1 CAMANCHE SOUTH SHORE LONG-TERM RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK Wade Lane Burson, CA (209) RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. INTRODUCTION Our Rules and Regulations have been developed as a basis for good relations within Camanche South Shore Recreational Vehicle Park. We trust we will have your complete cooperation not only to keep Park standards high and to maintain a happy and friendly atmosphere, but also to assure each occupant a maximum of convenience and comfort. The following Rules and Regulations are a part of your agreement with the Park for the space you have rented. Please read the Rules and Regulations carefully. Additionally, the Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations posted throughout the Park apply, as do all provisions of Special Occupancy Parks regulations found in Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations. 2. DEFINITIONS The definitions set forth below shall apply unless the context indicates that a different meaning is intended: A. "Park" means Camanche South Shore Recreational Vehicle Park. B. "Park facilities" means the services and facilities of the Park. C. "Park Management" refers to Camanche Recreation Company. D. "Owner" refers to the East Bay Municipal Utility District. E. "Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law" means those provisions of the California Civil Code Sections et seq. F. "RVer" is the person who has established tenancy in the Park pursuant to the Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law and who lawfully occupies a recreational vehicle located in the Park. G. "Recreational Vehicle" (also "RV") means a motor home, travel trailer, truck camper, camping trailer or park trailer as defined in Health & Safety Code Section and referenced in Civil Code Section H. "Premises" means the real property (which is a recreational vehicle space) rented to RVer by Park Management. I. "Guests" includes all of RVer's agents, employees, persons sharing the Premises pursuant to Civil Code Section , invitees, permittees or licensees or other Rules and Regulations Page 1 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

2 persons in the Park or on the Premises at the invitation, request or tolerance of RVer. J. "Park Management's approval" or "approval of Park Management", "Park Management's consent" or "consent of Park Management" or other similar terms are used in these Rules and Regulations or in other documents referred to in these Rules and Regulations, means that the Park Management's prior written approval must have been obtained by RVer before RVer commences any such action requiring Park Management's approval. If Park Management's prior written approval is required, RVer shall submit a written request to Park Management which describes the action RVer proposes to take and requests Park Management to give prior written approval. 3. USE OF FACILITIES RVers have the right to use the Premises and Park facilities in compliance with these Rules and Regulations, the Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations, and the other provisions of the Park's residency documents. RVer agrees that the enforcement of the Rules and Regulations and conditions of tenancy are a private matter between Park Management and each person individually. RVer agrees that he is not a third party beneficiary of any other agreement between Owner or Park Management and any other person in this Park. 4. PARK PERSONNEL Owner shall be represented by Park Management, including a responsible agent who resides in the Park, who can enforce the Rules and Regulations on behalf of Owner. 5. GUESTS A. For any guest to occupy the Premises overnight, the guest must be registered with Park Management. B. Any guest who visits RVer is not permitted to use the recreational facilities of the Park unless Resident obtains from Park Management and pays for a day-use pass and any applicable boat launching fees. C. The number of guests may be limited by Park Management. Only two visitor passes are available for seasonal tenants. D. RVer agrees to acquaint all guests with the conditions of tenancy in the Park, including, but not limited to, these Rules and Regulations, and the Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations. RVer is personally responsible for the actions and conduct of RVer's guest. E. Guest entry hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. F. Guests are not permitted to bring any pet(s) into the Park. G. A guest is permitted to use the recreational facilities only while accompanied by an RV tenant. Rules and Regulations Page 2 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

