4 PREFACE 1. Basis and Scope of Application This tariff is based on the General German Carrier Conditions (Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteursbedingungen (ADSp)) in their latest version, which can be made available upon request. 2. Arising Fees Claims for remuneration arise when using a service of PORT OF KIEL Cruise. 3. Duty of Notification The purchaser (e.g. shipping company or owner) or delegate (e.g. shipping agent) must immediately convey the data required for calculating the fees and prove them by presenting clear documentation (e.g. ship s papers, loading-, transport documents). However, the purchasers remain responsible for complete and correct notification. 4. Bases of Assessment Cruise ships are assessed according to their gross tonnage (GT) and the number of embarking and disembarking passengers. If there are double measuring certificates, the higher measuring result applies. Commenced measuring units are charged for in full. The fees in this tariff are net amounts. Regarding services liable to tax on sales/purchases, VAT will be added according to legal regulations. MOORING AND UNMOORING 5. Fees PORT OF KIEL Cruise offers the service of mooring and unmooring cruise ships at the following conditions. MOORING AND UNMOORING per call up to 20,000 GT per call from 20,000 GT 1,090.00

Luggage Handling Fees Luggage handling fees are calculated based on the number of embarking and disembarking passengers per call and on the overall number of calls per cruise line / season. The luggage handling fees refer to a cruise ship calling at the terminal facilities in the port of Kiel (Ostseekai, Norwegenkai, Ostuferhafen, and Schwedenkai). The following rates per embarking and disembarking passenger per call apply: NUMBER OF CALLS PER CRUISE LINE 1-5 > 5 > 10 > 15 > * ,000-2, ,500-5, > 5, * A minimum amount, based on the overall passenger capacity, of 1, will be charged for cruise calls with up to 1,200 passengers, 2, for cruise calls with more than 1,200 passengers. 7. Luggage Service Point Kiel Train Station In addition to the service of luggage handling, which includes the service on the terminal premises, PORT OF KIEL Cruise offers a luggage service point at Kiel s train station. This service point includes accepting the luggage of passengers arriving at the station as well as delivering the luggage to the terminal. Passenger shuttle is not included. 6 PORT OF KIEL Cruise Tariff The lump-sum for the luggage service point at Kiel Train Station is valid for a period of up to 6 hours. Overtime upon request. The luggage service point at the Kiel Train Station can only be booked to the conditions above as long as PORT OF KIEL Cruise is in charge of the full luggage handling service at the cruise terminal. Otherwise, a surcharge of applies. PROVISIONING 8. Forklifts PORT OF KIEL Cruise offers and charges for provisioning cruise ships individually and on demand. Forklifts incl. operator can be booked on an hourly basis with a minimum duration of 4 hours. PRICE PER FORKLIFT INCL. DRIVER per hour commenced Personnel Additional PORT OF KIEL Cruise personnel can be booked on an hourly basis with a minimum duration of 4 hours. PROVIDING PERSONNEL per hour commenced 44.00
