Lalonde, WHEREAS a request has been received from the United Nations Club of Philomen Wright High School for permission to hold a "Tag Day" in Lucerne; THAT Council approve this request and that the rirector of Police in Lucerne be advised accordingly. ADOPTED. Petition re (9) dog A petition from the residents of Grimes Road, concerning a complaint against a German Shepherd dog. Elles seront payables au porteur ou au détenteur enregistré, selon le cas, à toutes les succursales de la Banque Toronto-Dominion dans la province de Québec, ainsi qu'aux bureaux-chefs de ladite banque à Toronto et à Ottawa, Ontario. Un intérêt à un taux n'excédant pas huit pour cent (8%) l'an sera payé, semi-annuellement chaque année, sur présentation et remise à échéance des coupons attachés à chaque obligation. Ces Coupons seront payables au porteur seulement, aux mêmes endroits que le capital. f _3 D Lesdites obligations sont cessibles par tradition, sauf si elles sont enregistrées quant au capital dans le registre tenue à cette fin par le secrétaire-trésorier de la municipalité à son bureau dans Lucerne et si cet enregistrement est inscrit sur ces obligations conformément aux dispositions du Chapitre 68 de la Loi Georges VI. Aucune cession d'obligations 3^insi enregistrée n'est valide à moins qu'elle ne soit ordonnée par un écrit signé par le détenteur immatriculé d'icelle ou son représentant légal, inscrite dans ledit registre et indiquée sur celle-ci. Ces obligations peuvent être libérées de leur enregistrement et rendu payables au porteur, après quoi elles redeviennent cessibles sur simple tradition, mais peuvent encore de temps à autre être enregistrées et libérées de nouveau de l'enregistrement. Nonobstant cet enregistrement, les coupons d'intérêt continueront d'être payables au porteur et seront cessibles par tradition. Lesdites obligations ne seront pas rachetables par anticipation. 19 February 1973.

8 Lesdites obligations seront signées par le Maire et le 2ecrétaire-trésorier de la municipalité. Un facsimile de la signature du maire et du secrétaire-trésorier, de la municipalité sera imprimé, gravé ou lithographié sur les obligations, ainsi que sur les coupons d'intérêt. ARTICLE 7 Afin de pourvoir durant la période de trente (30) ans déterminée ci-dessus, aux amortissements des sommes dépensées et au paiement des intérêts à accroître sur lesdites sommes provenant de l'emprunt autorisé par le présent règlement pour l'exécution des travaux d'égout domestique,d'égout pluvial, d'aqueduc et de pavages mentionnés à l'article 2 du présent règlement, il est, par le présent règlement imposé et il sera prélevé chaque année sur tous les biens-fonds imposables, délimité sur le plan no A des arpenteurs, Alary, Bolduc & Associés, préparé le 16 février 1973 et joint comme annexe "B" du présent règlement une taxe d'améliorations locales selon l'étendue en front de ces immeubles à un taux suffisant pour pourvoir au paiement des échéances annuelles en capital et en intérêts du coût de construction d'une conduite d'aqueduc de 8", d'une conduite d'égout domestique de 12", d'une conduite d'égout pluvial de 21", de pavages de 30' de largeur et deux (2) bordures. a) S'il advient que le coût de certains travaux ou dépenses ordonnés par le présent règlement soit moins élevé que l'estimation qui en a été faite, l'exédant de l'emprunt pourra servir à payer tous les autres travaux ou dépenses décrites par le présent règlement et dont le coût s'avérerait plus dispendieux. b) La subvention accordée pour lesdits travaux par le gouvernement provincial pour l'exécution des travaux prévus au présent règlement sera appliquée à la taxe d'améliorations locales et les montants de l'emprunt autorisé et l'imposition décrétée seront de ce fait réduits en proportion. c) Quant aux lots de coin, les taxes ne seront imposées que sur le frontage le moins étendu et l'excédant de 100' de profondeur. ARTICLE 8 Pour rembourser conformément au tableau ci-dessus l'excédant d'une conduite d'égout pluvial de 21", il est par le présent règlement imposé et il sera prélevé chaque année sur tous les biens-fonds imposables situés dans le sous-bassin délimité au plan no A des arpenteurs. Alary & Bolduc, une taxe spéciale basée sur la superficie des propriétés indiquées dans le rôle d'évaluation. ARTICLE 9 Pour rembourser conformément au tableau ci-dessus, l'excédant du coût de la construction d'une conduite d'égout domestique de 12", l'excédant du coût de la construction de la conduite d'aqueduc de 8" et l'excédant du coût de la construction des pavages de 30' de largeur avec deux (2) bordures; il est par le pré sent règlement imposé et il sera prélevé chaque année pendant une 19 February 1973.

Les intérêts sur ces emprunts aux banques ou institutions financières seront inclus dans le coût desdites acquisitions et seront repartis suivant les dispositions du présent règlement. Desrosiers, WHEREAS the Town Planning Commission has recommenc ed to Council to accept the preliminary estimate from Mr. Sunderland, dated 16 January, concerning the changes to the' Zoning By-law for the high-density corridor, as defined ii^.. the new Master Plan; THAT Council approve the said recommendation and expenses not to exceed $3,650.00, ADOPTED. Councillor C.B. Smith gives Notice of Motion that at a future meeting of Council he will move, or cause to be moved, the adoption of a by-law amending Zoning By-law 240-2, insofar as it concerns the zoning of Lots 12, 13, 14, Cadastre of the Town of Aylmer, and Lots 20A and 20B, Range III, Township of Hull, as well as parts of Lots 19A and 19B, Range II, Township of Hull. Councillor C.B. Smith gives Notice of Motion that at a future meeting of Council he will move, or cause to be moved, the adoption of a by-law amending By-law 214, insofar as it concerns the time limit for obtaining a dog licence. REGLEMENT NO. 296 Concernant l'imposition d'une taxe pour la cueillette des vidanges. ATTENDU QUE le conseil est d'avis qu'il est nécessaire, urgent et d'intérêt public d'octroyer un contrat pour la cueillette des vidanges dans les limites de la municipalité; ATTENDU QU'un avis de motion a été donné à la séance du conseil tenue le 5 février 1973; IL EST ordonné et statué par le conseil de la municipalité de Lucerne, et ledit conseil ordonne et statue par le présent règlement ainsi qu'il suit, savoir: ARTICLE 1 Il est par le présent règlement imposé, et il sera prélevé chaque année une taxe spéciale déterminée annuellement par résolution sur chacune des propriétés immobilières pour chaque logement ou unité de commerce tel qu'inscrits au rôle d'évaluation. ARTICLE 2 Dans le cas des maisons-appartements, les propriétaires de ces maisons sont responsables des taxes imposées sur chaque logement. Desrosiers, PURSUANT to Resolution 45-73, it is moved that Mr. Denis Charron, assisted by Mrs. Charron, be hired as Recreation Director, effective 15 February 1973 for a period of six months at a salary of $100. per week, plus $25.00 per month travelling allowance, for a minimum of 25 hours per week. Desrosiers, WHEREAS the Town Planning Commission has recommended approval of Subdivision Plan No. S , prepared by Louis Lavoie, Q.L.S., subdividing part of Lot 16E, into Lot 15E-2, present owner - R. Carisse, postponing any^ payment of the 5%, land or money for parks and playgrounds, until such time as the property be subdivided for further development, recognizing the fact that this subdivision plan simply cadasters a lot which the present owner has held for a number of years; THAT Council approve the said recommendation, ADOPTED.
