Who is eligible? The Combo Deal is open to all Principal and Supplementary Maybank Cardmembers (including staff) whose Credit/ Charge/ Debit/Prepaid Cards are issued by Maybank/ Maybank Islamic Malaysia. Section B: Mechanics 2. Do the published all-in return airfares include taxes and surcharges? Yes. All-in return airfares quoted include applicable taxes and surcharges. However, fares may be subject to change due to currency exchange fluctuation on the actual date of purchase. 3. Can the Cardmember travel alone? Yes, this Combo Deal allows single Adult traveller. As per the standard policy, for an infant under 2 years old, a parent or guardian is required to travel together in the same cabin at all times. For their safety, child passengers aged between 2 and 12 years old travelling on flight needs to be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times. 4. Is that any age limit to enjoy Combo Deal? Please note that purchase of an applicable child (2 to 12 years old) or adult (12 & above) return flight ticket is required to enjoy this Combo Deal. i) For the child between 2 and 3 years old, please contact Cathay Pacific 24-hours Call Centre at Children aged below 3 receive free Park Admission at Hong Kong Disneyland. ii) For infants below 24 months and child above 3 years old, you may proceed to purchase your Fly & Play Combo Deal on the promo landing page with the accompany adult. 5. Can Cardmembers make multiple bookings to enjoy the Combo Deal? Yes. There is no limitation to the number of booking, as long as it is within the Booking Period. 6. Must Cardmember be one of the passengers traveling? Cardmember does not necessarily need to book & travel. If a transaction is successfully made with verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code or American Express Safekey, the Cardmember will not be required to present the physical card used for. 7. Is there any black-out date? No, there is no black-out dates but there is an additional surcharge of RM150 per person will be charged during peak seasons; i.e. 26 May 8 June, June and August Are there any flight restrictions? There are no flight restrictions for departures from Penang or Kota Kinabalu. For departures from Kuala Lumpur, flight restriction for HKG/KUL return sector applies for lowest starting price Combo Deal (HKG/KUL route is applicable for travel on CX791/KA727 flight only). Other flight options are also available with no flight restriction for travel to/from Kuala Lumpur at additional surcharge of RM100+ from the lowest starting price. 9. Can Cardmember select seats for their flights? Yes, Cardmembers can select their seats for free by checking-in online 48 hours prior to flight departure on first come, first served basis at Cathay Pacific website ( 10. Are the inflight meals Halal? Flights between Kuala Lumpur/ Penang/ Kota Kinabalu and Hong Kong all inflight meals are fully Halal (no special request required).

2 11. Can Cardmembers request for change of date or flight after booking confirmation? No changes are permitted after ticket purchase. 12. Can Cardmembers request for booking cancellation? Cancellation is allowed for this Combo Deal but there will be no refund value after ticket purchase. 13. What is the maximum validity of the flight? For Economy Class (O-subclass), ticket is of a maximum validity of 7 days For Economy Class (Q-subclass), ticket is of a maximum validity of 14 days Section C: Online Booking Please note that by default the promo landing page is pre-populated as departure from Kuala Lumpur, if passenger would like to change to departure from Penang or Kota Kinabalu, please choose the departure city from the drop down list at the top of the promo landing page (as circled below)

7 Section D: Hong Kong Disneyland 2-Day Park Ticket ( Park Ticket ) Redemption & General T&C 14. How to redeem the Park Ticket? Cardmembers must present a printed hard-copy of their Fly & Play Combo Deal flight e-ticket (printed with V9BFV99 for General Admission Ticket or V9BFVA9 for Child Ticket ) together with a valid passport or photo ID to redeem the Park Ticket at the ticketing booth at the Main Entrance of Hong Kong Disneyland Park one hour before the Park closes between 24 April and 15 September Sample of the electronic Ticket Receipt or e-ticket that show placement of the code in the e-ticket as Appendix II. Please note that electronic/soft-copy of the flight e-ticket is not valid for redemption. Unredeemed Park Tickets will be forfeited after the last day of the flight e-ticket, neither can they be refunded nor exchanged for cash and duplicate ticket number will not be honored as well. 15. What is the validity of the Park Ticket? Upon redemption, the first admission will only be valid for three days (redemption day inclusive) and the first visit must be on or before the last day of the validity period printed on the back of the Park Ticket. The second visit must be on or before the 7 th day from the first visit. Example : Redemption Date Last day for 1 st Admission Last day for 2 nd Admission 1 June June June Jun July July Other Terms & Conditions for Hong Kong Disneyland Park Tickets Admission to Hong Kong Disneyland Park ( the Park ) is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations, which are set out at and printed on the Park Guidemap, as the same may be modified by Hong Kong Disneyland at any time and from time o time. Ticket and handstamp (or proof of identity) required for same day re-entry. All persons, bags, parcels and other items may be subject to security checks at the point of admission to the Park and at such other locations inside the Park as Hong Kong Disneyland considers appropriate. Hong Kong Disneyland may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order or if Hong Kong Disneyland considers that the circumstances so require. Hong Kong Disneyland is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any Guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of Hong Kong Disneyland or otherwise. Neither Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon nor any of their Intermediary Sellers are an agents of Hong Kong Disneyland. Neither Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon nor any of their Intermediary Sellers are authorized to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of Hong Kong Disneyland or to make any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement or commitment on behalf of Hong Kong Disneyland. The tour or travel is being arranged by Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon or their Intermediary Seller(s) and Hong Kong Disneyland is not responsible for any arrangements, tours, excursions or transportation prior to entering or after departing the Park. In the foregoing, "Hong Kong Disneyland" means either or both of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited and Hong Kong Disneyland Management Limited.
