12 SPECIAL CARNIVAL Theme : SCOTLAND CHALAIS S CARNIVAL Friday: Saturday: Sunday: guggenmusic evening opening of the bar party with a DJ and a competition of masks opening of the gymnastic hall to eat free cortège VERCORIN S CARNIVAL : TUESDAY MARCH 4TH It will begin early in the afternoon with a workshop production of Scottish dress up for children. The Guggenmusic Carnaband will launch the Carnival with a concert outside the school; Guggen Terouk will join the festivities parade through the village accompanied by children and the famous chariot of «Chalais Jeunesse». Both Guggenmusics will entertain the centre of the village e and restaurants while jugglers will fascinate you with their clubs on fire. Meanwhile fire fighters will make every effort to warm you up: they will hold a canteen at the Parc A Moutons with hot drinks and they will burn the "Winter Snowman" to flush out cold.
