Services offered WE PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS WITH TWO OPTIONS: 1.We provide a menu of services from which certain services can be chosen as required for the particular project. 2. We provide a full development management service a full turnkey solution that takes care of every aspect of the project from inception to handover. Our team consists of experienced specialist hospitality consultants allowing for efficient service delivery, within the required project time and cost constraints, to deliver a full suite of professional design consultancy services. Our service covers all aspects of the development process including design, FF&E and OS&E procurement, cost consulting, construction, commissioning and final handover to the Operator. Equally important, we provide the service to design the bulk services and backof-house infrastructure that ensures the effectively running of the operation. a. Front-of-house: This includes the interiors and all service and structural concerns. b. Back-of-house: We design staff accommodation, workshops, kitchens, offices and storage areas, ensuring that the solutions meet the operational needs of the property.

Electrical Design: We have vast experience in working in remote locations off the electrical grid where your primary power needs to be self-sufficient, economical and environmentally friendly. d. Domestic water: We assess and design all water treatment systems for a holistic and sustainable solution. e. Waste: We design solutions for the treatment of sewerage and solid waste in areas where no infrastructure exists. Services offered 5. 9 Sanctuary Baines Camp Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana Sanctuary Baines' Camp is located on a huge private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. This is Sanctuary's smallest and most intimate camp, with only five luxurious suites. It is a semi-permanent, low environmental impact camp that has been built using commercially grown wood and recycled tin cans (collected by the local community in Maun). These cans were then incorporated into the camp buildings, forming the backbone of the structures. This construction also drew on the local knowledge of mud-and-wattle construction. There are no permanent foundations and all the decks are raised. RESPONSIBILITY: Full development

10 Sanctuary Chief s Camp is a luxury camp situated on Chief s Island in the exclusive Mombo Concession of the Moremi Game Reserve. This region is known as the predator capital of Africa and is the ideal setting for game viewing. This area is considered to have the finest game viewing in Southern Africa including the Big Five. Guest accommodation is comprised of 12 secluded, permanent luxury bush pavilions. The main deck area is split-level and offers expansive views over the floodplain while the lower level of the deck houses an exquisite swimming pool. 11 Abu Camp Okavango Delta, Botswana Abu Camp is situated in a vast private reserve in Botswana's Okavango Delta. The central lounge and dining areas have been designed to complement the easy flow of nature and to accentuate a feeling of lightness. Borrowing from the local African cultures, the interior furnishing and fabrics give the camp a unique flair. Using the same unique high, wide and airy canvasing style throughout the camp, the six en-suite rooms exhibit their own distinctive elegance. Blending in seamlessly with the natural surroundings, each tent has indoor and outdoor showers, and its own private elevated teak deck sculpted around lofty sycamore figs or jackal berry trees. 12 Chobe Chilwero is situated in Northern Botswana on the banks of the Chobe River. Walking through Chobe Chilwero is a journey into Africa s many exuberant cultures. Iron gates with silhouetting Agama lizards, a traditional symbol, lead the guest through the entrance hall and into a descending corridor, terminating in the library and the lounge. The natural terracotta colours are resonant of the Kalahari. Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero Chobe National Park, Botswana The 15 guest bedrooms are designed to fit into the surrounding topography. Each unit has a fenced courtyard with a veranda leading to hammocks and outdoor showers. The baths are sunken tubs with windows that view into private gardens. RESPONSIBILITY: Full development

13 Shakawe River Lodge Pan-Handle Okavango Delta, Botswana Shakawe River Lodge is set on the banks of the Okavango River in North Western Botswana. Elegantly decorated with African artefacts, the main lodge area was designed to maximize the river view and brings style and splendour to the exquisite surroundings. Each of the ten spacious, en suite, air-conditioned suites are beautifully appointed. Each unit is tucked away in the shady riverine forest with private decks overlooking a small channel. The structural design incorporates thatch and ferro cement set on timber decks. With a combination of earthly colours lightened with contemporary furnishing, the lodge takes on a modern version of traditional building methods and finishes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Full architecture and interior design; furniture, fittings and equipment; and operational equipment fulfilment.