3 6. RECREATIONAL VEHICLE AND ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT STANDARDS A. Recreational Vehicles. Only RVs as defined by Health & Safety Code Section are permitted to be placed on the Premises. (1) Only one RV may be placed in each space. (2) Placement of RVs shall be determined by Park Management. In no event shall a RV be located closer than six feet (6 ) from any building or other RV situated on an adjacent space. (3) All RVs within the Park must have current registration with the California Department of Motor Vehicles and be available for inspection on Park Management s request, and must have appropriate label or insignia per Health and Safety Code Section (4) All RVs must meet the standards of the California Department of Housing and Community Development. No substandard recreational vehicles, as defined in Section 2607 and 2608 of Title 25 shall be allowed in the RV Park. (5) Only RVs may occupy a space in the RV Park. (6) No RV over twenty (20) years old or a non-factory built unit is permitted to stay in the Park longer than a total of fourteen (14) days. (7) A certificate of insurance for the RV must be submitted to Park Management: the certificate of insurance should indicate coverage for the duration of RVer s stay in the Park. B. Accessory Equipment and Structures. The installation by RVer of any accessory equipment and structures on the Premises is prohibited without prior Park Management approval. All accessory equipment or structures must be built to comply with any applicable laws and ordinances. (1) Accessory Equipment 1. Any accessory equipment, structure or appliance not in compliance with the Park's residency documents shall be removed from the Premises by RVer within ten (10) days of receipt of written notice from Park Management. 2. Water heaters, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners and sinks requiring outside plumbing, mechanical, gas or electrical connections shall not be placed or installed outside of the RV. 3. Any air conditioner or evaporative cooler in an RV must be in good operating condition and must not make excessive noise that will be disturbing to any other tenant. 4 4. RVer must abide by the following standards regarding the installation of any exterior satellite dish or antenna on RVer s homesite: a. Only satellite dishes with a diameter or diagonal measurement of thirty inches (30 ) or less will be permitted. Any permitted satellite dish must not be visible from the streets or common areas of the Park and must be located on the ground to the rear of the RV. Should such location interfere with the quality of reception, RVer may request a variance from Park Management. b. Any installed satellite dish must be properly maintained. c. An installer (including RVer) of a satellite dish must indemnify or reimburse Park Management for loss or damage caused by the installation, maintenance, or use of Resident s satellite dish. d. Television antennas (two maximum per homesite) must be located to the rear of the RV (away from the street) and may not extend more than eight feet (8 ) above the highest point on RV. Should such location interfere with the quality of reception, RVer may request a variance from Park Management. Antenna guide wires shall not be attached or anchored at ground level. Any antenna or reception device must be properly installed and secured to comply with all laws, codes and manufacturer instructions. e. Other than for television, all other antennas (including, but not limited to, ham radio and CB antennas) are not permitted in the Park. 5. Upon termination of RVer's tenancy, it is RVer's responsibility to remove any accessory equipment which RVer has installed upon the Premises. (2) Accessory Structures 1. Decks. Decks are not permitted. However, a platform may be installed with prior written approval of Park Management. Any platform shall be portable (unattached from ground and RV), built at ground level, and of a size not exceeding 100 square feet. Steps must have approved handrails, as required by law. The platform may be covered by a roll-up type of awning. 2. Exterior Storage Container. No storage sheds are permitted; however, RVer may install one (1) small storage container, which must be portable and which shall not exceed a floor area of one hundred square feet (100 sq. ft.) or a maximum height of seven feet (7 ). Park Management must approve the type of storage container and where the storage container will be placed. Rules and Regulations Page 4 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

5 3. Cabanas. The installation of any cabana or permanent building on the Premises is strictly prohibited. 4. Fences. Fences are not permitted. 7. GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES A. Premises. Each RVer is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of RVer's Premises and recreational vehicle. The Premises shall be kept free of weeds, litter and debris at all times. (1) All plants, animals and natural resources are protected by law and may not be damaged, injured or removed. RVer may not tie, hang, nail, screw of staple any rope or wire to trees. (2) To avoid damage to underground utilities, RVer must have Park Management's consent before digging or driving rods or stakes into the ground. Furthermore, RVer is responsible for contacting Underground Services Alert before digging any holes deeper than six inches (6 ). RVer shall bear the costs of repairs to any utilities or Park property damaged by RVer. (3) The existing drainage pattern and grading of the Premises may not be changed without Park Management's consent. (4) RVer may not plant any tree or shrub without the express written approval of Park Management. Annual flowers may be permitted if such flowers do not interfere with lot lines, utilities or any Park improvement. (5) Watering hours are from 