Not only does it have superior shelf stand-out as there is nothing else like it, visually, in the market place, but it is also supremely practical. This is due to its built-in pouring spout and a lid with a tear back feature allowing the consumer to microwave safely, helping to prevent spillage of boiling hot soup on a consumer s hand. It can also be re-sealed if part-using, making it more user-friendly. In addition, Aegg is able to offer a choice of three types of label as part of its packaging service, including an adhesive label or a label integral to the plastic packaging. There are currently two soup pot sizes within the range, which are ideal for either a single or double serving, each with the same size diameter at the top, but with 30% less capacity for the smaller pot. As a result of this innovative shaping, less tooling has been used, making it more cost-effective for Aegg s customers. Although the pots are ideal for soup, they can also be used for other contents, such as sauces, or gravy, making them very versatile.

Fully recyclable, the pack is also visually enticing and can be customised to offer a creative packaging solution, whilst maintaining the quality and freshness of dishes. Stackable and quick to assemble, the pack encompass four interchangeable pieces - two primary base cartons (large and small) a thermoformed tray, and a lid. These pieces create seven possible combinations providing chefs with the ability to pack several dishes, both wet and dry, into one pack combination. The large primary base (1000ml) is constructed from a specialist board, which can be printed to feature any customised design, whilst the plastic tray is acting as a secondary base for additional food items. The lid can also double up as a plate to pick and share with others. This solution has also come about due to AM Labels winning a top prize in a European Epson marketing competition. STAND C22 HEINZ-GLAS UK AMAZE N GAZE This is a new concept developed by Heinz Glas, hole in a bottle. We call the project AMAZE n GAZE The bottle could be developed so that the closure fits snug into the opening, alternatively another concept could be to develop some form of make-up accessory to fit.

In this way, trays can provide the same non-stick features of those lacquered, but with reduced costs and manufacturing time.

MACPAC STAND H44 LARGE LETTER PACK The pack is manufactured specifically for mail order plug plant growers/retailers. It is available in 2 versions one for 6 plug plants and one for 12 plug plants.

The pack is completely stand-alone with self locking tabs and only requires an address label adding. After use the pack can be completely recycled as it made from recycled PET material.

The compact design of the clampack fits securely around the plug plant and affords full protection of foliage.

4 I2R PACKAGING SOLUTIONS LTD BAKE-EEZE STAND L42 Bake-eeze is a new non-stick container range launched by market leading foil tray producers, i2r Packaging Solutions Ltd. The innovation is based on the addition of non-stick properties to plain aluminium containers through a simple yet inventive industrial process via the raw material itself. In this way, trays can provide the same non-stick features of those lacquered, but with reduced costs and manufacturing time. The product has been specifically developed for the industrial bakery and pastry markets. MACPAC STAND H44 LARGE LETTER PACK The pack is manufactured specifically for mail order plug plant growers/retailers. It is available in 2 versions one for 6 plug plants and one for 12 plug plants. It is designed so that the pack can be delivered through the post for the cost of a second class large letter. Plants are held securely with a high level of protection in transit. The pack is completely stand-alone with self locking tabs and only requires an address label adding. After use the pack can be completely recycled as it made from recycled PET material. The self locking tabs are simple to close even when wearing gloves so the task of packing is made simpler and quicker. The compact design of the clampack fits securely around the plug plant and affords full protection of foliage. RANPAK GEAMI WRAPPAK Geami WrapPak is a one-of-a kind wrapping material which offers surface protection for small fragile products. With its unique and rustic look it offers an unparalleled presentation which enhances the customer experience when unpacking a parcel. The die-cut paper is stretched into a honeycomb structure. In combination with tissue paper a wrapping material with unique properties is created. This 100 % paper-based solution is a truly sustainable alternative to bubble wrap that is made of plastic. STAND J52 STAND H52 TECHNOPRINT TECH-PACK TECH-PACK is a tray which houses and protects patient information leaflets. It then also aids in the loading of the leaflets into a carton machine. There is a perforated opening with an indication arrow to show the correct way to open. The name of the leaflet is also printed on the tray. The tray enables operators to load leaflets without wasting time removing and disposing of plastic, so it has great environmental benefits as well as the obvious benefit to loading the machine more easily. The less the leaflets are handled, the less issues on the packing line with them being the incorrect way round or tucked in together. With TECH-PACK the leaflets are ready in the direction needed (e.g. enclosed spine down). The tray fits into the loading shoot and the leaflets are just lightly shaken out.

The pack is a novelty item for the duty free travel market that was relevant to travel but could appeal to all customers of any age or sex. If the tin has the correct graphics it has a worldwide appeal and the clever use of the zip that is curled into the metal (no adhesive is used) allows the lid to hinge and the two zips can be locked together for easy tamper sealing. STAND J33 STAND D16 UNETTE GROUP THE DOSETTE Unette have announced the launch of their latest innovation The Dosette. It was developed initially as a single-use re-fill for the Vape market. Holding 2ml of liquid, it features a unique, extended nozzle with a tamper-proof tear off tab perfect for re-filling e-cigarette tanks and gauzes. This is an incredible design for what is in effect a piece of folded flexible packaging. The Dosette can be held upside down with the tab removed and won t drip. The application of light pressure can provide drops or with firmer pressure a spray. The applications for a singleuse, controlled dose are endless just about everyone that has seen it, wants it said Dave Rimmer, Unette s Managing Director. The popularity of the Dosette has already triggered the development of larger capacity and longertipped versions. Unette have been at the forefront of flexible packaging solutions for over 40 years and are best known for developing the original Tear Top Tube, used extensively in health and sports nutrition, personal care, household and industrial markets.
