1 Minutes: Meeting on Monday 30th October Attendees: Natasha Bateman, Brynn Frew, Nick Leverton, Rosie Catcheside, Sophie Vonholm, Jiaxuan (Kerry) Yang, Adam Lord, Brianna Chu, Tom Williams, Kristen Carter, Sarah Rodway-Swanson, Flora Rowe, Kieran Wallbanks, Sophie Johnston Apologies: Abi Storey Bacon Butty money raised- did not make a profit. RAG Dragon s Den style competition between social enterprises- SVS helps to organise. On The Rocks Natasha and Sarah had an idea: act of kindness : turn it into a bigger tree Alumni Festival, end of week 9 of semester 2 Everyone could think about a theme Sarah: try to invite project people, but nobody turned up/ Give Back Awards nobody turned up Bri proposes: Transition something better than Beach clean Bri and Sarah propose to have an event during On the rocks and invite alumni; Event on Saturday, we could ask local people to come Cloakroom Thank you so much for signing up. First shift shall begin at 8:00pm

Issue: we need to return these items but the Union closed at 2am Natasha will follow up with House of Horror for confirmation Publicity Secretary Action: Send out an by next Tuesday, about future events & Case study Website Blog account is connected to Pippa Penguinton facebook account which is not controlled by SVS Once that Facebook account is deleted, Kristen could work the website out. Sarah will pass on the contact information of the Pippa Penguinton facebook account holder to Kristen Risk Assessment Project Officers Action: need to requesting a rick assessment for Charity Shops, Leonard Cheshire, Brownies and Scouts.