7PM-11AM ONLY. (exterior) B. Storage. Storage of anything beneath, behind or on the outside of the recreational vehicle is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, storage of boxes, trunks, wood, pipe, bottles, tools, mops, ladders, paint cans or any item which is unsightly in appearance. (1) Only outdoor patio furniture and barbecues approved for use by Park Management may be used on the deck or other portions of the Premises. (2) No appliances, including, but not limited to, water heaters, freezers, refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, may be installed or placed outside of the RV at anytime. (3) No outside clothesline of any kind is permitted. (4) Firewood (if cut and split to a usable size and if neatly stacked) may be stored outside of the RV. C. Exterior Painting. The exterior paint on RVer's recreational vehicle, accessory structures and equipment shall be properly maintained. Proper maintenance shall include, but not be limited to, the repainting of the exterior whenever the paint Rules and Regulations Page 5 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

6 begins to fade, peel, flake, chip or deteriorate in any other manner. Spray painting is not permitted in the Park. D. Dangerous Materials. Anything which creates a threat to health and safety shall not be permitted on the Premises. No flammable, combustible, or explosive fluid, material, chemical or substances (except those customarily used for normal household purposes which shall be properly stored within the RV and/or storage building) may be stored on the Premises and then only in quantities reasonably necessary for normal household purposes. E. Damage. If any portion of the exterior of the RV or its accessory equipment, structures, or appliances or the Premises are damaged, the damage must be repaired or replaced within thirty (30) days. F. Utility Pedestals. The utility pedestals (water, sewer, and electrical hookups) must be accessible at all times. If one of the Park's water shut-off valves is located on RVer's Premises, it must be kept uncovered and accessible at all times. RVer shall not connect, except through existing electrical or natural gas outlets or water pipes on the Premises, any apparatus or device for the purposes of using electric current, natural gas or water. Modifications to wastewater connections at utility pedestal are strictly prohibited. G. Garbage and Trash Disposal. Garbage must be wrapped and with other refuse, must be placed in plastic trash bags and kept inside the RV or storage container until deposited in the designated disposal bins. (1) Sanitary and health laws must be obeyed at all times. (2) Combustible, noxious, or hazardous materials should be removed from the Park and not placed in bins. (3) Lids on the disposal bins are to be kept closed. At no time must bins be so loaded with materials as to render the disposal of garbage impossible by other RVers. Materials must not be left outside of the bins. (4) Disposal bins are solely for the collection of household trash. Bringing trash from outside the Park to dump in the Park's disposal bins is not permitted. Disposal bins may not be used for the disposal of appliances, furniture, construction materials, or any other such items. (5) Dumpsters will be picked up periodically by the local refuse hauler. 8. SANITARY SEWER PROHIBITIONS A. No person shall discharge on the ground any substance (including greywater) that may cause detrimental environmental impact, or create a public nuisance. B. No person shall discharge any substance or material that causes obstruction of flow (such as diapers, grease, cobbles, solids) or damage to the sewerage facilities. 7 C. No person shall construct appurtenances that cause conditions inhibiting or preventing effective maintenance of sewerage facilities. D. No person shall dispose via the toilet or sink drain any waste or material that is: (1) TOXIC - capable of producing injury, illness or damage to humans, livestock or wildlife through ingestion, inhalation or absorption through any body surface, (2) CORROSIVE - capable of destroying by chemical action living tissue through contact, (3) IRRITANTS - capable of causing a local inflammatory reaction, (4) STRONG SENSITIZERS - capable of causing allergic or hypersensitive reactions, (5) FLAMMABLE - capable of burning during normal handling and which may produce harmful gas or particles. E. No person shall discharge waste into the sewerage facilities, which causes, threatens to cause, or is capable of causing, either alone or by interaction with other substances: (1) Interference with the wastewater treatment process, or overloading of the sewerage facilities, or excessive collection or treatment costs, or use of a disproportionate share of the capacity of the sewerage facilities; (2) Interference with any wastewater reclamation process, which does or may operate in conjunction with the sewerage facilities, or overloading, or a breakdown of such reclamation process, or excessive reclamation costs, or any product of the treatment process which renders such reclamation process impracticable or not feasible under normal operating conditions; (3) A detrimental environmental impact, or a nuisance wherever located, or a condition unacceptable