POREČ NOVIGRAD MOMJAN POREČ Today travel towards Novigrad where we will make short stop in the old town centre. The historic core of the city once was entirely surrounded by the city walls, the cause of which remains visible today as a symbol of the city. Continue to Monjan to visit county home Sinkovic in the place San Mauro, situated above Monjan. We will enjoy unspoiled nature with tasting few famous wines and home made cakes kroštule and fritule. In Monjan we will visit wine cellar Kabola and enjoy lunch at a restaurant which is included in the list of top 10 restaurants in Istria in Before return to Poreč, we will visit and taste wine at wine cellar Kozlović, famous for its wine Kozlović Teran. 20

21 Day 5. PAZIN POREČ Morning departure for the Pauline Monastery of St. Peter in the Woods, founded by Benedictines in 12th century, that used to be cultural centre of this part of Istria. We continue to Pazin, situated in he very heart of Istria, to visit the church of St. Nicolas housing the remarkable frescoes paintings (15th century). We will enjoy the view of the impressive Pazin Cave and Castle, the best preserved mediaeval fortress in Istria, where Jules Verne set a large part of the plot his novel Mathias Sandorf. Lunch will be served at county home BANI typical Istrian menu with fuži, home made pasta. Day 6. POREČ HUM MOTOVUN BERAM POREČ This morning we depart for Hum, the smallest town in the world, with its walls, Town Loggia on central square and Town Gate. Continuation to Motovun, a picturesque medieval fortified town on the hilltop, overlooking a dense chestnut wood. After visit return towards Poreč. Visit Agrolaguna Complex with tasting of cheese, olive oil and wine. Lunch will be served here. Late afternoon return to the hotel free time until dinner. Day 7. POREČ AIRPORT PULA After breakfast, free time (depending on flight) until your transfer to Pula airport.
