The food here is much better than any four star hotel in Cuba. When Eloy s rooms are full, he may refer you to one of his neighbor s house, which is owned by Tony and Enca who are schoolteachers that have extensive knowledge of the history and secrets of the region. 1

Centrally located in downtown Guantánamo, Lissett rents out two rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning. It also has a balcony with which you can observe the street life below. The apartment also has a sunroof that adds to its character. Carmen and her husband are an extremely pleasing couple. Even with the downtown location, it is extremely tranquil in nature. The apartment has one double and a single bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning. They can also organize excursions to Alejandro de Humboldt National Park, which is a world heritage site, through the park director who is a friend of the family. 7
