It boasts 236 contemporary designed bedrooms and 14 impressive suites. Distinction Group worked with Graft, the leading hotel architects based in Germany and the USA, producing originally designed comfortable seating in the form of armchairs, desk chairs for the bedrooms, conference suite chairs, tables, rugs and lighting. PUTNEY, LONDON Having worked successfully with Mark Elliott and Distinction Group for over ten years, I was confident in giving them the design, furniture and soft furnishings remit for the Lodge s new 25 bedroom extension. We settled on an Urban-chic theme to tie in with the aesthetics of the building. I was impressed with the time given to developing the right look, feel and detail to the layouts, with much of the case goods being made bespoke. The extensive fit out phase went to plan, with any snagging put right by a very professional team. 16 LIV DUBLIN STUDENT ACCOMMODATION EAST VILLAGE LONDON East Village London, is the neighbourhood that was designed for the London 2012 Olympians. Now converted to residential apartments, Distinction was awarded a large contract to supply over 2200 free standing wardrobes, using high quality lacquer finishes and the finishing touch to the spacious bedrooms of the apartments. LIV in Dublin, located just 15 minutes from Dublin s bustling city centre, is luxury student accommodation designed to cater flawlessly to the residents academic and social needs. Distinction worked closely with the owner, Valeo Group, designing and manufacturing the furnishings for the 215 bedrooms, 32 cluster living rooms and 2 communal area floors. Rooms were designed in a sophisticated contemporary Italian style utlising vibrant colours and crisp clean furnishings.
