4 New for 2017 New Ships for the 2017 Season 5 NEW SHIPS IN 2017 CroisiEurope is staying on course and adding five new ships to its fleet for The company is also investing in its African tours by adding one new boat and two new lodges. The RV African Dream on the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers an Exclusive Offer in Southern Africa! CroisiEurope is continuing to expand across the world. After Asia, the company has turned its sights on investing in Africa with the construction of two new boats (one will be ready in 2017 and the other in 2018) that will cruise on the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers in southern Africa. The vessels are being built on site in order to contribute to the region s economic development. These contemporary ships will welcome 16 passengers in 6 Suites and 2 Deluxe Suites with an exterior view. A panoramic-view restaurant, lounge-bar and roof-top terrace to enjoy surrounding environment. Starting in December 2017, an exclusive and original 4-day/3-night cruisesafari will journey on the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers. Southern Africa is currently one of the rare places on the planet offering extended biodiversity in natural reserves. Our cruise will allow passengers to observe the landscape and wildlife under optimal and select conditions. To top off our packages, CroisiEurope will also be adding two revamped five-star lodges that will provide the utmost comfort and service to our demanding customers. The onshore lodging option will prolong the cruise by 5 days and 4 nights, and will include safaris and a day at Victoria Falls. On the Douro The MS Miguel Torga is an innovative, Premium class, three-deck ship with a pool, contemporary interior design and 66 cabins that can accommodate 132 passengers. Built at the Sambre and Meuse Shipyard in Namur, it has joined the four other ships on the Douro River in April 2017, hosting 8-day cruises on the Golden River, leaving from Porto and stopping in Regua, Vega de Terron, Ferradosa and Pinhão. On the Mekong The RV Indochine II is a high-class, colonial-style ship that will join the other four vessels on the Mekong in September Sixty two passengers in 31 cabins will vacation in extravagance, especially because of its novel design and spacious private balconies. It will cruise both directions of the Mekong between Siem Reap and Ho Chi Minh City. 4

5 New for 2017 On the Rhine and the Danube The MS Symphonie and the MS Douce France have been entirely renovated and their interior spaces have been redesigned to provide more comfort. They are top-rated Premium ships, in line with the latest generation ships. They have been rechristened the MS Symphonie II (Danube) and the MS Douce France II (Rhin). Expansion of Themed Cruises As a result of the popularity of its current theme cruises, CroisiEurope has introduced a brand new theme for The CroisiBike cruises are available on five European rivers the Danube, Loire, Gironde, Rhône and Rhine and are perfect for those wanting to explore by bike and on water. With our CroisiHike programs, eight new theme cruises will be available in Venice, Croatia, Andalusia, Portugal, the Gironde region, the Rhône Valley, and on the Danube and Rhine Rivers. 5

6 New Concept for Excursions in 2017 To keep up with the times and to offer more to our passengers, CroisiEurope has launched new excursion packages with two choices. The two types of packages available to vacationers are: - The Classic Package corresponding to the traditional, yet updated, excursions already proposed on cruises including visits to monuments, churches, historical neighborhoods and buildings. - The Discovery Package available to active tourists looking to experience their vacations in a whole new way. Several activities will be offered during cruises: Segway tours, gourmet or unusual expeditions like tooling around the French capital in a vintage 2CV. These two new packages offer a wider range of different, complementary, eye-opening and innovative options. Our total gross revenue reached 161,000,000 and 202,000 passengers, which represents an increase of 4% in sales. These results were achieved through the set-up of new ways to optimize our visibility. Founded in Strasbourg, the company s headquarters has continued to grow in this same city and is now recognized on a national and international level. Strasbourg is known as the crossroads of Europe and is an extremely popular tourist and convention city that shrewdly exploits its potential outside of the French borders. 9 F irst Company on Many Rivers and Producer of New Cruise Destinations From the beginning, CroisiEurope has continually demonstrated our ability to innovate by creating new itineraries for our passengers to enjoy. As the first French company to cruise the Rhine in 1976, our goal has been to increase river tourism destinations: on the Rhône and Saône in 1995, the Seine in 1998, the Elbe and Pô in 2000, the Douro in 2002, the Guadalquivir, Guadiana, Danube and Tisza in 2005, the Adriatic Sea in 2006, the Red Sea in 2008, the Sava in 2009, and the Gironde in Recently, we have introduced a newer generation of paddlewheel propulsion ships one currently cruises between Nantes and Angers and another to cruise between Berlin and Prague. This is a worldwide exclusive offer only from CroisiEurope. What s more, since 2013, the company has also been developing barge cruises on French canals and has «rolled out the red carpet for the Jeanine on canals in Alsace and Burgundy. In spring 2014, three new barges joined our fleet: the Madeleine cruises the canals of Alsace, the Anne-Marie in Provence, and the Raymonde in the Champagne Region. Two new barges have joined the fleet this year: Déborah on the Upper Loire Region and Danièle on the Burgundy canals. We cover every detail to make our musical cruises unforgettable experiences: talented artists, top-notch lecturers, and pertinent destinations. The MS La Belle de l Adriatique, a unique and innovative vessel is the only CroisiEurope ship that can accommodate 200 passengers in 100 outward-facing cabins. Unique Design with the Latest Technology The MS La Belle de l Adriatique is the company s only ocean liner with the potential for great tourist development: 361 feet long, 50 feet wide, 3,500 tons, 8.5-foot draft, 5 decks, the latest generation of stabilizers, and accommodations for up to 198 passengers and 48 crew members. The 99 cabins are finely decorated and all have a view of the sea, Internet access, flat-screen TV, telephone and a private bathroom with shower. The vast dining room can serve all the passengers in one seating and the large lounge and bar welcome passengers to kick back and enjoy a drink. 18 I n 2014, CroisiEurope Purchased the Compagnie Fluviale du Mékong In our quest to develop our business on the international level, CroisiEurope purchased a Mekong riverboat company (Compagnie Fluviale du Mékong) from whom we had been chartering the RV Indochine since We kept the name, but added our own personal touch: Compagnie Fluviale du Mékong by CroisiEurope. The purchase included four colonial-style ships which cruise the Mekong between Cambodia and Vietnam. All maintain their original itineraries between Siem Reap and Ho Chi Minh City via Phnom Penh from August to April. Among the measures taken to protect the environment, CroisiEurope has: Installed water savers on all the boats, resulting in a 35% saving in drinking water and a 35% reduction in waste Equipped all vessels with systems to dispose of waste water in the urban sewerage network and/or water treatment stations Used paint with non-polluting components on the undersides of all our ships Fitted out ships with engines that meet the latest and most stringent European standards in terms of pollution control Installed on-board technology allowing low diesel consumption Set up systems that are compatible with on-land AC power CroisiEurope accepts wholeheartedly our responsibility in protecting our fragile environment. In addition to our everyday actions, we have also initiated a partnership with UNESCO in order to promote sustainable development projects for African river ports.
