7 05 Uvodna reč Welcome note Poštovani čitaoci, Prethodnu godinu obeležili smo mnogobrojnim poslovima i poduhvatima, kako u Delta Inženjeringu, tako i u Delta Inženjering Group. U godini promet je bio veći od 18 miliona evra, što je znatno više nego 2007, kao rezultat znanja, iskustva i ambicija svih zaposlenih. Neke poslove smo širili sklapajući nove ugovore na objektima, poput Fabrike cementa Holcim, gde smo višegodišnji i pouzdan partner. Uspešno održavamo poziciju i u Smederevu u fabrici U. S. Steel. Naš sektor za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda vodio je poslove u oblasti tretmana otpadnih voda u Holcimu Novi Popovac i u Rafineriji nafte Beograd. Visok kvalitet u projektovanju, izgradnji i poštovanju dogovorenih rokova na domaćem otvorio nam je mogućnost dokazivanja i na evropskom tržištu. U Dnjepropetrovsku je Delta Inženjering odabran za kompletno vođenje projekata u izgradnji fabrike za razlaganje vazduha. Naši proizvodi, čelične konstrukcije iz fabrike»čelik«žitorađa, našli su kupce u Ukrajini, Bugarskoj, Turskoj, Rusiji, Poljskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini, Sloveniji... Širenjem poslova i potrebom da integrišemo različite delatanosti, kupili smo Zavod za zavarivanje u Beogradu i tako ušli među vodeće kompanije sposobne da ideju pretvore u gotov objekat sopstvenim snagama. Dear Sir/Madam, The year that is behind us was marked by various business activities at both Delta Inženjering and at Delta Inženjering Group. In the last year our turnover exceeded EUR 18 million, even exceeding the record year of 2007, which has by all means been the result of working activities of all the people employed by Delta Inženjering Group. Some of the important jobs were awarded by the expansion of the existing ones and by concluding the new contracts with already known investors, such as Holcim Cement Factory, being its already recognized and reliable partner. We have also been keeping successfully our position with U.S.Steel Smederevo. It has already become traditional that our sector for waste water treatment is awarded new jobs in the field of treatment of waste water at both Holcim and the Belgrade Oil Refinery. Simultaneously with the personnel expansion, where we join the youth and the experience, Delta Inženjering Group has also been experiencing the business expansion in the country and abroad in particular. In Dnjepropetrovsk, Ukraine Delta Inženjering has been managing for a year a large and complex project of the construction of the Air Separation Factory for Messer Company. Steel construction from Žitoradja were exported to Ukraine, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Poland, Bosnia i Herzegovina, Slovenia,... By the purchase of the Welding Institute, we closed the circle. 8 06 Delta Inženjering Group Delta Engineering Group Godinu karakterišu potpuno različiti periodi. Počelo je sjajno. Svi delovi Delta Inženjering sistema bili su veoma angažovani u prva tri kvartala. Ovo se naročito odnosi na izvoz robe i usluga. Kako smo predviđali i planirali, spoljnotrgovinska aktivnost bila je intenzivna i plodotvorna. Osvajamo nova tržišta kao što su Ukrajina, Rusija, Turska, Poljska, Bosna i Hercegovina, i proširujemo stara, Nemačka, Slovenija, Austrija. Cilj je bio da se više od 50% prometa ostvari izvozom. Saradnja sa bankama, špediterima, transporterima i državom vrlo je profesionalna i procesi se odvijaju bez zastoja. Ispunjavali smo ugovorene poslove u pogledu kvaliteta, rokova, isporuka, pakovanja i sticali osnove za dugoročnu saradnju. Našu viziju kao vodeće kompanije u regionu počeli smo da ostvarujemo. Međutim, u najnezgodnijem trenutku, kada su stremljenja nadohvat ruke ili nam je tako izgledalo, svetska finansijska kriza stigla je i do nas. Najpre se odrazila na izvozno orijentisane kompanije kao što je naš sistem. U početku se teškoće u realizaciji porudžbina, odnosno ugovora, samo najavljuju, traže se načini za prevazilaženje, niko ne sluti razmere nepogoda koje stižu, niti vreme trajanja. Svi su bili zatečeni. Sledeću fazu, od novembra karakteriše osvešćivanje, ali i suočavanje sa: otkazivanjem dogovorenih isporuka odlaganjem isporuka pomeranjem rokova i preciziranjem novih termina. Pitanje koje se postavlja iz dana u dan jeste koliko će kriza još trajati, a na njega nažalost još nema odgovora. Izabrali smo da se ne predamo, a namera nam je da opstanemo. The contracted terms and conditions were fulfilled in respect of quality, deadlines, deliveries, packing and provided basis for long-term co-operation. Our vision of the leading company in the region started to be implemented. However, at the crucial moment when we thought we had almost achieved our goals or it seemed so to us, the world financial crisis struck us as well. It primarily struck the companies orientated towards export, such as our system. At first the difficulties in the realization of orders, namely the contracts were only announced, we were looking for ways to overcome the delays, no one could imagine the scope of problems arriving nor how long they were going to last. We all were confused. The next stage, as from November 2008 is characterized with acceptance of reality and facing: The cancellation of fixed orders, Postponement of deliveries, Postponement of delivery terms and conditional fixing of new delivery terms.