to any public agency having regulatory jurisdiction over operation of the sewerage facilities; (4) Discoloration, or any other adverse condition in the quality of the effluent from the sewerage facilities such that receiving water quality requirements established by any statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, or permit condition cannot be met by the District; (5) Conditions at or near the sewerage facilities, or any portion thereof, which cause, or may cause, the District to be in violation of the requirements of law. (6) Pollutants introduced into the sewerage facilities that pass through or interfere with the operation or performance of the sewerage facilities. (7) Any substance, which will cause the sewerage facilities to violate its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and/or State Waste Rules and Regulations Page 7 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

8 Discharge Requirements permit(s) or the receiving water quality standards. 9. ADVERTISEMENTS A. No "for sale" signs are permitted outside RVer's recreational vehicle. However, RVer may place a sign in the window of the RV (on the side of the RV facing the street) stating that the RV is for sale or exchange. Such sign shall not exceed dimensions of twelve inches (12") in height and twenty-four inches (24") in width; such sign shall state only the name, address and telephone number of the owner of the RV or RVer's agent. B. Park Management shall require the removal of a recreational vehicle from the Park in the event of the sale of the RV to a third party. Park Management reserves the right to take whatever action may be appropriate in order to enforce this provision. C. RVers may post the sale of a specific item or items on a bulletin board provided by Park Management for that use for no longer than seven (7) days. D. "Patio sales", "moving sales" and "yard sales" are expressly prohibited. 10. ENTRY UPON PREMISES OF RVer. Park Management shall have a right of entry upon the Premises for maintenance of utilities, for maintenance of the Premises where the RVer fails to maintain the Premises in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, and for the protection of the Park at any reasonable time, but Park Management may not do so in a manner or at a time which would interfere with RVer's quiet enjoyment. Park Management may enter a recreational vehicle without the prior written consent of the RVer in the case of an emergency or when RVer has abandoned the recreational vehicle. 11. RECREATIONAL FACILITIES The entire Camanche South Shore Recreational Area, including all of its facilities, is open on an equal basis to persons renting recreational vehicle spaces in the Park as well as to day-use visitors, provided appropriate fees are paid. Copies of the Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations applicable to the Recreational Area are attached hereto. Hours and additional rules are posted throughout the Recreational Area and are incorporated herein by this reference. 12. LAUNDRY FACILITIES A. Laundry hours are posted at the laundry facilities. These facilities will be closed from time to time at Park Management's discretion for cleaning and repairs. B. Washers, dryers and all other laundry facilities are to be cleaned by RVer, inside and out, immediately after use. 9 they are dry. Dyeing may not be done in the washers. The laundry is to be left in a clean, neat and orderly condition. Pet laundry may not be done in the washers. C. Additional rules and regulations governing the use of the laundry and its facilities are posted and are incorporated herein by reference. 13. PARKING A. Only permitted vehicles, up to a total of two (2), may be parked at RVer s site. The RV itself counts as one vehicle. All of RVer s vehicles defined as other vehicles or in excess of two (2) in number must be parked outside of the Park. Notwithstanding this restriction, a third vehicle may be parked at the site provided space is adequate and RVer has obtained written approval from Park Management. B. Permitted vehicles specifically include sports cars, coupes, sedans, vans, station wagons, pickup trucks under one (1) ton, or sport utility vehicles. One vehicle may be replaced with a trailered vessel provided space is adequate and RVer has obtained written approval from Park Management. Such vessel must be registered at Park Office. Not included as permitted vehicles are other vehicles such as buses, commercial vehicles of every kind and description, utility trailers, dune buggies, motor scooters, minibikes, ATVs or self-propelled transportation. C. A pickup truck or van may not, without Park Management s consent, be substituted for one of the two permitted vehicles if it is equipped with exterior racks, storage containers or compartments or other similar devices or contains tools or equipment which are mounted on the outside of the vehicle. D. Each vehicle/vessel in the Park must display a current pass. A vehicle/vessel without a current pass is subject to removal and/or citation. E. No vehicle parking is allowed on any portion of paved roadways (Title 25, Section 21065). Vehicles belonging to repairmen, delivery persons, health care personnel or Park employees may be parked for short periods of time