All rooms are reserved with hoteliers in Abidjan from 28th November until 8th December All participants should know that due to a major event happing in Abidjan from 28th until 30th December 2017 all hotels have black out dates. Consequently, we negotiated few rooms for the competition and do require URGENT booking. 1.1 All reservation have to be made before 10th November All rooms reserved until 28th October 2017 can be cancelled with no charge 1.3 From 28th October until 13th November 2017 all cancellation will be charged 50% 1.4 All cancellation made after 13th November 2017 will be charged 100% 2. The payment methods: CREDIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER We have set up on our portal two ways of payment for hotels: Credit card (Visa/MasterCard) and bank transfer. All payment will be made to our hotel desk and we will secure all rooms directly with the different hotels.