Detaljno ćemo analizirati buduće poslovne orijentacije našeg sistema i tražiti najperspektivnije i najprofitabilnije. We shall properly prepare ourselves that all aspects of our business activities remain further professional in order to wait for the period of renewal as ready as possible. We shall analyze in details the future business orientations of our system looking for the most perspective and the most profitable ones. 10 08 PR aktivnosti PR Aktivities U godini koja ostaje za nama uspeli smo da podignemo na viši nivo informaciju o aktuelnostima u našoj firmi i pokrenuli časopis News Delta Inženjering. News objavljujemo kvartalno, tri do četiri puta godišnje, u skladu sa dinamikom radova i uz mogućnost da značajne poslove i partnere predstavimo u vanrednom broju. Želja nam je da u izdanjima Newsa afirmišemo neke članice grupe: u jesenjem izdanju posebnu pažnju posvetili smo Alfa Montu, a sledeća je Fabrika čeličnih konstrukcija»čelik«, Žitorađa. U oblasti eksternog PR-a, Delta Inženjering, sa još 13 srpskih kompanija iste delatnosti, potpisao je projekat osnivanja Udruženja inženjera konsultanata Srbije, u sklopu svetskog Udruženja FIDIC (Federation International Des Ingenieurs Conseils), kako bi se povećala konkurentnost firmi iz Srbije na međunarodnom i lokalnom graditeljskom tržištu. We wish to inform the public properly about some members of the group in the editions of the News. In the field of external PR activities, Delta Inženjering has signed, together with another 13 Serbian companies doing the same job, the project to establish an Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia, within the FIDIC (Federation International Des Ingenieurs Conseils), in order to increase competitiveness of Serbian companies at the international and local construction markets. 12 10 Objekat: Fabrika za razlaganje vazduha, Dnjepropetrovsk, Ukrajina Investitor: Messer Group, Nemačka Unit: air separation unit, dniepropetrovsk, ukraine Investor: Messer Group, Germany Na osnovu pozitivnih iskustava u godini na projektu Postrojenja za razlaganje vazduha u Ribniku (Poljska), Messer Group iz Nemačke je početkom nastavio saradnju sa Delta Inženjeringom i poverio našoj kompaniji kompletno vođenje projekata Fabrike za razlaganje vazduha (ASU - Air Separation Unit) u Dnjepropetrovsku (Ukrajina). Fabrika za razlaganje vazduha ASU Dnjepropetrovsk ima kapacitet proizvodnje m 3 /h gasovitih i oko m 3 /h tečnih tehničkih gasova. Kako je u pitanju Greenfield investicija, osim proizvodnog dela postrojenja bilo je neophodno izgraditi i svu prateću podzemnu i nadzemnu infrastrukturu, poslovne objekte, prateće radionice, saobraćajnice, trafo-stanicu, skladišne rezervoare itd. Postrojenje se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini nove čeličane firme Dnepro Steel, koja će biti i njihov najveći kupac tehničkih gasova. Kao deo Messer Inženjeringa, Delta Inženjering obavlja dužnosti direktora projekta (project managera), glavnog projektanta, poslove nabavke opreme i vođenja gradilišta. Shvatajući ozbiljno poverene dužnosti, Delta Inženjering je u skladu sa svojom tradicijom uspostavio strogu hijerarhijsku strukturu vođenja posla, na čelu sa direktorom projekta. This is about a Green field investment so it is necessary to construct, within the site of 1.7 hectare in size, in addition to the production plant, all the accompanying underground and ground infrastructure, business buildings, accompanying workshops, roads, a transformer station, storage tanks, etc. The plant is in the immediate vicinity of the new steel works of Dnepro Steel Company, which is going to be the biggest purchaser of technical gases (oxygen, nitrogen and argon). Delta Inženjering performs the duties of the project manager, the main designer, purchases of equipment and management of the site. Seriously taking the duties assigned to it, Delta Inženjering has established, in accordance with its tradition, the strict hierarchy structure of the project management headed by the project manager. The design teams were formed (the main project engineer with designers in charge and

Poslovi na projektovanju započeti su u februaru izradom i usaglašavanjem opšte dispozicije budućeg postrojenja, a nastavljeni izradom baznih projekata svih struka za dobijanje potrebnih građevinskih i ekoloških dozvola i pratećih saglasnosti. U saradnji sa biroom za inženjering Messer Group izrađene su narudžbinske specifikacije za opremu pod pritiskom, kompresore, automatske, ručne i sigurnosne ventile, merne instrumente, elektroopremu i opremu kontrolnog upravljačkog sistema (DCS). Izrada tendera i izbor isporučilaca opreme, izrada podizvođačkih ugovora i kontrola kvaliteta opreme i izvršenih radova na gradilištu takođe su deo posla Delta Inženjeringa. Zbog vrlo rigoroznog zakonodavstva u Ukrajini, obavljaju se i poslovi sertifikacije i usaglašavanja sa domacim standardima i tehničkom regulativom, kao i tehničke dokumentacije za kompletnu opremu koja se proizvodi u inostranstvu. Potrebno je istaći odličnu saradnju svih članica Delta Inženjering Group u toku realizacije ovog projekta. Poslovi se, i pored finansijske krize koja je u toku, odvijaju u skladu sa ugovorenom dinamikom, a završetak radova na izgradnji postrojenja planiran je za početak godine. The preparation of tenders and the selection of suppliers of equipment, preparation of sub-contractors contracts and the quality control of the equipment and the performed works on the site are also within the framework of Delta Inženjering jobs. Due to very strict legislation prevailing in Ukraine, the certification and harmonization with the Ukraine legislation are also carried out in respect of the standards and technical regulations, technical documentation for the complete equipment, which is manufactured abroad. It is also necessary to stress an excellent co-operation between all units of Delta Inženjering Group in the course of the implementation of this project. In spite of the general financial crisis in progress, the jobs are carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule and the completion of works on the plant has been planned to take place at the beginning of 2010.

