There is an embargo on this information until 0800 on Tues 21 June Highlights This year we offer four World Cruises, and we introduce one of our larger ships to the experience - Azura which will undertake her Maiden World Cruise in Her scale affords passengers a wonderful array of experiences, from an expansive spa, to a choice of restaurants, bars and countless opportunities to be entertained - she really will make the perfect World Cruise companion. Also a first for 2013 is the opportunity to choose from two South American cruises, with Adonia and Arcadia - this will be the first year Arcadia has sailed to explore this continent. These are offered alongside our full world circumnavigation with seasoned world cruise master Aurora and a Grand Odyssey to Australia and the Far East with newcomer Azura. We also introduce our Boomerang World Cruises - a particularly appealing concept to those who want to enjoy a full world cruise but wish to stay a little longer in Australia exploring or visiting family and friends. You can sail out to Australia on Aurora, for example, and enjoy a 3 night stay in Sydney before embarking Azura for the journey home. 3 On board spending money: Passengers booking any Full World Cruise or Line Voyage to and from Australia & New Zealand will receive on board spending money. On Azura s 110 night Grand Odyssey passengers will receive from 440 per couple when booking an inside cabin and up to 2,200 per couple when booking a Suite. The on board spending money is in pounds sterling and is available for the first two passengers sharing a cabin (see table below). 4 Itineraries P&O Cruises offers the greatest choice of ex-uk World Cruises with 4 sailings from Southampton in visiting 94 unique destinations in 52 different countries and covering 131,824 nautical miles. Azura will be sailing a maiden 110 night Grand Odyssey, Arcadia will be sailing a 99 night South America and Pacific Adventure, Aurora will be sailing a 106 night World Circumnavigation and Adonia will be sailing an 85 night South American Odyssey. Adonia is repeating her 2012 South American Adventure due to exceptional demand for the many exciting destinations offered around South America. For 2013 though, she will be closing her cruise through the Caribbean calling at eight different islands, including a maiden call at Virgin Gorda, before cruising home across the Atlantic, via the Azores. 4

With many of the worlds must see destinations included, every day will be packed full of adventure. This 106 night cruise takes in 39 ports in 25 different countries and covers 37,243 nautical miles. 9 Pricing The 2013 World Cruise programme offers exceptional value, with full World Cruises from 8,499 per person and Line Voyages from Australia from 3,399pp (fares quoted are cruise only fares and before the additional 10% saving is deducted). Fares quoted in the brochure are cruise only fares, with a Holiday Package Add-on available and this is displayed in each fare table. The cruise only fares less Early Booking Saving shown in the brochure do not include the 10% saving therefore, this should be deducted. 10 Single supplements: Azura features 18 single cabins (6 Inside SA grades and 12 Outside RA grades) and Aurora features 4 Outside RA grades for passengers travelling alone. Alternatively, we offer a number of staterooms for single occupancy at an additional supplement to the cabin rate, as shown below. The following grades will be available for single occupancy: Ship Grade Supplement Arcadia DA-OE grades 70% Aurora IA-OD grades excluding KA and OA 70% Azura JA-OG grades 70% Adonia JA-OD grades 80% On all ships other grades may also be sold for single occupancy but at the full fare i.e. twice the fare for the type concerned. The supplement should be added after the Early Booking and 10% additional saving (where applicable) has been deducted. A limited number of cabins will be available for single occupancy. Once this number has been reached, a limited amount of single occupancy cabins may still be available at a higher fare. The Single Occupancy Supplement does not apply to Holiday Package Add-ons. Share Savers: A number of cabins contain extra beds, allowing parties of three or four adults to share a cabin. The first two adults pay the adult fare and for the third and fourth person in an extra bed a Share Savers discount of 60% applies. This is deducted from the adult tariff fare after the Early Booking Saving and Additional 10% Saving (where applicable) have been deducted for the grade concerned. Share Savers do not apply to Holiday Package Add-ons. Family Savers: For passengers travelling with children or teenagers, Family Saver discounts are available on Aurora and Azura. The first two adults pay the adult fare minus the Early Booking discount savings and then deduct the Family Savers 75% reduction for a child/ teenager (aged 2 to 16). Aurora and Azura also have a number of cabins that can accommodate a travel cot for an infant aged over six months and under two years. In these cases you pay 10 per cruise night, regardless of the chosen cabin grade. Adonia and Arcadia are exclusively for adults; therefore Family Saver discounts are not available on these ships. Holiday Package Add-ons: If not sailing roundtrip from Southampton, P&O Cruises offers a Holiday Package Add-on, which includes flights, transfers and overnight hotel stays, where necessary. Flights will be arranged with a reputable scheduled carrier and full air travel arrangements are sent once the booking is finalised. Air upgrades are available on request, 11 months prior to departure depending on airline and description. The fly-cruise option includes international economy flights including government fees and taxes and all overseas group transfers between airport and the ship on the dates specified. Fly cruise options are recommended to ensure that the customer arrives at the ship on time and get home as promptly as possible. Fly cruises are as efficient and competitive as possible, but the customer has the freedom to choose to make their own arrangements if they prefer. Please note that customers can only opt for the holiday package options if they take our recommended fly-cruise option. If the fly-cruise option is not chosen, any flights taken will not form part of our ATOL protection. Holiday Package Add-ons are a fixed price for all customers and are not discounted or supplemented. 10

