2 Ryan Uhlich Jr. Page 2 Survey Report No February 22, 2018 Inspection to Ascertain Condition and Valuation as of February 22, 2018 M/V TRANSATLANTIC This is to certify that the undersigned, attending marine surveyors, did on February 6, 2018 request of Ocean Marine Brokerage Services, and for the account of interested parties; survey the M/V Transatlantic; Official No.: IMO: ; 4276 gross tons; 2129 net tons; currently on consignment Ocean Marine Brokerage Services; while subject vessel was afloat and at anchor near the Los Angeles Harbor out of Long Beach, California; in order to ascertain the general condition and valuation for appraisal purposes as of February 22, 2018 Note: All sizes, measurements, capacities, distances, et cetera, mentioned herein are approximate, unless otherwise specified. Portions of the information contained herein were derived from U.S. Coast Guard records and in-house literature which are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. General Description: Vessel was built of all steel construction by Wuhu Shipyard, in Wuhu China during 1996, hull no.w9519. 3 Ryan Uhlich Jr. Page 3 Survey Report No February 22, 2018 General Description: (Continued) Dimensions: (Continued) Container Capacity Total 369 TEU Total in Holds 138 TEU Total On Deck 231 TEU Reefer Plugs 50 Main Holds 2 This vessel is a typical single screw, steel, displacement type, container ship, with a flush deck, a bulbous bow, a transom stern, single chine, fitted with a five (5) level steel superstructure aft and an open deck forward. Vessel s superstructure contains bridge wings port and starboard at the bridge level. Vessel s deck contains hydraulically actuated hatch covers and two electric/hydraulic cranes to port. Hull: Hull scantlings are considered suitable for intended purposes.. Lower Hull Compartmetation: Forward compartment is forepeak /ballast. Second compartment is emergency pump room lower and bow thruster room upper. Third compartment is cargo hold (#1)with a series of ballast wing tanks port and starboard. Forth compartment is cargo hold (#2) with ballast wing tank forward and fuel oil wing tank abaft port and starboard. Fifth compartment is the engine room. Sixth compartment is rudder room above the propellor. Ninth Compartment is a transom ballast tank. Tanks: Fuel oil tank space, have a total reported capacity of approximately 367 metric tons. MGO-60 metric tons.

Bulwarks: Vessel contains bulwarks forward and have a height of 9'. The parameter of the main deck contains a four (4) tier handrail system ranging down the port and starboard sides. Deck Fittings: There are numerous 12" double bitts, roller chocks, fair leads, and freeing ports serving the mooring/winches forward and aft. Ground Tackle: Two (2) Union type anchors port and starboard hanging though hawse pipe direct connected to anchor winch. Winch is a double drum, singe cat head, hydraulically powered winch and is remotely operated. Aft deck contains two hydraulic winches to assist with mooring ropes aft. Each winch is a single drum with a single outboard cat head. Cargo Deck and Below Deck Holds: Cargo deck measures approximately 262' x 42' steel. Cargo deck contains strategically located D- Rings and raised sockets for containers. Hatch covers are MacGregor type, folding jack-knife type. Hydraulic units powering hatch covers are located on deck forward. Lower hull cargo area is divided into two main holds. Each hold is subdivided into bays. #1 hold is 82' x 42' and #2 hold is 125'x 42' Superstructure: Superstructure is designed in a five level configuration with the and galley at the main deck, quarters on decks 2, 3 and 4, and the bridge is on deck 5. Superstructure is served by 8-dog steel watertight doors at all levels. The deckhouse is fitted with safety plate windows in steel frames throughout. Vessel s interior bulkheads are painted steel, overheads prefabricated panels decks are covered in linoleum type deck coverings and painted steel. Vessel is climate controlled by a central air/heat systems. Interior lighting is florescent and incandescent.

One (1) Stainless flattop griddle. One (1) Under-counter ice machine. One (1) Noble stainless dishwasher. One (1) Double stainless sink. One (1) Stainless handwash sink. One (1) Commercial blender. One (1) Microwave oven. One (1) Meat slicer. Stainless steel cabinets, countertops, storage drawers, pot racks, etc. Full compliment of pots, pans, utensils, and various cooking supplies. Mess room contains tables, chairs, small refrigerator, prep counter, and wall mount flat screen television. Adjacent and on the same deck is a pantry closet with supporting dry storage. One level down are three walk-in cooler/freezer units with supporting compressor/freezer units. Crew decks: Decks two (2), three (3),and four (4) are crew bunkrooms. Deck two (2), contains a series of vertical built-in bunk beds. Beds contain privacy curtain. Bunkrooms contain storage lockers, desk, and share a common water closet. Water closet contains, lavatory, steel shower, head, mirror, and other common water closet amenities. Deck three (3) quarters are for engineers or company man. These bunk rooms are two man bunkrooms sharing a common water closet. Deck four is for captain and chief engineer. These bunkroom are single occupancy with their own private water closet. Bunkrooms also contain couches, chairs, and desks/workstations. Bridge: Deck, five (5) the pilot station and top deck of the superstructure.