Najveća investicija u okviru industrijske proizvodnje cementa u Srbiji trenutno je realizacija projekta modernizacije i rekonstrukcije fabrike cementa Holcim Srbija d.o.o. u Novom Popovcu. Projekat nosi naziv PETRUS i obuhvata rekonstrukciju dopreme i skladištenja sirovina, rekonstrukciju pripreme sirovina i proizvodnju klinkera. Tehničku projektnu dokumentaciju, koja podrazumeva formiranje idejnih i glavnih projekata na osnovu baznog projekta investitora, radi Delta Inženjering. Potrebno je da se u skladu za Zakonom o planiranju i izgradnji, dobiju neophodna odobrenja. Realizacija ovog velikog projekta planirana je po fazama. U prvoj fazi, projekat koji se sprema za realizaciju jeste postrojenje za predgrevanje i predkalcinaciju rotacione peći za proizvodnju klinkera preheater (predgrejač). Delta Inženjering je krajem završio idejne projekte predgrejača i od nadležnog ministarstva je dobijeno odobrenje za gradnju. Since the implementation of the project, which consists of several parts, has been planned to be carried out in stages, the first in the series of the designs necessary to be implemented is the construction of the plant for pre-heaters and preliminary calcinations of the rotary furnace for the production of clinker. At the end of 2008 Delta Inženjering completed the preliminary design of pre-heaters, presented it to the review board of the competent ministry and obtained the building permit,

U tehničkom smislu važno je napomenuti da se prvi put u Srbiji primenjuje novi tip predgrejača, razvijen po originalnom konceptu japanske kompanije Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, poznat pod nazivom RSP - Reinforced Suspension Preheater, u slobodnom prevodu, pojačani fleksibilni predgrejač. Prednost primene ovog tipa predgrejača jeste efikasna razmena toplote, viši stepen dekarbonizacije rovnog materijala pre ulaza u rotacionu peć i povećan kapacitet proizvodnje klinkera, što i jeste cilj ove modernizacije. Pored povećanja kapaciteta proizvodnje klinkera smanjuje se utrošak energije potrebne za rad peći, što rezultira nižom cenom konačnog proizvoda. Ovaj novi tehnološki postupak, kao gorivo u proizvodnji koristri široki opseg raznih vrsta otpadnih materijala. Pored starih guma, drveta i plastike, sistem je odgovarajući i za sagorevanje niskokaloričnih čvrstih goriva, kao i gasa i nafte. This combination results in efficient heat exchange, it increases the degree of de-carbonization of duct material before it enters the rotary furnace and also increases its capacity very much, namely it increases the clinker production capacity, as the objective of this modernization. Also, it uses high temperature tertiary air, which is introduced from the clinker cooling unit to the part of the calcinations unit where burning takes place.

THE TAMNAVA-ZAPADNO POLJE OPEN PIT INVESTOR: KOLUBARA MINING BASIN Ltd. Elektroprivreda Srbije je, obezbeđujući pouzdano i stabilno snadbevanje ugljem TE Nikola Tesla u Obrenovcu (preko 60% ukupne proizvodnje struje u Srbiji), dobila kredit od EBRD i KfW banke u vrednosti 73 miliona evra za izgradnju novog BTO sistema (bager-transporteri-odlagač) na površinskim kopovima Kolubara. Uvozna oprema renomiranih proizvođača (Tissen-Krupp, ABB i dr.) koja predstavlja vitalne komponente BTO sistema, prema uslovima ugovora ne može se skladištiti na otvorenom prostoru, već se zahtevaju posebni uslovi skladištenja. Delta Inženjering Group, odnosno Delta Inženjering d.o.o., PCE2004 d.o.o. i Alfa Mont d.o.o. su u svojim oblastima izgradili savremeni magacin površine m 2 za smeštaj ovih delova. Urađeni su kompletna projektno-tehnička dokumentacija, izrada i montaža čelične konstrukcije, kao i pokrivanje i oblaganje objekta. Ovaj magacin, prvi ovakve vrste, prema mišljenju stručnjaka Površinskog kopa Baroševac, predstavlja model za buduće potrebe u basenu Kolubara. The Electric Power Industry of Serbia, with the objective to secure reliable and stable supply of coal to the Nikola Tesla Thermal Power Plant in Obrenovac (generating over 60% of the total electricity production in Serbia), has been granted a loan in the amount of EUR 73 million by EBRD and KfW Bank for the construction of a new BTO system (dredgertransporters- disposal units) at the open pits in Kolubara. The imported equipment manufactured by the esteemed manufacturers (Tissen-Krupp, ABB, etc.), which represents the vital components of BTO system, cannot be stored outside according to the contractual conditions, but special storage conditions are required. Delta Inženjering Ltd., Delta Group Ltd., PCE2004 Ltd. and Alfamont Ltd. have built, each of them within the field of their activities, a modern warehouse having the surface of 2,000 m 2 to place such equipment. The complete designtechnical documentation has been prepared, the steel structure has been made and erected, and the warehouse has been covered and lined accordingly. This warehouse, the first of such a type, according to

17 15 the opinion of the experts of the Open Pit in Baroševac, presents a model of future requirements in the Kolubara Basin. On the occasion of the assembly of the dredger and the disposal units, as well as during the trial operation and testing of performances, a large number of foreign and domestic experts will be present for a longer time. In order to provide the offices for these experts, an office building having the total surface of 1,100 m2 has been constructed in the vicinity of assembly site. Upon the completion of the construction of BTO system, the building will be used by the experts of the Zapadno Polje Open Pit. Stoga je naša grupacija, u dogovoru sa stručnjacima površinskih kopova, projektovala i izgradila poslovni objekat koji će, prvi put, da omogući boravak i radne uslove u skladu sa evropskim standardima. Such a building presents a novelty at the Kolubara Mining Basin, which proved to be justified, so we have soon been awarded to prepare the project documentation for the building for accommodation of the shift personnel of the Zapadno Polje Open Pit. The documentation has been completed and the construction of the building has been in progress.

