The Constrictor was developed with a spinal surgeon from the RCP (Royal College of Physicians) and complies with BS 13407-1999. All the rucksacks have a stress tolerance to exceed a 100 kilo pay-load.

These allow faster response times when loaded. The Constrictor is a 35+8ltr patrol rucksack that is a top loader. It is designed and built to last. When the add-ons are attached to the anchor points it will expand to 130ltr removing the requirement for a full size Bergen. We have 2 back sizes which fit the ninety five percentile requirement of the UK MoD and complies with the human elements factors, it is suitable for women. (The Long Back is a special order only). The add-ons are mission specific and can be tailored to suit the individual regiment s requirements. (Medical, SF, Engineers etc). We have a 7.62 belt fed system for a GPMG that feeds straight from the back of the sack for support fire teams (removing breach contamination on current operations). This can be tailored to 5.56 LMG. This allows the weapon to remain in the users hands at all times, removing the issues currently suffered by MOLLE. It is the only true modular back system on the market at the moment and it is the only complete combat system that will integrate within different units reducing logistical headaches and in-theatre compliance issues. This is not a static application and it has been designed to evolve with technologies as and when they are ready to go into service. It will serve and excel in both a symmetrical combat scenario and in any asymmetrical combat environment. The current trend to front loaders/panel loader/clam shell rucksacks have a single point of failure and many seasoned veterans in combat (as well as extreme survival) tend to favour the top loader and the Constrictor is 85% fieldserviceable but it that well made we feel that this is highly unlikely that it will ever let you down. We offer a limited lifetime warranty with this unit.

4 The trials and development team have trialled the Constrictor against the market leaders in a number of bio mechanical tests (information source and their independent comment) and it has consistently come first in all areas. The constrictor has undergone a huge number of trials and developments and has been tested in the Jungle, Desert, Urban and the Arctic and it is the only rucksack that has been tested and certified to STANAG 2895.
