2 My vehicle purchase pickup date was lengthy because the camper was not ready due to defects found on that date. (1) Water leak in wall behind hose connection. (2) Skirting did not fit against slide properly. (J Wrap Bent) (3) Screw in skirting to bracket not installed properly 1st visit 03/21/14 03/21/14 2ndvisit 03/31/14 04/11/14 Toy Hauler rear door not sealed properly. Poor gasketing. 1st visit 03/31/14 04/11/14 No air coming from heater vent by front door. 1st visit 03/31/14 04/11/14 Furnace heater not working properly 1st visit 03/31/14 04/11/14 Furnace not heating the camper. Furnace going on and off erratically. 1/17/14 No Out Main understorage compartment door screws falling out. 1st visit 03/31/14 04/11/14 Slam latch bay door struts are coming off of the door. 11/17/14 No Out

3 There are several large holes behind the DVD and master control panel. Outside air is being drawn through these 1st visit 03/31/14 04/11/14 holes into the camper. 11/17/14 Not Out Propane leak. (Was awakened in the middle of the night when the propane alarm went off and the camper was full of propane gas.) (Life Threatening event). 1st visit 11/17/14 No Out Rear DS outside speaker does not work. Speaker is directly under where hole in wall existed in previous 1st visit 11/17/14 No Out poblem. 4 There is a hole in the outside wall by the forward arm on the rear DS Awning. 1st visit 11/17/14 No Out Piping in basement is not sealed. 5 Forward awning is torn where awning light wiring is attached. All lighting on inside of trailer works intermittently. Sometimes they blink on and off randomly. 1st visit 11 /17/14 Not Out Trim on shelf in cabinet over sink/counter is missing. 6 The entire bed lift assist system came completely apart. 1st visit 11 /17/14 Not Out Loose or missing caulk all over the trailer inside and out. lat visit 11)17/14 Not Out Both air conditioner shrouds are damaged Antenna Boot is falling off and allowing rain to come into the roof cavity. 7 Left mirror in bedroom does not latch. lst visit 11/17/14 Not Out Ceiling molding in bedroom in falling down Bedroom AC vent blows shut when AC comes on. 1st visit 11/1 7/14 Not Out Screws loose and coming out on bedroom curtain side valance. Floor level vent in bedroom comes off and is not mounted flush against the wall. 1St visit 11/17/14 Not Out

8 Trim is either loose or has fallen off in the bedroom. Where ever there is carpeting in the camper, there are staples poking through, coming out, or make the carpet look dented. Window blinds over couch drag the sides of the side valances and do not raise properly. Bedroom blind operates crooked and strings come loose on tensioner. 9 - Carpet on steps is bunched up and crinkled. Linoleum between bedroom steps and slideout is buckled. 1st visit 11/1 7/14 Not Out, Subwoofer for sound system is located in the basement. Cannot be heard. Kitchen faucet is loose. Water leak on large slideout. Drips on leather catch. 10 Description of one problem that CONTINUES TO EXIST: Repair Visits Date In Date Out 1 Mileage Cabinet door over sink / counter is cracked at joint. i Several cabinet doors are not hung level. Sound bar is no longer mounted in entertainment center. Screws vibrated out. 1st visit 11/1 7/14 Not Out Heater vent is not properly connected to the vent diffuser under the sink cabinet. 11 _ Ramp awning is pulling away from camper on the left side. Microwave control panel cover is falling off. Cabinets over TV and couch have seam tape that is coming up (outside and inside cabinets). Bathroom wall siding is not attached well behind toilet. 1st visit 11/17/1 4 Not Out No caulking or missing caulking on the shower faucet. Form (NF-4O irev.04/14i Page 2 of 3

12 Wall seal tape coming off between bathroom cabinet and shower close to floor. Ramp coating is bubbled in center of ramp the full length of the ramp. Description of one problem that CONTINUES TO EXIST: Exposed trailer frame at rear on both side are rusting badly Repair Visits Date In Date Out Mileage Electrical outlet inside basement does not have a cover plate. Large slide exterior facia looks like it has been scratched or damaged while in the care of the dealer for repairs. It 1st visit 04/17/15 Not Out looks as though they tried to cover it up with spray paint but does not match. This is new damage while in the care of ExploreUSA. Noticed on 04/17/15 when i went by to check on camper progress.

They have now had the camper since 11/17/14. Still no date on completion or return. Have acquired Lemon Law Attorneys but they are not doing anything.
