2 DAY ONE THURSDAY 16:00-16:30 Your ultimate Beyond experience starts from Welcome drink the moment you land. Bike route: Bevanda Preluk - Bevanda (ex moto gp race) warm up 19:30-20:30 After a pleasant ride to the five-star Design Hotel Relax Bevanda, you will meet our guides and relax with a 20:30 welcome drink. Although we imagine you will probably be very impatient to start riding, your safety for us comes Dinner at Bevanda restaurant first. 3 Day Two Friday 09:00-13:00 Bike route: Today we will start with an Illy finest Italian Bevanda Brseč - Bevanda espresso at Bevanda Hotel Bar and we ll 13:00 14:30 continue with a slow warm-up ride through Light lunch at Johnson Restaurant at Mošćenička Draga the center of Opatija with a short explanation of 14:30 15:30 Opatija s rich history. We ll continue along side the Return to Bevanda Hotel (bike or car) beautiful coast towards some of the oldest coastal 19:00 villages on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula Dinner Plavi Podrum Volosko with stunning views of the sea, Islands Krk and Cres 23:00 and the whole Kvarner Bay. Passing through fisherman Sleep Bevanda Hotel villages we ll be reaching a small and old village Brseč. The Road from Mošćenička Draga to Brseč is pure antistress therapy as we ll enjoy the beautiful nature with fresh SUMMARY air from the Adriatic sea and from the pines along side the road. Meals: Breakfast / Light Lunch / Dinner On the slopes of Mošćenička Draga, we ll stop for a light lunch Destinations: at one of the most famous restaurants in the region - Johnson, in Opatija - Brseč - Opatija which you can taste fresh Sea food with pasta and enjoy a great Accomplished: view. The return to Opatija base Bevanda Hotel will be by car or 31 miles / 50 km bike, depending on your wish. Accommodations: Bevanda In the evening we ll visit a small village near Opatija called Volosko Relaix and Chateau Hotel which is synonymous for fine gastronomy where we ll be guests at Plavi podrum, a superb gourmet restaurant, listed in the most prestigious international restaurant guides.

4 Day three Saturday 09:00-13:00 Saturday is reserved for the Istrian stage. Bike route: After the morning espresso we ll use the shuttle Vozilići Motovun (Restaurant Mondo) 66km to Vozilići where we start towards Motovun 13:00-15:00 finish. The stage is the undulating terrain of Lunch at Mondo restaurant Terra Istria i.e. Istrian peninsula where we enjoy 15:00-16:00 beautiful views, vineyards and olive groves. On the Shuttle to Opatija road to Motovun we ll pass small places like Pićan, 16:00-20:00 Karojba, Beram and the town of Pazin. Motovun is our Relax final climb and top finish where we have to climb 3,4 20:00-23:00 km, 253 m elevation, and 7% Average Grade with some final 300m of Pavé just like in the famous Flanders. Dinner at Kukuriku restaurant at Kastav ancient city After a short break we ll be guests at probably the best 23:00 Restaurant for delicious specialities with truffles, where we ll Sleep Bevanda Hotel have a small presentation about the culture of truffles and Istrian cuisine itself. It will be followed by a shuttle to Opatija SUMMARY where we can relax and prepare for a visit to Kastav, an old town just above the Kvarner bay where we can enjoy a 180 deg view of Meals: the beautiful coast and islands. With a short walk through the old Breakfast / Light Lunch / Dinner town we ll take in some fresh air and prepare ourselvs for some more Destinations: hedonism through the food prepared by Nenad Kukurin, one of the Opatija-Učka climb-buzet-motovun pioneers of Slow Food in Croatia. Restaurant Kukuriku is one of the most Accomplished: prestigous restaurants and here we ll try Mediterranean cuisine based 27 miles / 45 km on seasonal and local ingredients.
