5 CLASSICAL INCENTIVE HAVANA VARADERO Program: Day 1 Arrival in airport of Havana. Welcome by a guide speaking your language (English). They also offer water. Transfer by bus to the hotel. Arrival in hotel Nacional de Cuba, 5 stars hotel in Vedado district of Havana. ( Check into standard rooms. Daily bottle of water in the rooms. Welcome cocktail during check in. After freshening up, we walk to the nearby restaurant Café Laurent. We have dinner here. Welcome cocktail/several starters in the middle of the table/several main dishes to choose from/house dessert/coffee/1 drink. Day 2 We serve breakfast in the main buffet of the hotel. 9 AM Today we organize a trip in coco taxis through the city. We make a few stops on the way like at the Tribuna Anti-Imperialista, a fruit and vegetables market with rationing store, the John Lennon Square, the Cemetary Christopher Columbus, the Plaza de la Revolucion and the Chinese

6 Quarter. Each time a guide in English will explain while the drivers attend the cocos. The tour takes the whole morning and ends in Old Havana at our lunch spot. Lunch is served at the restaurant Café del Oriente at the Plaza San Francisco. Seating is on the upper floor (including life music). On the menu we have welcome cocktail/smoked ham slices with asparagus, olives and dry fruits/ fish filet of the day with vegetables/cuban dessert/coffee/1 drink. Afternoon walk in smaller groups with guide along colonial squares and streets. We make a stop at a colonial courtyard (or other place) where we do a dance lesson by enthusiastic Cuban dance teachers. Guests are introduced into the basic steps of the Cuban salsa. Before transfer to the hotel we have an invitation for a daiquiri at the bar Floridita where this cocktail was invented and consumed in high quantities by Hemingway. Transfer return to the hotel. In the evening we have transfer by bus to Old Havana and end up for a gourmet dinner with lobster at one of the top restaurants of the colonial town, Mercaderes.

7 Day 3: We serve breakfast in the main buffet of the hotel. Today we visit a cigar factory where we see how Cuban cigars are rolled entirely by hand. Then we continue to Old Havana to visit the artisans market San Jose. We continue for lunch to the restaurant Casa Abel for a cigar lunch hosted by one of the tobacco connaisseurs of Havana mr Abel. The lunch ends of course in a degustation of a tobacco with rum. Afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, we have transfer in classic American vintage cars of the 50 ies (closed roofs/2 persons per car) to restaurant La Fontana for dinner (welcome cocktail/sea food starter/beef filet mignon with mashed potatoes and vegetables/dessert/coffee/1 drink). After the dinner, we continue by bus to Tropicana for seeing the show (preferential seating incl 1 glass of cava + ¼ old rum and cola). After the show, we stay on for a while to enjoy the disco. Return to the hotel by bus. Day 4: We serve breakfast in the main buffet of the hotel AM Check out of the hotel and transfer to Varadero. We start with classic American vintage cars with closed roof (3 persons per car/luggage goes in another vehicle). On the way to VRA (after 45 min) we change to jeeps (spot is past the bridge of Canasi) (Suzuki Vitara type, mostly closed jeeps, self-drive, 4 pax per jeep). We go quickly off road into the valley of Yumuri where we pass by a landscape of palm trees and small villages. The valley ends at the city of Matanzas where we make a stop at the view point Monserrate over the town. We have lunch at the Velasco mansion in the center of the city (2 course set menu with 1 drink). We continue partly off road through the fields in the afternoon. We make a stop at the historic coffee plantation Dioniso where we have a local coffee (voucher) and immerse into the time of the slaves in Cuba. We continue till we reach the entrance of Varadero where we end the tour and continue the tour by bus to the hotel. Luggage has been deposited by the bus in the hotel (by guide). We check into Melia Varadero all-inclusive resort. Evening dinner in a special setting. We have rooms in the standard section.

