4 Best place we've rented (review added by Property Owner) "Decided to take a family vacation to check out Universal Studios. We looked at so many different housing options for our stay. Finally settled on this home and what can I say? We LOVED it! The neighborhood is very attractive and this home was located toward the entrance of the neighborhood. Very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. The home itself has a great layout, plenty of room, was nicely equipped and very comfortable for our stay. It was a very convenient location for visiting Universal Studios, but was even closer to Disney. The home was very clean and decorated well. Had a very minor issue with the pool, and the manager, Linda was great and took care of the issue promptly. We don't have anything negative to say about this property, only great things!. We have stayed in Orlando at least 10 times, and this home was our favorite. We will definitely keep this listing for future stays! You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. By the way, if you are going to Universal Studios, you may want to check out a cute sandwich shop just off property called Pammie's Sammies. Great turkey sandwich with bacon and avocado. Yummy! " Bunn Family About South Palms Villa Our property is a 4 bed, 3 1/2 bath home that has 2 master suites (both en suite) and 2 twin bedrooms with a 3rd Jack 'n Jill bathroom in between. This ideal for up to 8 people, however, using the convertible double sofa bed in the living room it will quite comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. With around 2600 sq feet of living space there is plenty of room to chill out. Be it in the formal living room or dining room, the large family room, the huge kitchen and breakfast area, the games room with its 8 foot Pool Table, or on the extended deck around the pool and spa. South Palms is equipped with everything you'd expect to enable you to enjoy the glorious sunny days or balmy evenings of central Florida. Media niche including, large 42" Plasma TV, Digital Cable with over 300 channels, (including English Premier League Soccer for the Brits), progressive scan DVD player, Stereo Music Centre, coffee table, and PlayStation. Some DVD's, CD's, PlayStation games, books, and magazines are included for your use whilst staying at South Palms. There's also an upgraded ceiling fan with separate operation for the globes. Furnishings have been personally selected and are of the highest quality for the discerning traveller and families alike. We engaged the services and advice of a professional senior interior design consultant from one of Central Florida's leading companies to assist us in making our choices and ensure that it is both practical and appealing at the same time. With three stools for that early morning coffee and bagel. A chef's dream Gourmet Kitchen with Island and all the white goods imaginable as well as plenty of room to move around when two families are in town or you bring along the grandparents. Large Refrigerator with ice box and ice making machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven and Hob, dual sink units with waste disposal, crockery for 12, cuttlery for 12, coffee maker, toaster, blender, tin opener, cork screw... you name it and it's there. 2 Separate Pantry's Complete with plenty of shelving for storing those groceries along with some coat hangers to hang those jackets. Full Utility Room Games Room Master Suite Second Master Suite First Twin Bedroom Second Twin Bedroom Family bathroom With Washer, Dryer, Mops, Buckets, Steam Iron, Ironing Board, Dust Pans, Brushes... and a Dust Buster (just in case you need to do any laundry or cleaning, but hey, you're on vacation!). Complete with games for all the family including an 8 foot Olhausen Pool Table with all the accessories... and watch this space as we'll be adding more over the coming weeks and months. Absolutely huge main Master Suite with massive King bed, lots of cushions, and 2 bedside lamp stands with a clock radio alarm and telephone. Upgraded ceiling fan plus Armoire with large TV and DVD player and plenty of drawer space with a separate dresser and large mirror. There's even room for a chaise for a relaxing quiet nap. Large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space along with hangers. Full En-suite bathroom with garden tub, walk-in shower, and double hand basins. Cupboard space underneath the basins with a hair dryer included and plenty of room for those toiletries. With Queen bed and 2 bedside lamp stands with lamps clock radio alarm and telephone. Again a large dresser with mirror and a separate chest with TV and upgraded ceiling fan. Large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and hangers. En-suite master bathroom with tub and overhead shower, vanity basin with cupboard space below and hair dryer. Disneyesque theme room with Twin beds with a chest of drawers in between along with lamp and clock radio alarm. Plenty of built-in closet space for hanging clothes along with a TV and DVD player and upgraded ceiling fan Nautical theme Twin beds with a chest of drawers in between along with lamp and clock radio alarm. This room also has plenty of built-in closet space for hanging clothes and an upgraded ceiling fan. With full bath and overhead shower, Toilet, Vanity Wash Hand Basin, and fully coordinated accessories. Under basin double cupboard with hair dryer and plenty of space for those toiletries.

5 Pool Spa and Deck Extended screened Pool Deck with 28 foot free form swimming pool complete with sun-shelf and raised Spa with overspill. Heating is available for the Pool and Spa and each have their own thermostat settings so can be set independently. The Spa also has a twist timer control so you can set how long the bubbles run for. A removable fitted pool security fence is also provided to keep the little ones safe should they get out on to the pool deck unaccompanied... that said, all access doors to the pool have been fitted with pool alarms to warn you if the doors are opened by wandering hands. Full Patio furniture set comprising 2 chaise, 6 chairs, Hexagonal table with umbrella for Al Fresco dining, and 2 side tables are available on the pool deck to enjoy the balmy Florida evenings... all covered by a full screen to keep the critters out! Home Security Digital Media Systems Whilst at South Palms, the safety of our guests is very important to us hence the reason why we have chosen to install a fully monitored home security system. This includes wireless motion sensors, entry point sensors, smoke detectors, manual police/fire emergency button. However, don't be "alarmed", Davenport is a very safe area and these have been installed for your added security and peace of mind... oh, and don't worry about operating the alarms either, our property management company will deal with that and tell you all about it when you arrive. South Palms is also fitted with fire extinguishers and has signs located in the relevant areas, (e.g. Pool Deck), in accordance with state and county safety laws. South Palms Villa is fully kitted out with a Brighthouse Digital Package that includes Cable TV, Home Phone, and Broadband Wireless Internet. The Digital Cable package comes with a selection of over 300 channels that covers both TV and digital radio stations. Everything from Disney channels, to US and European sports channels, and the all important Weather Channel can be found amongst the interactive listings. The home phone provides free local and National callls to all areas of the US plus Canada and Puerto Rico. International calls can also be made be using an International calling card that can be purchased just down the road at Publix or Walmart for a very reasonable fee. South Palms is also equipped with a fully secured Broadband Wireless Internet service. If you just can't leave your laptop at home and feel the urge to check your , (personal or business), or having withdrawal symptoms because you're missing your Facebook page, you can connect quite easily to the high speed internet service providing your hardware has a built in or external wireless card. Instructions are provided in the guest arrival book and include the necessary security keys for you to gain immediate access.
