With beautifully presented bedrooms with floor to ceiling picture windows leading out to individual balconies offering spectacular mountain views. Each bedroom comes equipped with a plasma screen offering a wide selection of international channels, and each bathroom is supplied with luxurious towels, robes and slippers and gorgeous LOccitane products. During the summer months Chamonix Valley is the perfect base for a walking, hiking or trekking holiday with clear, clean air, dark pine forests, gleaming glaciers and soaring rocky peaks, and with signposted and timed walks starting from the chalet. 5 Chalet Dalmore 261 Chemin des Glieres Les Tines Chamonix Distance to Ski Lifts Flegere: 1.3km / 2 minute drive Grand Montets (Argentiere): 5km / 10 minute drive Domaine de Balme (Le Tour): 8km / 15 minute drive Vallorcine: 12.5 km / 20 minute drive Brevent/Plan Praz (Chamonix): 4.5km / 10 minute drive Les Houches: 13km / 15 minute drive DIRECTIONS From Geneva airport (Swiss side) follow signs to France (be aware that some of these are fairly small) After approx. 10km you will cross the Swiss/French border After crossing the border stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs to Chamonix Mont Blanc After approx. 7km the road splits. Take the left hand lane and following signs to Chamonix Mont Blanc. This road will now take you all the way to Chamonix valley (approx. 80km). Continue to follow the signs to Chamonix, eventually the dual carriageway will merge to one lane as you begin to approach the town. You will come to a round about, go straight over. At the next round about with the Chamonix Mont Blanc sign/logo go straight over, following the sign to Centre Ville. You will pass Carrefour supermarket/fuel garage on your right. Continue towards the town centre, going over the tram lines, you will see Sanglard sports shop as you go over the bridge on your right, at the round about turn right, following signs to Les Praz. Continue to drive towards Lez Praz leaving the town centre behind you. At the next mini round about (with MBC on the right) go straight over. Continue to follow this road for a further 2K (approx.). At the next roundabout take the 2nd Exit following signs to the golf course. Continue to drive along with the golf course on your left, you will see a crossing island ahead in the centre of the road, take the left turn after the golf course into Les Gileres (you will see the bins at the top of the road. Continue to drive down along the road with the golf course on your left, at the end of the course fence bear left into chalet Dalmore drive way.