18 16 Reciklaža olovnih akumulatora RE-CYCLING OF LEAD ACCU-BATTERIES U godini Ministarstvo životne sredine i planiranja usvojilo je pravilnik o upravljanju istrošenim baterijama i akumulatorima. Ovo je jedan u nizu postupaka za usklađivanje domaćih zakonskih propisa sa evropskоm zakonskom regulativom. Ovim pravilnikom (između ostalog) propisuju se način i postupak upravljanja istrošenim baterijama. Zabranjuje se odlaganje i spaljivanje istrošenih baterija i akumulatora na klasičnim deponijama smeća. Pored ekoloških, tehnoekonomski kriterijum je veoma bitan. Dobijanje olova na klasičan način, eksploatacijom iz rudnika, višestruko je skuplje u odnosu na postupak dobijanja olova reciklažom olovnih akumulatora. Preduzeće Delta Inženjering, kao lider na tržištu inženjeringa u oblasti ekološki čistih industrija, tokom realizovalo je jedina dva projekta u Srbiji iz oblasti reciklaže olovnih akumulatora: Monbat PLC u Inđiji i postrojenje u rudnicima i topionici u Zajači. In the course of 2008 the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning adopted the Book of Rules on Management of Used Batteries and Accubatteries. This is one in a series of procedures of harmonization of the domestic regulations with the European legislation. This Book of Rules, among other things, prescribes the method and the procedure how to manage the used batteries. This Book of Rules PROHIBITS to dispose and burn the used batteries and accu-batteries on the standard waste disposal sites. In addition to the ecological, the thermaleconomic criterion is also very important. Namely, to produce lead in the standard method, by exploitation from the mine is much more expensive than the procedure of providing lead by re-cycling of lead accubatteries. Delta Inženjering company, as the leading company on the market of engineering in the field of ecologically pure industries, is the only company in Serbia, which implemented in the course of 2008, two projects in the domain of re-cycling pf lead accu-batteries: MONBAT PLC in Indjija and the plant at the Zajača Mines and Smelting Works.

19 17 Objekat: Postrojenje za reciklažu starih akumulatora Monbat PLC Investitor: Monbat PLC, Inđija Unit: MONBAT PLC RE-CYCLING PLANT FOR USED ACCU-BATTERIES Investor: MONBAT PLC, INDJIJA Projekat za izgradnju fabrike za reciklažu starih akumulatora, Monbat Inđija, započet u godini, realizovan je u decembru Fabrika na površini od m 2, locirana u industrijskoj zoni Inđije, bila je složen zadatak za sve inženjerske struke. Preduzeće Delta Inženjering na ovom projektu angažovano je kao: generalni izvođač radova projektant za pojedine faze realizacije gradnje (glavni projekat trafo-stanice, glavni elektroprojekat kabliranja tehnološke opreme, glavni projekat kompresorskih stanica i razvoda komprimovanog vazduha, glavni projekat parne kotlarnice itd.). Radovi su obuhvatili izgradnju administrativnog objekta, temelje tehnološkog objekta, infrastrukturu (spoljne instalacije, ograda i saobraćajnice), unutrašnje instalacije, montažu tehnološke opreme. Izazov na polju građevinskih radova bila je izrada složenih temelja mašina jer su morali biti ispoštovani strogi zahtevi italijanskih i francuskih proizvođača opreme. Mašinski radovi obuhvatili su blokovanje i montažu tehnološke opreme, kao i elektromotorni razvod. Nakon završetka m 2 asfaltnih i betonskih saobraćajnica, u decembru kompletirani su svi radovi na izgradnji objekta. Ovaj projekat rezultat je saradnje stranih i domaćih projektanata i proizvođača opreme. Tehnološki, to je prva fabrika ove vrste montirana u Srbiji, koja će, nadamo se, dokazati valjanost projektovanih parametara, kako na proizvodne kapacitete, tako i u domenu zaštite životne sredine. The project for the construction of the factory for recycling of used accu-batteries, Monbat Indjija, started in 2007 and was completed in December The factory having the construction concept at the surface of 20,000 m2, located in the industrial area of Indjija, was a comprehensive and a very complex task to do in respect of all engineering branches. In this project, Delta Inženjering company was engaged as: The general contractor of works, The designer of certain phases of construction implementation (the main design of the transformer station, the main electric design of cabling of technological equipment, the main design of the compressor stations and compressed air distribution, the main design of steam boiler room, etc.). The works included the construction of the administrative building, the foundations of the technological building, infrastructure (external installations, fence and roads), internal installations, assembly of technological equipment. A challenge in the field of civil engineering works was by all means the construction of very complex foundations of the machines, where very strict requirements of the Italian and the French manufacturers of the equipment had to be complied with. The mechanical works included grouping and assembly of technological equipment and distribution of electric motors. Upon the completion of 6,500m2 asphalt and concrete roads in December 2008, all the works related to the construction of the building have been completed. This project is the result of the co-operation between the foreign and the domestic designers, the foreign and the domestic manufacturers of the equipment and in the technological sense, it is the first factory of this type constructed in Serbia, which, we hope, will prove the designed parameters in the field of both the designed parameters and in the domain of the protection of environment.

