In such cases i.e. remote locations additional accommodation will be made within distance of 500 to 800 meters from the main hotel. 01 Lakh travel Insurance coverage will be provided for all our students and staff members. Best meals which include breakfast, lunch and dinner with Non Veg. (During Hotel Stay only) will be served with most hygienic ways. For surface journey 3X2 & 2x2 Non A/C push back luxury coach, which are in best of condition & from the best of transport operator will be provided. Well trained escorts to take utmost care of students and will be informed with the entire staff members, equipped with mobiles as well as first aid kit on every tour. A bottle of Mineral water will be provided every day throughout tour. On every 30 students one tour manager (with national roaming cell & first aid kit) will be deputed to take care of the group. Penalty will be charged by the Railway Authority of per head per train journey for not carrying College Identity Card and same will have to be borne by the particular student on the spot. Tour escorts will be carrying basic First Aid box on the tour. Normal illness i.e. Vomiting, Cough, Travel Sickness, Head Ach will be treated with the help of pills free of cost. (With the consent of the Teachers/ Professors in charge) Any treatment at hospital or clinic or doctor on call facility will be chargeable & will be borne by the particular student. Any Travel Arrangement to be made regarding health issue will be chargeable & will be borne by the particular student. I.e. Air Tickets/ Chartered Cars / Bus Tickets / Any other nature of travel. In the capacity of a tour operator assistance will be provided for the same. Please note that there are chances of heavy snow fall during tour, specially at Manali & Snow Point. In case of extreme weather conditions & road conditions if roads are blocked or our buses are unable to ply, in such cases the said sightseeing will be cancelled and no refund for the same will be given as we forward full 100% payment & block the vehicles in advance. Also if the approaching road to the hotel is blocked by the snow, in such case our buses will be parked much before the affected site.
