16 IMPORTANT DETAILS Day 2 Please note: Toboggan Ride: Children younger than 8 years old must ride with a passenger who is over 8 years old. Maximum weight restriction per toboggan is 374 lbs. (170 kg). There is a maximum of 2 Guests per toboggan. For safety reasons, expectant mothers, Guests with heart or respiratory conditions and those with back or neck injuries cannot participate. Please note: Ziplining: Minimum age is 12 years old. Minimum weight requirement of 88 lbs. (40 kg) and a maximum weight restriction of 253 lbs. (115 kg). Guests must be mobile and active and will be required to hike to the starting zipline. All 6 ziplines must be completed. For safety reasons, expectant mothers, Guests with heart or respiratory conditions and those with back or neck injuries cannot participate. Please note: Horseback Riding Tour: Minimum age is 7 years old. Maximum weight restriction is 220 lbs. (100 kg). This excursion is suitable for riders of all experience levels, however first-time riders are not recommended. For safety reasons, expectant mothers, Guests with heart or respiratory conditions and those with back or neck injuries cannot participate. Day 5 Please note: The leisure bike ride on your own is not suited for a child who is 10 years old or younger. We strongly recommend that Guests be in shape, know how to ride a bike, have ridden a bike recently, and know that the bike ride will take place on a solid surface, gravel and cobblestones, through towns, along the river, near traffic, crossing streets, etc. Bike trails are no on grass. PLEASE NOTE: Guests wishing to bike on their own can visit the Cruise Manager to reserve a bicycle. There will be a couple of junior bikes onboard that are suited for a 9-year-old to 12-year-old child, depending on their size. However, the Cruise Manager will need to see in person any child under 9 years old or any small child, since small-sized bikes and helmets need to be outsourced. Also, since we always put safety first and try to prevent accidents, if the Cruise Manager determines that a child shouldn t ride a bike, he or she will give that child other activity options. Day 6 Please note: Indoor Winter Park OR Outdoor Climbing Park: Guests that choose the Outdoor Climbing Park are required to use a safety harness and must have the upper mobility strength to clip in and out of the various obstacles. It must be valid for 6 months beyond your intended stay and have at least 2 blank pages remaining. Allow yourself sufficient time to have your application processed if you are applying for a new passport or renewing an expired passport. Visit the U.S. Department of State for more details. 21 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I book my Adventures by Disney vacation? To book your vacation, please call our Reservation Center at (800) and speak with avacationista or contact your travel agent. If you are outside the U.S., please call (866) and speak with a Vacationista or contact your travel agent. What airport do I fly into and out of? Arrival: On this itinerary, we will pick you up from Basel Airport (BSL) upon your arrival. Your flight should arrive no later than 2:00 PM. Departure: On the final day of the itinerary, we will transfer you to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). Your flight may depart anytime. However, all Guests must check out of their staterooms by 9:00 AM. Are transfers included if I arrive or depart from different locations or at different times from the itinerary? No. Transfers are only included from the specified arrival/departure airports and hotels. Can I extend my vacation beyond the Adventures by Disney itinerary? Yes, you may stay in Basel before or Amsterdam after our itinerary. Extended stays are available at special rates if booked though Adventures by Disney Travel Services, Inc. in conjunction with a cruise package and cannot be combined with any other offer. Transportation to and from excursions is on private motor coaches. How strenuous are the activities? While this adventure is not considered physically strenuous, most days will include 2 or more hours of city walking, sometimes on uneven cobblestone streets. While nearly all of the trip's featured activities are gentle if examined separately, the full range of activities requires a moderate amount of stamina in order to get the most of your vacation. What ages are appropriate for this adventure? While we welcome children ages 4 and up for our River Cruise trip, we recommend that children be at least 8 years old at the time of travel. This is based on several factors, such as flight time, jet lag, time zone differences between destinations, vacation duration, extended hours of daily activity

What types of meals are served on this Adventures by Disney Trip? Typically, breakfast is buffet-style. Dinners and lunches usually include fish, meat and pasta or rice entrées; vegetables and salad; and desserts and fruit. We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to its commencement for any reason, such as if there are too few Guests, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of the Guests would, in our opinion, be compromised, such as may result from unforeseen circumstances (acts of God) or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel your trip prior to its commencement because there are too few Guests: (i) we will attempt to re-book you on another departure of the same itinerary,

23 subject to availability, and we will bear any reasonable airline re-booking charges; however, if we are unable to rebook you, we will issue a full refund of your land package price and Plan (unless you have filed a claim); and (ii) if you booked airfare through us, we will issue a full refund of your airfare; and (iii) if you did not book airfare through us, we will reimburse you for your reasonable out-of-pocket (subject to proof) airline cancellation charges or, in the case of bookings using frequent flier miles, a reasonable cancellation service fee, provided you have exercised best efforts to mitigate such charges/fees; and (iv) the aforesaid payments.