(Farmakom koncern), Zajača (Loznica) Unit: THE ZAJAČA RE-CYCLING PLANT FOR USED ACCU-BATTERIES Investor: RT ZAJAČA A. D. (FARMAKOM CONCERN), ZAJAČA (LOZNICA) Iskustva stečena na montaži opreme za reciklažu starih akumulatora sa objekta Monbat bila su značajna za ugovaranje i za realizaciju sličnog postrojenja u Zajači. Projekat je započet u septembru godine, a obaveza Delta Inženjeringa je montaža opreme italijanskog proizvođača SERI namenjena za sekciju dezintegracije akumulatora (sekcija pripreme sirovina separacija i kristalizacija) i montaža opreme za sekciju topionice i rafinacije. Ugovorom su predviđeni blokovanje i montaža opreme koja je isporučena iz Italije u delovima, montaža kompletnih linija cevovoda, isporuka i montaža kompletnog elektromaterijala i opreme, ispitivanja i puštanje u rad. U sklopu radova Delta Inženjeringa izvršene su prefabrikacija, isporuka i montaža nosećih konstrukcija opreme, galerija, podesta i stepeništa. Oprema se montira u postojećem kompleksu topionice Zajača. Projekti za montažu opreme obavila je SERI Italija, a razradu i izradu izvođačke dokumentacije uradili su inženjeri Delta Inženjeringa. The experience gained in the field of assembly of equipment for re-cycling of used accu-batteries at the Monbat plant was of considerable importance for both the contracting and the implementation of a similar plant in Zajača. The implementation of the project started in September 2008 and the obligation of Delta Inženjering is to assemble the equipment manufactured by the Italian manufacturer SERI, which is intended for the section of disintegration of accu-batteries (section for preparation of raw materials separation and crystallization) and the assembly of equipment for the smelting section and refining section. The contract stipulates grouping and assembly of equipment supplied in components from Italy, assembly of the entire pipelines, supply and installation of the entire electric materials and equipment, testing and putting into operation. Within the framework of Delta Inženjering works, prefabrication, supply and assembly of the supporting structures of the equipment, galleries, platforms and staircases have also been performed. The equipment is being assembled at the existing complex of the Zajača Smelting Works. The documentation for the assembly has also been prepared by Seri, Italy while the engineers of Delta Inženjering have worked out and made the relevant documentation.

21 19 Objekat: U. S. Steel Serbia Investitor: U. S. Steel Serbia, Smederevo Otprašivanje vazduha Unit: U.S.STEEL SERBIA Investor: U. S. Steel Serbia, Smederevo Air- dedusting Ponovo pokrenuta proizvodnja čelika u smederevskoj železari, pored brojnih pozitivnih efekata, ima i neke negativne. Jedan od njih je velika emisija produkata sagorevanja pri proizvodnji, pa je pokrenut investicioni projekat da se smanji emisija štetne prašine u atmosferu. Za potrebe U. S. Steel Serbia u Smederevu, Delta Inženjering radi na glavnom i izvođačkom projektu postrojenja za sekundarno otprašivanje Konvertorskog i Mikserskog odeljenja čeličane. U ova dva odeljenja odvijaju se tehnološki procesi proizvodnje čelika pri kojima se emituje znatna količina prašine i produkata sagorevanja, koje je potrebno na odgovarajući način prikupiti a zatim filtriranjem izdvojiti iz vazduha. Izmerene vrednosti ovih emisija prelaze zakonom propisane vrednosti. U Konvertorskom odeljenju izvori emisije su sami konvertori u kojima se proizvodi čelik iz tečnog gvožđa i drugih legura. Svaki od tri konvertora ima ugrađen samo primarni sistem otprašivanja, koji ne može prikupiti sve gasove i prašinu. Ovaj sistem sekundarnog otprašivanja, čije je projektovanje i izvođenje u toku, treba da zadrži više od 95% dimnih gasova koji se oslobađaju tokom proizvodnje, tako da smederevska čeličana postaje deo ekološki prihvatljivog procesa proizvodnje čelika. For the requirements of U. S. Steel Serbia in Smederevo for the reduction of harmful matter from the technological processes that take place at the steelworks, we have been working on the main and the performance design for the plant for secondary de-dusting at the converter and the mixer departments of the steel. The technological processes of steel production take places in these two departments, whereas a considerable quantity of dust and combustion products are emitted, which need to be collected in an adequate manner and extruded from air by filtering. The measured values of these emissions exceed the values prescribed by law so an investment project had been initiated the objective of which is to reduce dust in atmosphere. In the converter department, the sources of emissions are the very converters wherein steel is produced from liquid iron and other alloys. Each of these three converters has a built-in primary de-dusting system only, which cannot collect all the gases and dust. The system we have been designing should keep more than 95% of smoke gases being released during the production.

22 20 Objekat: Hotel Metropol, Beograd Investitor: Metropol Palace, deo grupacije Classical hotels, Grčka Raznovrsnost poslovanja Delta Inženjeringa ogleda se u uspešno realizovanim projektima iz oblasti zgradarstva (stambeni, poslovni i javni objekti). U ovoj oblasti gradnje Delta Inženjering pretežno se bavi projektovanjem unutrašnjih instalacija. Jedan od projekata koji je u toku jeste rekonstrukcija hotela Metropol Palace, jednog od najstarijih i najznamenitijih hotela u Beogradu. U ovom zahtevnom poslu preuzeli smo ulogu projektanta izvođačkog projekta i projektantskog nadzora za instalacije. Rekonstrukcija hotela je potpuna, zadržavaju se samo betonska konstrukcija i fasada, koja je pod zaštitom države, a menja se kompletna unutrašnjost hotela i uvode se savremene instalacije. S obzirom da enterijer hotela na gosta ostavlja najveći utisak, neophodno je da se projektovane instalacije prilagode novom rešenju prostora, a da se pri tom zadrži njihova funkcionalnost. Sobe u hotelu biće opremljene raznovrsnim ambijentalnim osvetljenjem, savremenim telekomunikacionim vezama, moderno dizajniranim sanitarnim uređajima i uređajima za ostvarivanje optimalnih parametara vazduha. U saradnji sa projektantom enterijera iz Grčke, uspeli smo da ispunimo zahtev da sve instalacije budu skrivene, a da se pri tome minimalno smanji visina prostora.

