Fly with Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific or Etihad Airways to name a few (subject to availability). Meals included: In-Flight Day 2 Welcome to Venice Upon arrival into Venice Airport, be met by your English-speaking Tour Leader and transferred to the hotel. Park Hotel Ai Pini Mestre, Venice Meals included: None Day 3 Venice Sightseeing Tour After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tronchetto Pier in Venice, where you will board a waterbus to reach the city centre. A local guide will wait for you in Piazza San Marco to start the half day tour of Venice (approx. 2 hours). The tour will show you the main attractions of the city including St. Mark s Square with its famous Basilica, the Doge s Palace, the Bell Tower and the Clock Tower (entrances not included). See the most famous bridge in Venice, the Bridge of Sighs, which connects the Doge s Palace to the new prisons. Legend states that in the days of the Venetian Republic, the prisoners crossing it would sigh at the prospect of seeing the outside world for the last time. Of the 72 towers, today only sixteen remain standing. Continue to Siena distinguished by its medieval brick buildings.
