3 SPACES The Quad at Tasman includes four newly designed two-story buildings: 3062 Bunker Hill Lane 57,775 SF 3052 Bunker Hill Lane 40,425 SF 3032 Bunker Hill Lane 40,343 SF 2962 Bunker Hill Lane 52,021 SF The Quad at Tasman includes four buildings that are new from inside out. Exposed ceilings, brushed concrete floors, inviting entry points and new technology throughout offer companies the freedom to create their own unique interior space. Full floor or full building identity is available, with floor plates of 19,097 SF to 27,315 SF. Spec suites in the 3,000 SF to 8,000 SF range will offer a compelling sense of space and quick occupancy.

4 RETREAT The centerpiece of the Quad at Tasman is an expansive outdoor gathering area as big as the nearby San Francisco 49ers football field. Inspired by the parterre gardens of European architecture, the Retreat is a patchwork of activity areas and quiet space. Designed by noted landscape architect SWA, this is an amenities area in a class by itself. Employees will have the perfect outdoor location to meet, collaborate, grab lunch or just relax. The Retreat is a natural extension of the interior office spaces. Sure you can work inside all day, but why?