23 21 Unit: The Metropol Palace Hotel, Belgrade, reconstruction Investor: The Metropol Palace, a part of the Classical Hotels Group, Greece The variety of Delta Inženjering business also reflects in the successfully implemented projects in the field of civil engineering (dwelling houses, business buildings and public buildings). In this field of civil engineering Delta Inženjering mainly designs all internal installations. The reconstruction of the Metropol Palace Hotel, one of the oldest and the most monumental hotel in Belgrade, is one of the projects in progress. In this demanding job, we have undertaken the role of design supervision of installations, as well as the role of the designer of the contractor s design. The hotel has been undergoing the complete reconstruction, namely, the original concrete structure and the front walls that are under the state protection will be only kept, whereas the entire interior of the hotel will be changed and new modern installations will be introduced. Since the interior is the fact that makes the greatest impression on the guests at buildings such as hotels, it was necessary to adapt the designed installations to the new solution of the interior, accomplishing their functionality at the same time. The rooms at the hotel will be equipped with very different ambient lighting, modern telecommunication capabilities, sanitary equipment of modern design and with the devices providing pleasant air parameters. In co-operation with the interior designer from Greece, we have succeeded in making all the installations hidden also achieving the biggest possible height in space.

24 22 Objekat: Rafinerija nafte Beograd Investitor:»Neokimiki GROUP«, Beograd Unit: Belgrade oil refinery Investor:»NEOCHIMIKI GROUP OF COMPANIES«, BEOGRAD Delta Inženjering je potpisao nekoliko ugovora za adaptaciju, rekonstrukciju i kontrolu objekata u Rafineriji nafte Beograd. Adaptirano je skladište za šest i po hiljada bačvi i dobijena je neophodna dokumentacija za upotrebnu dozvolu. Potpisan je ugovor za projektovanje i izvođenje interne saobraćajnice sa parking mestima (5 000 m 2 ). Do kraja prošle godine izvedena je prva faza, a nastavak se očekuje na proleće godine. Završena je adaptacija i rekonstrukcija uređaja za prečišćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda: sanacija uređaja za prečišćavanje zauljenih atmosferskih voda sanacija postrojenja za prečišćavanje tehnoloških otpadnih voda sanacija postrojenja za neutralizaciju kiselo-baznih otpadnih voda iz HPV-a (hemijske pripreme vode). Građevinski radovi na rezervoaru za neutralizaciju otpadnih voda i obradu mulja iz HPV-a privedeni su kraju. U rad je pušten pogon»10«za rerafinaciju (preradu) ulja, nakon remonta koji je podrazumevao kontrolisanje sudova pod pritiskom i skladišnih rezervoara, što je povereno Sektoru kontrole Delta Inženjeringa. Opremu pod pritiskom u istoimenom pogonu čine: 66 posuda, pripadajući cevovodi, zaporna i sigurnosna armatura, regulaciona i merna oprema. Delta Inženjering has signed several contracts for remodelling, re-designing and inspection of the buildings at the Belgrade Oil Refinery. The storage yard for six thousand and five hundred barrels has been re-designed and all relevant approvals to provide the use permit have been obtained. The contract for designing and construction of internal road including parking lots (5,000 sq. m.) has been signed. The first section of the road was completed until the end of the last year, and the continuation of these works is expected in spring The re-designing and reconstruction of the oily waste water treatment plant have been completed. Recovery of the device for oily atmospheric water treatment Recovery of the plant for industrial waste water treatment Recovery of the plant for neutralization of acid-base waste water from HPV (Chemical water treatment) The civil engineering works in the tank for neutralization of waste water and mud treatment from HPV have almost been finished. The plant number 10 for oil refining (treatment) has been put into operation, after the overhaul repair including the check-up of the pressure vessels and the storage tanks. The check-up of the pressure equipment in this plant is assigned to the Control Sector of Delta Inženjering. The pressure equipment of this plant consists of 66 vessels, accompanying pipelines, sealing and safety fittings, control and measuring equipment.

