6 **** As per Section 48 of the Renewable Electricity Regulations affected parties have 60 days to appeal a Ministerial Decision As per COMFIT Directive 8, distribution capacity for these projects was awarded to other projects, making them ineligible for the COMFIT rate. Applicants were formally notified that their projects were in competition and were encouraged to work collaboratively to find a solution.