8 Day 5: After breakfast there is a short transfer by bus from the hotel to the marina. Here you board an exclusive catamaran that takes you a day trip into the sea. On board all drinks are included. The boat visits a dolphin center in the sea where guests have an interaction with the creatures in the water. The boat stops at a reef where guests can snorkel (material on board). Around midday we arrive at the island Cayo Blanco. Here we have lunch in the wooden restaurant: a mixed seafood lunch is served with lobster, shrimps, fish, rice, vegetables and potatoes. There is time free at the beach before sailing back to Varadero. (exclusive boat if paying for 60 pax min.) Free evening. Day 6: Free ay in the all-inclusive PM In the evening a short transfer by bus is organized to the Xanadu mansion. Cocktail is served. After cocktail guests are invited onto the terrace of the house facing the ocean for an exclusive dinner. As menu we propose Mixed salad of the house Beef filet Fondant de chocolate Included as drinks are 1 welcome cocktail, coffee, 2 drinks. After dinner, guests go upstairs for 1 hour of open bar in the roof top bar with views over Varadero by night. 11 PM After this we bring you back to the hotel.

9 Day 7: Leisure at the hotel. Check-out after lunch (till noon we have the rooms). Transfer to the airport by bus with a stop at the bridge over the Valle of Yumuri where we have a delicious Piña Colada.

10 ORIGINAL INCENTIVE HAVANA TRINIDAD - VARADERO Creative program combining the Old Lady of Havana hotels, Hotel Nacional, with the unique experience of sleeping in the house of a local in Trinidad, and top end high luxury in a 5 stars beach hotel in Varadero. Program: Day 1 Arrival in airport of Havana. Welcome by a guide speaking your language (English). We offer water. Transfer to Havana (30 min.). Arrival in hotel Nacional de Cuba. In this historic hotel we welcome the group in the garden with views on the sea and Havana Malecon. Guests have rooms on the higher executive floors with sea view. In the evening short transfer to restaurant la Guarida for dinner (welcome cocktail/several tapas as starters/main dish choices with side dishes/dessert/coffee/ wáter. Day 2 Breakfast at the hotel. Today we organize a bicycle trip through the city. The Havana bicycle club will come to the hotel with bicycles and helmets. Members of the club will accompany us on their bikes as we ride through the city. On cross roads the traffic is stopped so we can pass. We make a few stops on the way like at the Tribuna Anti-Imperialista, a fruit and vegetables market with rationing store, the John Lennon Square, the Cemetary Christopher Columbus, the Plaza de la Revolucion and the Chinese Quarter. Each time a guide in your language will explain while the bikes are attended by the members of the club. The tour takes the whole morning and ends in Old Havana at our lunch spot.

11 Lunch is served at the cosy restaurant Mercaderes. On the upper floor we have a relaxed seating in a colonial environment. On the menu we have: welcome cocktail/variety of tapas/ several dishes family style prepared Cuban way with rice and beans and vegetables/dessert/ coffee/ 1 drink. Afternoon walk with guide along colonial squares and streets. We make a stop at a colonial courtyard (or other place) where we do a dance lesson by enthusiastic Cuban dance teachers. Guests are introduced into the basic steps of the Cuban salsa (including 1 mojito and water). Before going back to the hotel we have an invitation for a session of cigar/rum tasting in Palacio Artesanias. A master explains how to lighten a cigar, how to blend the different tastes of tobacco, coffee and rum, the difference between old and white rum. Guests receive a cigar, a shot of rum and a coffee. It is done in the patio of a colonial mansion where there are also shops that sell rum and cigars. Return to the hotel by coco taxis. At 7 PM transfer in classic American vintage cars (1 car per 3 persons) to Conde de Villanueva restaurant.. In the patio we have a relaxed seating in a colonial environment. On the menu we have: welcome cocktail/shrimps in rum/ beef filet with mashed potatoes/dessert/ coffee/ 3 drinks. There is a band playing traditional Cuban music and a dance couple showing how to dance and inviting the guests. The area is exclusive for the group. At the end of the dinner guests receive a shot of old rum and a cigar. Return to the hotel by bus. Day 3 Breakfast at the hotel. Bellboys of the hotel pick up the luggage. Departure at 8 AM and drive to Cienfuegos.

