7 MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS GENERAL Crowne Privilege Club is a Program that offers dining, accommoda on and other privileges at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla. The Membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the membership. The Membership Card and the Cer ficates have no cash value and cannot be traded. Membership is non transferable and the member must be 18 years of age or above to join the program. However the cer ficates are transferable. Membership fees is non refundable a er the acceptance of the membership. Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunc on with any other discounted offer. Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of benefits, rules, terms and condi ons or the dura on of the program, with or without prior no ce. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the member of the program. Fraud or abuse concerning the program/membership is subject to appropriate administra ve and/or legal ac on, including termina on of the membership. If due to any reason, Crowne Privilege Club membership is discon nued, the hotel and the Company shall have no liability, financial or otherwise to the member. All taxes shall be borne either by the Member or by the user of the benefits and all bills must be se led at the me of departure/availing the benefit. Discounts and Cer ficates are not applicable during Christmas, New Year and special events as decided by the Hotel or any other public holiday as specified by the Hotel. All disputes will be se led by arbitra on, with the Arbitrator being the General Manager of the Hotel. Crowne Privilege Club shall not be liable for any amount greater than the membership fee to any member as a result of his or her membership. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through the payment for Crowne Privilege Club Membership, a member accepts these terms and condi ons, as amended from me to me and agrees to be bound by them. DINING AND ACCOMMODATION Discount cannot be given in conjunc on with any other special promo on or offer. A valid membership Card must be presented to avail the discount and the benefits. All room reserva ons are subject to advance booking, alloca on and availability. Special rates will not apply on bookings made through travel agent or on other promo onal or corporate rate. Blackout dates for room reserva ons apply. Amendment / Cancella on of room reserva ons must be made with a 48 hours prior no ce. The Hotel s policy on cancella on will apply. The value of the specific discount shall not include any taxes, which need to be se led directly on departure. Only one (1) membership card can be used during a visit. GIFT CERTIFICATES All cer ficates enclosed are valid for one me use only, must be surrendered at the me of arrival, have to be u lised fully and cannot be used in conjunc on, cannot be traded or exchanged for cash or any other services. The Benefits as given in the gi cer ficates are accompanied by the terms and condi on given on the face and on the reverse side of the cer ficates. The cer ficates are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated. Cer ficates used for reserva ons which are not amended or cancelled even if not used, cannot be used again and will result in the cancella on of the cer ficate. Some cer ficates are for member s use only and some can be gi ed. This is men oned on the terms of the cer ficate. Complimentary cake will be only available at the restaurants provided a reserva on is made 24 hours in advance.