on the street immediately adjoining the Premises where repairs are being performed or where services are being provided. F. Vehicles parked on RVer's Premises may only be parked on the designated parking area defined by pavement and/or gravel, and not on any other areas of the Premises. Parking is not permitted on adjacent vacant Premises. G. Guests may only park in designated guest parking spaces or on the host RVer's Premises. Because of the limited parking facilities, traffic congestion and noise, Park Management reserves the right to restrict the number of guests bringing automobiles or other vehicles into the Park. H. Any vehicle parked in violation of these Rules and Regulations or in violation of signs posted throughout the Park may be towed from the Park at the expense of the vehicle s owner. I. Other than the RV located on the Premises, sleeping in vehicles is prohibited. Rules and Regulations Page 9 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

10 14. MOTOR VEHICLES AND BICYCLES A. No vehicle leaking oil or any other substances or fluids shall be allowed in the Park. Any vehicle/vessel dripping oil, gasoline, or any other substance must be repaired immediately. B. Other than for the health and safety of RVer or for the external upkeep of the RV, no maintenance, major engine repair or other work of any kind on any vehicle, boat or recreational vehicle may be done on the Premises without Park Management s consent. This includes, but is not limited to, the changing of oil. C. For the safety of all persons within the Park, no vehicle may be driven in an unsafe manner. All traffic signs must be obeyed, including being watchful for children. The speed limit in the Park is 10 m.p.h D. No vehicle may be operated in the Park by any person who is not properly licensed. All vehicles operated within the Park must be registered and licensed for street usage. E. Excessively noisy vehicles are not permitted in the Park. F. Motorcycles, motor scooters, minibikes, mopeds or other two and three wheel motorized vehicles entering or leaving the Park must be driven by the most direct route between the Park's entrance and RVer's site and may not otherwise be driven on any other street in the Park. All such vehicles shall be equipped with mufflers or other necessary noise suppressing devices. Furthermore, all such vehicles shall be licensed street legal and driven by a licensed, insured driver only. G. Off-road vehicles and all terrain vehicles may not be operated in the Park. H. Bicycles may only be driven on the roadways and not on sidewalks, grass, vacant Premises or any other paved area. Bicycles must obey the same traffic regulations as cars. I. If driven at night or at dusk, bicycles must be equipped with a light in the front and a reflector in the rear. 15. CONDUCT A. Actions by any person of any nature which may be dangerous or may create a health and safety problem or disturb others are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, any unusual, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, quarreling, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, or rude, boisterous, objectionable to abusive language or conduct. The use or display of any weapon, including, but not limited to, a bow and arrow, BB guns, knives, fireworks and guns are expressly forbidden. Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other substance shall not be permitted in any area of the Park which is generally open to all tenants, occupants and their guests. 11 B. Radios, televisions, record players, musical instruments and other devices must be used so as not to disturb others. No loud music or noise is permitted. Quiet Time hours as defined in the Watershed and Recreation Rules and Regulations apply. C. RVers and their guests shall not encroach or trespass on any other person's recreational vehicle space or upon any area which is not open to general use by tenants, occupants and their guests. All Park property which is not for the use of RVers and their guests, including, but not limited to, electric, water and sewer connections and other equipment connected with utility services and tools and equipment of Park Management, shall not be used, tampered with or interfered with in any way by RVer. D. RVers and their guests must be quiet and orderly and shall not be allowed to do anything which might be cause for complaint. RVers must acquaint all guests and all occupants of the RV with the Park's Rules and Regulations. E. The Park's streets shall not be used for the playing of games and sports. F. Barbecues provided by Park Management or belonging to an RVer (as approved for use by Park Management) are allowed with a ten foot bare ground clearance. G. Open fires are prohibited except in approved fire containers manufactured for that purpose and with a ten foot bare ground clearance. H. The Premises and RVer's recreational vehicles shall be used only for private residential purposes, and no business or commercial activity of any nature shall be conducted thereon. This prohibition applies to any commercial or business activity, including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Any activity requiring the issuance of a business license or permit by any governmental agency. 