During low water season a transfer in Cambodia is required from the town of Kampong Cham to Siem Reap (or vice versa). "The Lost Civilization cruise leaves and ends always Saturdays. Please check below locations and timings carefully as those vary depending on cruise directions (downstream or upstream) and cruise seasons (high water or low water). MEETING POINT / DROP-OFF-POINT The Lost Civilization Cruise has a meeting and drop-off point in Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap City. A transfer to/from the ship (embarkation/disembarkation point) is included. 2 SERENITY CRUISE The "Serenity Cruise" is a 4- or 3-night program between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh (or vice versa). During low water season a transfer in Cambodia is required from the town of Kampong Cham to Siem Reap (or vice versa). The 3-night cruise is only offered in one direction (downstream) from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Please check below locations and timings carefully as those vary depending on cruise directions (downstream or upstream) and cruise seasons (high water or low water). The Serenity Cruise has only a meeting point in Siem Reap City for the Serenity Cruise. A transfer to/from the ship (embarkation /disembarkation point) is included. The Pearl of the Orient Cruise has only a meeting point in Ho Chi Minh City. A transfer to/from the ship (embarkation /disembarkation point) is included. 4 DEEP IN THE DELTA The "Deep in the Delta Cruise is a special 2-night program between Ho Chi Minh City and Tan Chau, a Vietnamese fisherman town at the border of Cambodia. This program is not affected by water levels. Please check locations and timings carefully and pay attention to cruise direction (downstream or upstream). The "Deep in the Delta Cruise has only a meeting point in Ho Chi Minh City. A transfer to/from the ship (Ho Chi Minh My Tho and vv) is included. Transfers to and from Tan Chau pier are not included, passengers are requested to arrange own ground transportation. The ships dock at below pier locations for embarkation or disembarkation. This information is important for passengers who arrive or leave via private means of transportation. In Tan Chau passengers will use tender boat transfer from/to the pier located in center of Tan Chau. There is no ground transfer offered by Heritage Line to and from Tan Chau. 5 NOTES High water season is approximately from end of August/beginning of September to mid/end of November. Low water season is approximately from mid/end of November to end of August/beginning of September. Please note that the water level situation is not exactly predictable and subject to weekly conditions of the Mekong River s water level. Heritage Line will announce the period of changing water levels on its website and social media channels, however we cannot be held responsible for any ad-hoc changes or misinformation caused through third parties.