25 23 Objekat: Rafinerija nafte Pančevo Investitor: NIS - Rafinerija nafte Pančevo Tehnički gasovi u laboratoriji Rafinerije nafte Pančevo Unit: NIS Oil refinery Pancevo Investor: NIS Oil refinery Pancevo TECHNICAL GASES AT THE LABORATORY OF PANČEVO OIL REFINERY NIS - Rafinerija nafte Pančevo obavlje sve analize neophodne za proizvodne procese u okviru Rafinerije u sopstvenoj laboratoriji. Laboratorija NIS - RNP u svom sastavu ima brojna odeljenja, kao što su: odeljenja hromatografije, odeljenja za spektrometriju i katalizu, odeljenja vode, odeljenja kontrole i odeljenja službe razvoja proizvoda i katalize. U postupku izvođenja najvećeg broja analiza u odeljenjima laboratorije NIS RNP koriste se različiti tehnički gasovi, zapaljivi, neutralni i oksidacioni gasovi. Uređaji za analize koji koriste ove gasove do sada su gasovima snabdevani iz boca koje su stajale uz uređaje u odeljenjima laboratorije. Delta Inženjering je na zahtev NIS - RNP izvršio modernizaciju sistema snabdevanja tehničkim gasovima uređaja za analizu po odeljenjima laboratorije projektujući sistem za centralno snabdevanje i razvod tehničkih gasova. Urađeni su kompletni arhitektonsko-građevinski projekti novog objekta, podstanica sa skladištima boca za tehničke gasove pored postojeće zgrade laboratorije, kao i mašinsko-tehnološki i elektro projekat instalacija tehničkih gasova od podstanica do potrošnih mesta u odeljenjima laboratorije. Urađen je i projekat detekcije pojave zapaljivih gasova u smeši sa vazduhom u odeljenju podstanice u kojem su smeštene boce sa zapaljivim gasovima i svim odeljenjima laboratorije u kojima se koriste ovi zapaljivi gasovi. Pored projekata, Delta Inženjering izveo je i kompletnu mašinsku i elektro instalaciju ovog sistema. Mašinska instalacija izvedena je u saradnji sa isporučiocem gasne opreme Messer - Tehnogas. NIS THE PANČEVO OIL REFINERY in Pančevo carries out all the analyses necessary for the production processes within the refinery at its own laboratory. The laboratory of NIS - RNP consists of numerous departments, such as: chromatography departments, spectrometry and catalysis departments, water department, inspection department and product and catalysis development department. In the process of performance of the largest number of analysis at the departments of the laboratory of NIS RNP, various technical gases are used: flammable gases, neutral and oxidation gases. Gases to the analysis devices, using such gases, have been so far supplied from the cylinders placed next to the devices at the departments of the laboratory. At the request of NIS RNP, DELTA INŽENJERING carried out the modernization of the supply system of technical gases to the analysis devices at the departments of the laboratory, having designed the system for central supply and distribution of technical gases. Complete architectural and civil engineering designs of the new unit of substations have been made, including the storage of technical gas cylinders next to the existing laboratory building, as well as the mechanical technological and electric designs of the installations of technical gases from the substations to the consumption points at the laboratory departments. Also, the design was prepared how to detect flammable gases in the mixture with air at the substation where the flammable gas cylinders are placed and at all laboratory departments where these flammable gases are used. In addition to the design, DELTA INŽENJERING also made the complete mechanical and electric installation of this system. The mechanical installations were made in cooperation with the sub-supplier of gas equipment MESSER - TEHNOGASOM.

Postrojenja za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda Unit: CEMENT FACTORY»HOLCIM NOVI POPOVAC Investor: HOLCIM (SRBIJA) A.D. WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT U Fabrici cementa Holcim u Novom Popovcu jedinstveno je rešavano vodosnabdevanje i prečišćavanje otpadnih voda u okviru programa zaštite životne sredine koji fabrika sprovodi od vremena završene vlasničke transformacije. Uklopivši se u ovu globalnu koncepciju tretmana voda, Delta Inženjering je izradio projektnu dokumentaciju za objekte vodosnabdevanja i za prečišćavanje upotrebljenih voda, a nakon toga je započeta realizacija. Prioritet pri realizaciji imali su objekti prečišćavanja zagađenih voda pa je do sada realizovano: Prečišćavanje otpadnih voda U proteklom periodu izgradili smo dva postrojenja za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda: postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda sa dela fabrike Polysius, sa ispustom prečišćenog efluenta u potok Toplik postrojenje za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda sa dela fabrike FLS, sa ispustom prečišćenog efluenta u reku Crnicu. Prvo postrojenje je u eksploataciji dve godine, dok je drugo pušteno u rad u novembru godine. Kapacitet postrojenja»toplik«je 4 l/s, dok je kapacitet postrojenja»crnica«20 l/s. Na oba postrojenja prečišćavaju se zbirne otpadne vode (zagađene atmosferske i sanitarnofekalne otpadne vode). The first plant has been in operation for 2 years, while the second plant was constructed in the course of 2008, namely it was put into operation in November The capacity of the Toplik plant is 4 l/s, while the capacity of the Crnica plant is 20 l/s. Fizičko-hemijske i bakteriološke analize prečišćenih otpadnih voda i sprovedene analize njihovog uticaja na recipijente, koje je radio Institut za nuklearne nauke Vinča, dokazale su visoku efikasnost postrojenja, a time i ispravnost primenjenih tehnologija na postrojenjima koje su u direktnoj funkciji zaštite ekosistema vodotokova, water). Na postrojenju za obezvodnjavanje mulja prerađivaće se muljevi dobijeni u procesima prečišćavanja otpadnih voda na postrojenjima»crnica«i»toplik«i postrojenju za preradu sirove vode. Plans in the Forthcoming period Water Supply It is expected that the raw water intake from the Crnica river will be constructed within the forthcoming period, the raw water treatment plant and provision of good quality industrial water for the factory requirements, all based on the project documentation prepared by Delta Inzenjering. It is also expected that there will be an investment for the construction of mud treatment and de-hydration plant. The plant for water discharge from mud will be used to treat mud obtained in the processes of waste water treatment at the Crnica and the Toplik plants and the plants for raw water treatment. This means that all the units for water supply and treatment of waste water would be implemented, which is carried out by Holcim - Srbija cement factory within the framework of the entire programme of environment protection, where water protection has an important role.

