns close to Rome and visit the vineyards there. We can give you recommendations on where to go and what to see. The villa is located 60 km south of the center of Rome and 70 km from Fiumicino Airport.