7 Ryan Uhlich Jr. Page 7 Survey Report No February 22, 2018 Machinery: Prime mover; Propulsion machinery consists of one (1) Wartsila 9R32E, in-line, nine cylinder, four stroke, turbocharged diesel engines. Reportedly, engine is rated at RPM. Each engine drives a variable pitch propellor through a Wichmann SV680 P460 marine reverse reduction gear with a ratio of 3.96:1. Cooling is effected through raw water cooling system via through-hull pumps. Propulsion machinery is air starting. Main engine are served by a series of fuel filtration systems. Generators; Generator # one (1) is a Caterpillar, model C18, in-line, six cylinder, four stroke, diesel engine direct connected to a Caterpillar, three phase, 60 hz., rpm, A.C., brushless generator. Generator # two (2) is a Wartsila UD 25, rpm Bow Thruster: One (1) CP thruster 475 HP (350 KW) Hydraulics: Steering complex is double ram actuated by a single electric motor each set atop a hydraulic reservoir. ic motors sit atop hydraulic reservoir. System appears to be 1" rubber hydraulic hoses leading to Vickers type hydraulic pumps. Hydraulic unit for actuating winch covers is a Rexroth, powered by two (2) electric motors adjoined to a hydraulic reservoir. Hydraulic unit for powering deck cranes is a Rexroth, powered by two (2) electric motors adjoined to a hydraulic reservoir. System appears to be 1" rubber hydraulic hoses leading to Vickers type hydraulic pumps Pressure water set incorporates 200 gallon water heater and expansion chamber.

8 Ryan Uhlich Jr. Page 8 Survey Report No February 22, 2018 Principal Auxiliary Machinery: Two (2) Air compressors, dual stage unit, powered by 20HP electric motor each, set with air receivers adjacent. One (1) 20 HP Baldor electric motor powers the fire pump. Two (2) 25 HP electric motor powers the ballast pump, located adjacent to ballast manifolds. One (1) on board sewage pump system and holding tanks One (1) 40 HP electric motor powering fuel pumping system. One (1) main and auxiliary engine room alarm system. One (1) ballast control room. Engine room contains auxiliary engine control station. Cranes: Two (2) Liebherr electro hydriodic cranes fitted to the port side. Cranes are rated at 40 metric tons each. Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment: Vessel contains a an intricate fire and safety plan with fire and safety stations placed throughout the ship. Attached and made [art of the report is the safety plan in it s entirety. Two (2) Solas inflatable 20 man rafts (expires 2/19) One (1) Sic (6) person emergency 18' fiberglass rescue boat powered by an Evinrude 41 HP gasoline engine. Subject boat is cradle mounted and attached to an electrically powered davit. One (1) eighteen person enclosed life raft cradle mounted aft of the superstructure.

9 Ryan Uhlich Jr. Page 9 Survey Report No February 22, 2018 Condition: Note* this vessel has been stationary in the Las Angeles Harbor since June of Vessel is operational and has been maintained by a and onboard crew. According to the crew, engines are run periodically, systems are checked and vessel maintenance is the daily assignment. Since it has been stationary for some months, marine growth could be a factor regarding the vessels bottom. Observable lower hull coating was faded but did not contain considerable rust bleeding through. Upper hull/sideplate did contain some rust bleeding through, especially near the weather deck. Deck (hold covers) were in tact with some deterioration and slight washboarding evident. Transverse deck coamings contained the major corrosions. Superstructure coating was adequate with only minor deficiencies of the wear and tear nature. Lower hull cargo holds were found to be in good shape with some minor determination in way. Machinery space was in satisfactory condition, no major adverse conditions noted. Good housekeeping prevailed in way of living quarters and bridge. Interior amenities were in good condition, basically clean and orderly in way of living areas. The vessel did contain some minor deficiencies of maintenance. Most systems are operation or could be operational with a shakedown cruise. Various components may need to be tested Our survey consists of providing an inventory and description regarding condition and how well the vessel have been managed and maintained. For a vessel of this age, it has been maintained throughout. We did not operate the machinery, perform sea trials, or test systems for functionality. Therefore deficiencies of untested components may exist. Recommendations: None this survey (C & V) Valuation: We did an exhaustive internet search as to values of like and kind vessels for sale. Additionally, we are aware of some actual sales currently.