Prices quoted are return rates and include taxes. We regret we are unable to arrange regional flights to/from Southampton Airport. Upgrades are only available from 11 months prior to departure, depending on airline and description. Upgrades are subject to availability, and prices are per-person per one-way journey. Additionally on flights to/from Australia or New Zealand, stopovers are possible depending on the flight routing available, for a supplement per person. Land Packages City Stays: World Voyage holidays can be extended with a city stay in selected cities before or after the cruise. When starting or ending in a number of exciting locations, cruises can be combined with an extended stay to explore these fantastic destinations. Please note that due to disembarkation and flight arrival times, rooms may not always be available on arrival. City Stay packages can only be booked by customers taking the Holiday Package Add-on. Cruise only passengers are not eligible for the City Stay Offers. City Stays include all transfers between the ship, the hotel and the airport, all local and state taxes (excluding airport departure tax) and porterage. City Stays do not include tours. All accommodation is in four-star hotels, or the best available, on a bed and breakfast basis (unless otherwise stated) and is based on sharing a twin room or a single room if you book a single cabin on the ship. These hotel options and transfers are only available immediately before/after the call at these ports, from one to four nights. 11

12 Twin - City Twin - First Night Additional Night Auckland Brisbane Fremantle Sydney Hotel Overnight Rate: An overnight hotel stay at London Gatwick, London Heathrow and Manchester can be arranged for the night before a flight at a rate of 99 per room. Prices are based on a room only basis and do not include breakfast or transfers. Private Transfers: Private Transfers are available in Sydney and Auckland. GENERAL POLICIES Booking Terms: 15% of the total fare is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. P&O Cruises reserves the right to levy a charge for direct payments made to P&O Cruises by credit card. The passenger will be advised of the rate of any such charge at the time of making a payment. Credit card charges do not apply to bookings made on board. Debit card payments do not incur a charge. A booking may only be made by a person aged 18 or over. All passengers who, at the time of departure, will be under 18 years must be accompanied by a passenger aged 21 or over who will at all times during the package be responsible for their welfare, conduct & behaviour. Passengers under 16 years old are not permitted to disembark the ship in any port without a passenger who is accompanying them on the package. Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the package will be refused permission to board the ship. After a package has been booked, P&O Cruises will try to accommodate any request for a change (such as a change of stateroom) but such changes are always at P&O Cruises s discretion and are subject to an administration charge of 20. Agreement to transfer a package is conditional upon such a request being made more than 56 days before the scheduled departure date (more than 90 days in the case of world cruise or a world cruise sector); there being availability; and to payment of both an administration charge of 100 and any expenses incurred (such as airline and or hotel charges) incurred by P&O Cruises as a result. Cancellation Terms: The passenger may cancel the contract at any time prior to the commencement of the Package via their travel agent or, for passengers who have booked directly, by calling our reservations department. Travel agents can start promoting details of the 2013 Round World Cruise programme from the 21 June 2011 at 0800am. There should be NO promotion of this information before this date. What can travel agents do to promote the programme? From the 21 June 2011, travel agents can begin their own pre-registration activity and can begin to promote details of the 2013 Round World Cruise programme via website/online, direct mail, regional / national press, point of sale. Marketing teams for P&O Cruises and Cunard Line will action their activity plan from 21 June onwards. There will be direct preregistration activity for direct bookers. Account Managers will have more information on this, as required. Please note that there is no restriction to national press, only that this can only take place from the 21 June Please contact your Account Manager to coordinate your plans.
