5 Tent pole fittings Our tent pole fittings are designed for aluminium tubes with the following dimensions: 19.06mm OD / 1.62mm wall thickness = 15.82mm ID 22.2mm OD / 1.2mm wall thickness = 19.8mm ID 25.4mm OD / 1.2mm wall thickness = 23.0mm ID For telescopic poles, one uses the 22 and 25mm OD tubing - the tubing used for 95% of applications BEV-TENT 009 Tent Pole Clamp (Fits 22mm & 25mm tubes) / BEV-TENT 035 Aussie Clamp (Fits 22mm & 25mm tubes) / BG 11 Male & female joiners with stainless steel nut & bolt. 6 CL-TP Tent Pole TUBE SET (22mm & 25mm tubes) Cut to lengths of 1.2m, the set of tubes are all ready to make any telescopic upright or cross member from 1.2m to a max of 2.3m (leaving 100mm overlap). Ends deburred and the 25mm is machined ready for the BEV-TENT 009 tent pole clamp if you decide to use it, or merely fit the Aussie clamp; then whichever fittings you need on the ends. 6