28 26 ZNAČAJNI PROJEKTI ALFA MONT D.O.O. U 2008 GOD. MAJOR PROJECTS OF ALFA MONT LTD. in 2008 U toku 2008.god. Alfa mont d.o.o. je radio na nekoliko projekata, a kao najznačajnije izdvajamo radove u Fabrici cementa Holcim u Popovcu i to: Rekonstrukciju (proširenje) zgrade aditiva (CM2) noseća čelična konstrukcija, potporni stubovi, platforme, stepeništa oko 250 t čelika i pripadajuća tehnološka oprema. O ovom projektu već je bilo reči u prethodnim izdanjima»news-a Delta inženjering«. Izgradnja Druge linije za utovar rinfuznog cementa kapaciteta 250 t/h. Objekat se naslanja na postojeću konstrukciju i predstavlja aneks postojeće linije za utovar cementa. Uvođenjem novog postrojenja (druge linije) za utovar rinfuznog cementa duplira se kapacitet punjenja cementa u kamionske cisterne, a samim tim se smanjuje potrebno vreme zadržavanja i izbegava nepotrebno čekanje na utovaru. Montirana je kompletna čelična konstrukcija, platforme, stepeništa kao i pripadajuća ugrađena nova tehnološka oprema»ibau«i»scheuch«ukupne mase oko 58 t. In the course of 2008 Alfa Mont Ltd. worked on several projects, the works at Holcim Cement Factory in Popovac being distinguished as the most important one: The reconstruction (expansion) of the additive building (CM2) the bearing steel structure, support columns, platforms, staircases of about 250 t of steel and the accompanying technological equipment. We have already mentioned this project in the previous editions of the NEWS Delta Inženjering. As the last important project in 2008 we would like to mention the construction of the second line for loading of cement in bulk for the requirements of Holcim Serbia Cement Factory in Popovac. The building is next to the existing structure and presents an annex to the existing line for the cement loading. The introduction of a new plant (the second line) for loading of cement in bulk would mean the duplication of the cement loading capacity into the truck tanks, thus decreasing the time required for waiting and avoiding unnecessary waiting for loading.

29 27 The complete steel structure, platforms, staircases and the accompanying newly fitted equipment of IBAU company (a mobile machine with a telescopic device for cement loading into trucks, flow shutters, air slides, high pressure centrifugal fan for fluid circulation in air ducts, loading suction unit,...) and SCHEUCH (bag filter, rotary valve, centrifugal fan) have the weight of about 58 t. The capacity of the new loading system of the second line amounts to 250 t/h.

Osnovali su ga godine vizionari-entuzijasti, članovi Društva za unapređenje zavarivanja u NR Srbiji, sa željom da Zavod obrazuje zavarivačke kadrove, uvodi tehnike zavarivanja u industriju i zanatstvo i kontroliše kvalitet zavarivačkih radova, zavarenih proizvoda i konstrukcija. The year in which this company celebrates the jubilee is surely the jubilee of welding in Serbia, but also the year in which the Institute becomes a part of the large and progressive family of Delta Inženjering Group, making an important and significant link in the chain of common business operations with the same objective to be the best! The future and the missions in the next fifty years are now clearer, so let another half of the century be neglected time in relation to the existence and duration of the Welding Institute.

34 32 Fabrika čeličnih konstrukcija Čelik, Žitorađa H&H, Danska Čelik, Factory for manufacturing of steel structures, Zitoradja H&H, DENMARK Centroprojekt - Delta Inženjering Group Centroprojekt - Delta Inženjering Group Fabrika ČELIK iz Žitorađe ugovorila je izvozni posao sa danskom kompanijom H&H, za proizvodnju opreme za fabrike gas betona u Rusiji Sankt Peterburg i Poljskoj Varšava. Proizvedeno je više od 1000 tona opreme - kalupa, kolica i rostova, neophodnih pri proizvodnji gas betona. Prema utvrđenoj dinamici izvršen je kontrolni pregled ovlašćenih kontrolora kupca bez primedbi. Sva oprema za Rusiju je isporučena, a oprema za Poljsku, nažalost, čeka bolje dane, ili bar naznaku da svetska ekonomska kriza gubi svoju početnu snagu. ČELIK factory from Žitoradja has contracted export for the Danish company H&H. It is the contract for the production of equipment for the factory of gas concrete in Russia Saint Petersburg and in Poland Warsaw. The quantity of the contracted equipment exceeds 1,000 tons of moulds, trolleys, etc., which is necessary for the production go gas concrete. According to the agreed schedule, the authorized control entities of the buyers have been inspected and the results of the inspection are satisfactory. All the equipment has been delivered to Russia. However, as the consequence of the world economic crisis, the delivery of the equipment to Poland has been stopped. We hope that the continuation of this export will be possible in the near future after the circumstances on the world scene change. Delta Inženjering proširio je svoju delatnost u oblasti geomehanike i geodezije kupovinom jedne od najstarijih i najvećih projektantskih firmi u Srbiji, Centroprojekta. Centroprojekt je nekada bio specijalizovan za projektovanje objekata u vojnoj industriji. Delta Inženjering je time dopunio kadrovsku strukturu i omogućio bolje uslove za rad u novih 1000 m² prostora u centru grada, a Centroprojekt je obezbedio dalji razvoj u okviru Delta Inženjering Group. Delta Inženjering has expanded its activities in the field of geo-mechanical engineering and geodesy by the purchase of Centroprojekt, one of the oldest and the biggest designing companies in Serbia. Centroprojekt used to be specialized in designing of buildings in military industry. Delta Inženjering has thus supplemented its personnel structure and provided better working conditions in the new prestigious working area of 1,000 m² in the centre of the city. In this way Centroprojekt has secured further development within Delta Inženjering Group.
