10 HONG KONG FANTASTIC PEARL PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL Valid from 01 October March 2008 for travel ex-indo. Surcharge of USD25 for departing from/to Surabaya and Denpasar. Surcharge of USD140 (adult), USD132 (child) for departing from Indonesia between October and December Bookable on L cls. For reservation, please contact Cathay Pacific Airways Reservation office or your travel agent. Reservation and ticket issuance must be done in Indonesia at least 3 working days before date of departure. Request for extended stay after departure should be arranged direct with your travel agent, in which case the brochure pricewill not be valid. Travel will be on confirmed basis and subject to availability of the flight. Package price is based on V class. Should V class is not available, a surcharge USD40 for adult and USD32 for child will apply to get higher economy subclass (Lcl). Vcl is not applicable during October and December As room rate of hotel differs much in its low, shoulder and high season, in the event that the duration of stay straddles two seasons, the rate of first night will be applied for package. As for extension stay, rate of actual period will be applied. Maximum one extra bed per room for downtown hotels. Disney hotels provide no extra bed. Infant under 2 year of age will be free of charge for land arrangement but no service will be provided. Seat-in coach arrangement. We reserve the right to confirm other choice of hotel. Downtown Hotel s policy allows for a maximum of three guests per room and four guests for Disney hotels. All rates are subject to availability. Price listed in this brohures do not include airport taxes, Hong Kong security charge and other charges likd insurance surcharge. AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION/REFUND In case of Cancellation made within 72 hours prior to arrival or NO SHOW, penalty charge will apply. Administration charge of USD30 will be imposed for every change of document after package issuance No refund for partially used package For refund, in addition to the cancellation fee/no show fee, there will be an administration fee of USD60 per passenger.
