2 General info Šibenik is located at a unique location in a picturesque and open bay, at the mouth of the Krka River. The city served as a regional center for centuries, and its wealth resulted in numerous historical sites today, including the St. Jacob Cathedral that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Surrounded by 3 national parks (Kornati, Krka, and Velebit) and with a rich gastronomic offer, Šibenik and its region are the perfect place for a well-rounded vacation.

3 General information Depending on the number of travelers, you will be able to choose between a villa, apartment, hotel or a camp resort for your accommodation. Transfers are going to be organized depending on your time and place of arrival. 4 Day 1 / Arrival Arrival to Šibenik Welcome to Croatia! We will welcome you at the airport, and transfer you to your accommodation. After check-in you will have free time for relaxation. Depending on the time of your arrival, and your preferences, different activities can be organized. In the evening hours, we will take you for a welcome dinner in a restaurant in the city center.

5 Day 2 1. Šibenik Your day will start with a sightseeing tour of Šibenik, one of the most naturally protected harbors on the Adriatic coast. As the oldest Croatian autochthonous town, it was first mentioned in 1066 during the reign of one of the most important Croatian kings, Krešimir IV. Its narrow winding streets, stone houses, ancient staircases and the remains of the city walls give Šibenik that romantic Mediterranean atmosphere. The sightseeing tour includes numerous churches, monasteries, palaces in Old Town Šibenik and the four Šibenik fortresses that frame the city. Lunch will take place in the city center of Šibenik, after which you will have a free afternoon.

6 Day 3 2. National Park Krka On the third day of your vacation we will take you on a trip to the Krka national park. The park boundaries stretch for 50 km along the course of the Krka River. We will start our tour with a focus on the cultural and historical monuments within Krka National Park, ranging from Roman amphitheaters to medieval, catholic and orthodox, monasteries. After visiting the most important historical monuments, we will take a boat to explore the waterfalls and the wildlife that is very rich and diverse, with numerous endemic, rare and threatened species. The tour will end in Skradin, a picturesque town near the mouth of the Krka River where you will have a short sightseeing tour of the town and dinner.

7 Day 4 / Free day in Šibenik

8 Day 5 3. National Park Kornati In the morning hours, you will have a boat trip to the Kornati National Park and Telašćica Nature Park. The Kornati archipelago consists of 152 islands that are around 100 million years old, and on their surface, you can find many fossils of ancient marine organisms that lived on this territory about years ago, before the huge global warming that raised the water level for 100m. While cruising around the islands you will have a few stops to explore the islands and enjoy the untouched nature. Lunch will be organized in one of the local restaurants.

9 Day 6, Part 1 4. Zadar In the morning hours you will head north to Zadar. The entire city of Zadar was built for centuries and preserved. Its monasteries and churches witness the artistic and material wealth of Zadar. The Symbol of the city is the church of St. Donatus dating back to the 9th century and built on the remains of an ancient Roman Forum. The city of Zadar can be found in the oldest European tourist guidebooks and has kept its status as a tourist center for centuries. You will spend your morning discovering the city though a private guided walking tour and during which you will visit two unique attractions, the sound-and-light spectacle of the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation.

10 Day 6, Part 2 5. Nin After Zadar you will head to Nin. The town of Nin is located on a small island in the middle of a shallow lagoon which is connected to the mainland by two stone bridges. Founded in the 9th century BC and partially destroyed a few times throughout history. Venice sacrificed the city in 1646 in order to protect Zadar from the Turkish invasion. A guided tour and free time for lunch are scheduled before your travel to the city of Trogir in the afternoon hours.