2) The leasing, subleasing, sale or exchange of recreational vehicles. I. The violation of any law or ordinance of the city, county, state or federal government will not be tolerated. No acts or demeanor shall be permitted which would place the Park Management in violation of any law or ordinance. J. RVer is responsible for the actions and conduct of all other occupants of RVer's recreational vehicle and for the actions and conduct of RVer's guests and invitees. 16. PETS A. Special permission to keep a house pet in the Park must be obtained from Park Management. A house pet is defined as a pet that spends its primary existence within the pet owner's residence. Approved pets shall be registered at Park Office. Park Management reserves the right to deny a Resident a pet if a proposed pet would pose a threat to the health and safety of Residents of the Park. Park Management reserves the right to deny an RVer a pet if there are an excessive number of pets in the Park. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per recreational vehicle space. 12 (1) The types of pet permitted are: a domesticated bird, cat, dog, or aquatic animal kept within an aquarium. Only medium-sized or smaller dogs which, at maturity, do not exceed fifty pounds (50 lbs.) in weight are permitted. Guide dogs, signal dogs, and other service dogs as defined by Civil Code 54.1 are exempt from the size limitation otherwise applicable to dogs. Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Argentine Dogo, English Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Perro de Presa Canario, Bull Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, Bandogs, and Pit Bullmastiffs), Pit Bull mix and other aggressive breeds are expressly prohibited. (2) Non-house pets are prohibited under any circumstances. Strange and exotic pets are not permitted. (3) If any of the rules regarding pets is violated, and such violation is noted by Park Management or a valid complaint is made by another RVer, the owner of the pet will receive an official notice in writing stating that the right to keep a pet within the Park is terminated. B. The following rules must be strictly followed by all pet owners: (1) Pets must be licensed and inoculated in accordance with the local law. Proof of licensing and or current inoculation is required by Park Management. (2) When not inside the RV, pets must be kept in a caged kennel or be on a short leash (six feet (6 ) or less) under the immediate control of a responsible person. (3) Any pet running loose in the Park will be taken to Animal Control. Recurring violations of this rule will lead to the loss of the privilege to maintain a pet. (4) Pets will not be allowed to cause any disturbance which might annoy neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, growling, biting or any other unusual noises or damage. Under no condition is a pet to invade the privacy of anyone's Premises. (5) All excrement left by RVer's pet must be picked up, wrapped in paper or plastic and placed in the trash immediately. (6) Guests are not permitted to bring any pet into the Park. (7) The tying up of pets outside the RV and leaving them unattended is prohibited. In no event may a pet be tied to any tree, shrub, utility meter or outlet, or any other Park improvement. Rules and Regulations Page 12 of 14 Camanche South Shore RV Park (2/1/08)

RENTING, SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNMENT RVer shall not sublease, rent or assign RVer's recreational vehicle, the Premises or any rights or interest that RVer may have under RVer's registration agreement or rental agreement. 18. FIXTURES All landscaping and structures or other improvements permanently attached to or embedded in the ground shall become a part of the realty upon their installation and belong to Owner. Upon RVer vacating the Premises, such improvements shall remain upon and be surrendered with the Premises. Park Management may, however, at its sole option, permit or require RVer to remove, at RVer's expense, said improvements. RVer shall repair any damage to the Premises caused by the removal, including, but not limited to, the filling in and leveling of holes or depressions and shall leave the Premises in a neat and uncluttered condition with the Park's original engineered grade intact. 19. SOLICITATION Throw-away newspapers, distribution of handbills and door-to-door selling or solicitation are not permitted without Park Management's consent. All salespeople must make individual appointments with the RVer concerned or interested. 20. PARK OFFICE AND COMPLAINTS Except in an emergency, please do not telephone or contact Park Management after normal business hours. The Park's office phone is for business and emergency use only. A. Except for emergencies, all complaints must be in writing and signed by the person making the complaint. B. All community business is conducted during posted office hours. C. RVer shall not request maintenance personnel to perform jobs for RVer, nor shall RVer give instructions to maintenance personnel. REVISIONS OF RULES Park Management reserves the right to add to, delete, amend and revise these Rules and Regulations from time to time, as well as additional rules and regulations and hours posted in and about the recreational facilities. 22.
