2 A privileged place in an ancient setting. 10:00 a.m. Pick up at the meeting point near Girona by our guide-driver who will accompany you throughout the tour. Transfer to Empúries. 10:30 a.m. Visit and coffee on the terrace of the Hostal Empúries overlooking a beautiful beach on the Mediterranean. 11:30 a.m. Visit the Ruins of Empúries, cradle of the Catalan culture and unique Greco-Roman site of Spain. After, we will walk along a road, bordering small beaches to the Sant Martí d'empúries village. (Optional: do the bike ride). 02:00 p.m. Typical lunch of Catalan cuisine at a Restaurant in Sant Martí d'empúries. 04:00 p.m. Transfer to the fishing village of L Escala. A visit to one of the anchovy factories, to know the elaboration technique introduced by the Greeks of this valued product. We will finish the day with a small tasting of anchovies of L'Escala with bread with tomato, and a glass of cava. 07:00 p.m. Transfer to a small boutique hotel in the city of Girona, or near the coast, or in a small medieval town, depending of the time of year and the customer preferences. Free dinner.

3 Medieval jewels among vineyards. 10:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel and pick up by our guide-driver who will accompany you throughout the tour. Transfer to a winery in the area, a small family farm of vineyards and olive trees. 10:30 a.m. We start with a visit to the winery and a tasting of their main wines. 12:30 p.m. Transfer and visit the Benedictine Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, built in the X Century, in an idyllic setting. This is one of the best examples of Romanesque art. We will lunch with seasonal products at the restaurant of the same Monastery overlooking the Cap de Creus. 04:00 p.m. Transfer to the medieval town of Peralada with guided tour of the Museum-Castle. It can be seen the gothic Church, the Cloister, the Museum of glass and ceramics, the Library, the wine Museum and the Winery. We will finish with a glass of cava in one of town terraces. 07:00 h. Transfer to he Hotel. Free dinner.

4 Hidden treasures of the Costa Brava. 10:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel and pick up by our guide-driver who will accompany you throughout the tour. 10:30 a.m. We begin with a tour of the author routes, based on the Catalan writer Josep Pla, knowing the places that were part of his life and which are reflected in his literature. * Route El Rerepaís": Pals, walk to the viewpoint Josep Pla, where you see the Montgrí and the Medes Islands. * Route "La Llibertat": Walking calmly from Tamariu to San Sebastiá Lighthouse, beaches and viewpoints to contemplate the vast sea while having a drink. * Route "Aigua de Mar": Walk of the exquisite surroundings of Calella de Palafrugell and a beautiful way bordering the coast and beaches. 01:30 p.m. We will eat a delicious paella in front of the beautiful beach of Calella de Palafrugell. Rice and fresh fish are the most recommended dishes. 04:00 p.m. Nice walk along the Gardens of Cap Roig. Nature, history, culture and art come together in this place of 17 hectares. It has more than a thousand plant species from around the world and sculptures by renowned national and international artists. 06:00 p.m. We end the day learning and tasting, in front de beach, the technique "cremat", original drink in the area made with Ron. 07:00 p.m. Transfer to the meeting point.