12 PM In the afternoon some sightseeing in Cienfuegos with Palacio Valle, Parque Marti and Prado PM On arrival lunch at a bay side restaurant for lunch: Villa Lagarto with menu welcome cocktail/vegetable soup/lamb with herbs/dessert/coffee/1 drink PM We continue to Trinidad PM After one hour we arrive at Trinidad center. Orientation walk with Canchanchara cocktail. Here the guide will divide the guests over different home stead lodging in the center of Trinidad. Every couple or single person gets a room in a private house located in the center of the city. The houses are decent middle class, the rooms all have air-conditioning, private bathroom with warm and cold water. Breakfast is served by the owner. There is absolute privacy and security and no curfew. We work with as few houses as possible (houses with many rooms), houses close to one another, and colonial style. 6 PM After we check in and relax a bit we meet in the Trinidad center again with the guide. Orientation walk in Trinidad with the guide PM We have dinner at the private restaurant Solananda near the Plaza Mayor. On the menu we have welcome cocktail/tapas/several main dishes to choose/dessert/coffee/open bar for drinks. The place is a colonial house. Furniture, cutlery and plates are all antique PM After dinner we have access to the music performances at the Casa de la Musica. Return on foot to your private lodging. Day 4 Breakfast at the hotel. 9 AM Check out and load luggage in the bus. Transfer to our all-inclusive luxury resort Paradisus Princesa hotel by bus. Arrival around 2 PM and time for lunch. We check into Paradisus Princesa del Mar all-inclusive resort.

13 7.30 PM In the evening a short transfer is organized to the Xanadu mansion. Cocktail is served. After cocktail guests are invited onto the terrace of the house facing the ocean for an exclusive dinner. As menu we propose Mixed salad of the house Beef filet Fondant de chocolate Included as drinks are 1 welcome cocktail, coffee, 2 drinks. After dinner guests go upstairs for 1 hour of open bar in the roof top bar with views over Varadero by night. 11 PM After this they are brought back to the hotel. Day 5 Morning at leisure. Rooms available till maximum 12H. Free breakfast and free lunch as part of the all-inclusive. Transfer to the airport of Havana (2 hours 30 min).

14 Individual Travel Havana-Trinidad-Varadero Program: Day 1 Arrival in Havana. Welcome by English speaking guide and transfer to your lodging in Old Havana. We propose Hotel Nacional de Cuba with a sea view room on the executive floor on BB basis. Free evening. Dinner at the hotel. Day 2 Breakfast. At 9 AM guide at your hotel. Tour in a convertible classic American car (50ies Chevy) through the city. We visit spots as Plaza de la Revolucion, Malecon, Cemetary Columbus, Tribuna Anti-Imperialista, view of the city from Morro Castle. Time for lunch at Ivan justo restaurant. Walk in Old Havana with the guide visiting the Museum of Rum and the different Plazas and streets. 4 PM Private dance lesson in the court yard of Hostal Florida. Walk ends at the lodging. In the evening we have dinner at the Mercaderes Paladar in Old Havana. Day 3 Breakfast. Today we drive around in an old black Soviet style Chaika presidential limo. At 9 AM visit of a cigar factory in Havana. We continue to the house of Hemingway Finca Vigia and the village of Cojimar. Lunch in Floridita. Walk in Old Havana to continue the Hemingway trail ending in Bodeguita del Medio with mojito. At 7 AM we have transfer to Paladar La Guarida, the most famous restaurant of Havana. We continue to Tropicana show where we have preferential seating. Return to the hotel. Day 4 Breakfast. 8 AM with a comfortable vehicle and driver-guide we go to the area of Viñales. Here we visit a local tobacco farmer and enjoy the valley from the viewpoint Los Jasmines. We visit the village and have lunch at the organic farm Finca Paraiso with enormous views over the valley. In the afternoon, we visit a local cave before we head back to Havana. Free evening and dinner in the hotel.

15 Day 5 Breakfast. At 8h30 AM Morning drive to Cienfuegos. Visit of the center. Lunch at Lagarto. Visit of the dolphin center to swim with the creatures in the natural waters of the lagoon. In the afternoon, continue to Trinidad. Overnight at the Iberostar Trinidad on BB basis at walking distance of the center. Dinner at the hotel. Day 6 Breakfast. 9H30 AM Visit of the historic center of Trinidad with museum visit, and afternoon at leisure at the beach of Trinidad. Time for light lunch at the beach. In the evening dinner at Vista Gourmet with wonderful views over the city and surroundings. Day 7 Breakfast. 08H30 AM drive to Santa Clara for visit of the Che Mausoleum and Museum. We continue to Varadero and overnight at the Princesa del Mar Royal Service area in all-inclusive. You have a jr suite swim up with the pool right at your balcony. End of the driver-guide services. Day 8 9 Free days in the all-inclusive. Day 10 In due time transfer to Havana airport.
