2 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Attic Grado by KlabHouse is a pleasant apartment with WIFI, air conditioning and whirlpool shower located 100 meters from the sea and 5 minutes walk from an equipped beach. The penthouse is a comfortable three floors apartment located at the second floor of a beautiful detached house situated in the Roman historical centre of Grado. The apartment, well-positioned in a quiet and peaceful area, recently refurbished and restored respecting the house history with stone walls, is equipped with every you need. The Old Port of Grado with its bars and restaurants, the beach, the lagoon surrounded by nature will make your holiday unforgettable. The apartment of 75 square meters on three floors can host up to 4 guests plus child and is composed of: Second Floor 1 Master bedroom 1 Bathroom with hydro massage shower Third Floor Living room with dinner table and fireplace Fully equipped kitchenette 1 Bathroom with shower Attic 1 Room with double davenport and TV area with sofa where you can enjoy a wonderful view through the skylights that illuminate the room. 3 THE AREA Grado, also named "the little Venezia" is an island connected to the mainland by two bridges. Pleasant marine village rich in history, it's located between sea and lagoon. In the historical centre you can find restaurants, shops and clubs in which to spend fabulous evenings in the Italian style. You can rent a bike and reach the beautiful lagoon that surrounds the city or rent a boat to sail the Adriatic Sea and the lagoon. Grado has many waterways easy to reach by boats that connect with Aquileia, Trieste, Venice. The Terme di Grado equipped with thermal pool, wellness center, fitness center and sauna are one of the centers of the most up to date in Italy. The Water Park, open from May to September, is a complex located directly on the main beach, surrounded by large green areas with a large swimming pool with sea water, whirlpools, waterfall jets, diving boards, water slides and games for children.
