Each has a fully equipped kitchen, deck hot tub, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, and all within extremely close proximity to beautiful Lake Ouachita (many sit on the lake s shores.) Lodging -Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be added if guests are not out of the unit by that time. -We have a two-night minimum on regular weekends, and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. A higher holiday rate will apply on designated holidays. -We process your credit card for the first night s stay, plus tax, at the time that the reservation is made. -The through- the -week or seasonal discount will not apply Memorial Day - Labor Day. -Pets are welcome in MOST units, for a pet fee of $17.50 per night. -Baby beds ard/or aero beds are available for $17.50 per night. -Additional people over lodging occupancy (occupancy differs by unit) are an additional $10 each. -The majority of our accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on back deck areas. -Covered boat storage with electricity is available New Overnight Stalls at the Lodge! for $37.50-$47.50 per night. Marina -Rent extra life jackets for $5 each/ ski vests for $10 each. -A valid driver s license and credit card are required before any rental craft can be released. -Renters are responsible for equipment damage. -No half day rentals on summer weekends or holidays.