14 Sanctuary Stanley s Camp Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana Set in an amphitheatre of ebony trees on the southern tip of Chief s Island, Sanctuary Stanley s Camp borders the Southern section of the famous Moremi Game Reserve. Stanley s is a small luxury camp consisting of eight classic-styled safari tents, grouped around a large central dining tent and sitting area and offers expansive views over the surrounding floodplains. The canvas tents are individually designed and styled, each featuring en-suite facilities and a private balcony. 16 Sanctuary Kulefu Camp is an authentic safari camp, gathered around an acacia tree-shaded Bedouin-style central tent. The seven spacious tents are set on teak platforms made from commercially grown forests and all have spectacular views over the river. Each tent has its own lounge area and viewing deck. Carved wooden tables and woven chairs complement the four-poster beds and canvas walls. As this is a seasonal camp, the entire main area and tented accommodation, including furnishings, are designed to be taken down and stored. During development, all the materials and equipment for the camp were boated in due to the development s remoteness. 17 Sanctuary Sussi and Chuma Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, Zambia Sanctuary Sussi and Chuma is built on a dramatic bend in the Zambezi River. The main lodge is built on two levels, amongst numerous ebony trees and the guest experience includes dining, bar, pool and spa facilities. The accommodation consists of twelve tree-houses, connected by wooden walkways. Each tree house enjoys superb views over the river and is open plan with shower, bathtub, vanity area and private toilet. In addition, there are two private houses, each with two bedrooms, own dining area, decks with plunge pools, and their own chef and house staff. RESPONSIBILITY: Full development

18 Sanctuary Puku Ridge Lodge South Luangwa National Park, Zambia Puku Ridge Camp is an intimate and traditional safari camp, perched on an escarpment in a remote part of the South Luangwa National Park. The camp is small and has been constructed to blend into the local surroundings. The camp offers seven luxury oversized canvas tents with a wrap around view of the floodplains. It has been designed to leave no footprint on the environment, utilising suspended decking and tented structures. The interiors embrace a very natural kind of African chic. 20 Sanctuary Olanana Tented Camp Masai Mara, Kenya Olonana is a boutique luxury camp nestled in the heart of Kenya s most famous game reserve the Masai Mara and commands a dramatic view over the Mara River. The camp features fourteen spacious and tastefully appointed tents with en-suite bathrooms and private river view verandahs where guests can relax and watch the resident hippos wallowing. There are also two honeymoon suites with each featuring outdoor showers. The accommodation units were designed with a combination of local palm thatch and canvas under structure. The interior décor reflects a contemporary design using a combination of light earthy tones and the local Maasai women played an active part in the refurbishment using the same traditional technique used in their own houses to "mud" the interior walls in all of the main areas and curio shop. 21 Sanctuary Swala is located in an exceptionally private section of the Tarangire National Park. The camp, which has twelve tents, has recently been completely rebuilt to the highest eco-friendly standards. The main dining area, deck and library, which are lifted on stilts surround an enormous and ancient baobab tree. There is also a stunning infinity swimming pool overlooking the water hole. Each of the twelve luxurious canvas pavilions are shaded by tall acacia trees and feature a spacious open plan arrangement with comfortable king or twin beds, as well as en suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. 22 Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp Bwindi National Park, Uganda Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp is a permanent luxury tented camp nestled in the mist-swathed rainforests of mountainside in the heart of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The exclusive location the sole property within the park s boundaries - affords Gorilla Forest Camp the status of being the ideal base for gorilla tracking, primate viewing and birding excursions in the park. Gorilla Forest Camp has been designed to blend seamlessly into this most atmospheric of environments, carefully-appointed towards the misty valleys and looming, forestclad mountains that protect this fragile eco-system. Accommodation is in 8 double tents, raised on wooden platforms, each with ensuite facilities and hot and cold running water, WC, basin and unusually a bathtub looking out onto the forest. Each tent has a spacious wooden verandah where guests can relax, enjoy a private meal and absorb the exotic mystery of the surrounding rainforest. 23 Lamala Kuria Hills is situated in the Wogakurya Hills, close to the Mara River. The main camp includes an opulent lounge area, furnished with leather couches, elegant coffee tables, chandeliers and local African art. The adjoining bar area offers unparalleled view of the hills. Large boulders and kopjes form the prominent features of the site and each of the 10 beautifully designed glass fronted en-suite guest tents have been carefully positioned amongst them. Each suite includes a super-king or large twin beds, sitting and dressing areas, indoor/outdoor showers, bath, twin basins, and an outside deck with a plunge pool and deckchairs. The camp has been built using recycled steel, glass, sustainable timbers, composite decking and canvas which, when combined with use of solar throughout the camp, ensures the lightest footprint for a semi permanent camp in the Serengeti. 25 Awasi Lodge Patagonia, Chile Inspired by old Patagonian shelters and ranching outposts, we have built only twelve villas (one of them with two suites) in our private reserve. These are distributed in such a way as to ensure the utmost privacy and also offer the best views of the forest, Lake Sarmiento, the pampas and Torres del Paine. A few meters away from the villas are the common areas overlooking the majestic scenery. The main house includes the restaurant, reception desk and comfortable lounges. Protecting the environment and surroundings, our buildings are made of local procured wood, allowing the structures to blend into the incomparable natural landscape.
