The Company provides a wide range of bespoke services year-round to its guests to enhance their overall alpine experience. The Company specialises in Chamonix, the location carefully chosen for its extensive infrastructure and its status as one of the top 10 ski areas in the world. Pollen Brooks Leisure prides itself on the highly experienced and professional staff that it employs. They live in-resort year round and are prized for their local knowledge. Pollen Brooks features eight chalets and apartments within its portfolio, in addition to five hotels. Guests staying at any of Pollen Brooks properties may choose from three luxury packages: a concierge model (freedom to choose option); a VIP fully-serviced option or a Ultra VIP service which includes helicopter transfers and Bollinger Champagne. The concierge team at Pollen Brooks continuously serves above and beyond guests expectations. Chauffeurs take guests wherever they want to go; to make the first tracks in the early morning virgin powder, shopping at the boutiques, late night casino expeditions or the children to their ski school. They can also arrange anything from a James Bond night or a romantic picnic for two in a remote location with a personal butler. Lift passes are ready for guests the first morning (no photos necessary), while rented skis and ski boots delivered to the chalet the evening before are put straight onto the boot warmer. In addition to working with private guests, Pollen-Brooks Leisure runs corporate events in the Chamonix Valley for groups up to 100 in the summer and winter months. 2

4 THE CHALETS & APARTMENTS All the chalets and apartments need to be booked in their entirety, and they include: Chalet Lumiere A stunning new chalet, Chalet Lumiere has been designed in a traditional alpine style and built to meet the needs of the more discerning alpine visitor. Its spectacular location is a true winter wonderland and dramatic in its scale. The chalet is located in an exclusive and central area of the Chamonix Valley where stunning views of the majestic Mont-Blanc Massif fill the immense picture windows. This is scenery in its wildest and most dramatic form. It is a 1-minute chauffeured drive from the Flegere lift station and 4-minutes from Chamonix town centre. Chalet Lumiere has a living area of 230m² and sleeps up to ten guests in five luxurious bedrooms. It has been furnished and equipped to the highest standards, combining modern living, local traditions, comfort and maximum attention to capturing the beauty of its stunning natural setting. Its main focus is its living room with roaring fire, light airy aspect and drop down screen cinema system. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi. Chalet Serena South facing high above the Chamonix Valley floor, Chalet Serena is situated in the private and exclusive enclave of Prairie des Fleurs. Providing a glorious sensation of space and light, each room is designed for the art of relaxation of skiers and non-skiers alike. Up to 14 guests can relax in their rooms and enjoy the magnificent views of the Mont Blanc Massif. All rooms are individually designed and furnished to a very high standard. All seven bedrooms have a super king size bed, LCD TV, DVD player, south facing balcony, several with a hammock. There is the flexibility and space to have each bedroom made up with single beds. The Penthouse Suite features a panoramic bath. Guests can watch the sunset and listen to the waterfall, or sit out and watch the deer come to drink from the stream. 4

5 Hamlet of Chalets Philippe The stunning little Hamlet of Chalets Philippe is a world unto itself; the creation of theatre impresario, Philippe Courtines, who devoted the past twenty years to realizing his masterpiece. Located in Chamonix, The Hamlet of Chalets Philippe is in many ways a magical stage set. Comprising seven properties each with their own distinctive character and all within a short stroll through the grounds, Chalets Philippe enjoys a southwest-facing position above the Chamonix valley with unrivalled views and within easy reach of the famous ski areas of Chamonix. Each chalet has its own individual character and is crafted from antique wood. Antiques adorn every property but modern features such as a state of the art cinema, HD TV s and bathroom fittings are blended to provide contemporary luxury in an antique environment. An attractive Hammam and outdoor Jacuzzi are available to all guests, as is the state of the art home cinema. There is also a 17th century dining room. The hamlet is able to accommodate up to 20 adults and 6 children and may be sold on an exclusive or individualchalet basis. Chalet Les Trolles Chalet Les Trolles is one of the largest of the seven chalets in The Hamlet of Chalets Philippe, and is perfect for families, as well as small groups when combined with the other chalets. The chalet is distinctive for its ancient timbers and rustic charm, blending the latest in modern technology with extraordinary antiques and paintings throughout. The two-floor 100m² chalet accommodates four adults and two children (bunk beds), and two additional infants in cots. There is a large South-West facing balcony with sun-loungers and two individual jacuzzi s. Chalet Zenith Chalet Zenith is a rare find, a traditional Savoyard chalet that has been elegantly refurbished with a Zen twist. It is only a seven minute walk from Chamonix town centre and four hundred metres from the Brevent cable car. Situated in the elevated south facing Moussoux area of Chamonix it provides uninterrupted panoramic views across to the Mont-Blanc Massif and Chamonix town. Chalet Zenith can sleep fourteen guests in seven bedrooms all with LDC TV and DVD player. Other features include a panoramic outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, children s playroom and open plan kitchen. Guests can watch their chef prepare whilst discussing with the best wines. 5

Take a skidoo up to the mountain restaurant, and after a wonderful dinner of regional Italian cuisine, guests return to the chalet on skis by torchlight. Wide range of summer activities, both land and water-based, including: golf, mountain biking, hiking, hang-gliding, para-gliding, canyoning, hydrospeed, rafting, helicopter flights, pendulum jumps, hot-air ballooning. Local Attractions: The Mer de Glace ( sea of ice ) glacier. Located at 1,913 m, the glacier is 7 km long and 200 m thick with a surface dimension of 40km2. Also worth visiting is the crystal gallery, a wildlife exhibition, an ice garden and the famous ice grotto carefully carved each year into the heart of the glacier(100 m long). The Summit of the Aiguille ( the needle ) where there are breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc Range. Only in Chamonix can you go so high for such a view in 20 minutes! It s the highest cable car in Europe at 3842m. 7
