We will then explore the history of Sydney s former Quarantine Station, visiting the heritage buildings and hearing personal stories of former staff and residents. Day 6: Blue Mountains Day Trip including Kangaroos & Koalas All Day tour out of Sydney to the beautiful Blue Mountains. Enjoy short bush walks, scenic lookouts, picnic lunch, ride on the steepest passenger railway in the world and spend time with the native animals of Australia you can even pat the Kangaroos & Koalas and take a selfie with them! Your guide will lead an interpretive cultural walk through the numerous rock galleries, before you climb to the top of a lookout for views over the Nardab floodplain. In the afternoon we will further our understanding of the local Aboriginal culture with a visit to the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre.

4 SYDNEY & OUTBACK AUSTRALIA - CROSS CULTURAL MANAGEMENT SAMPLE PROGRAM ITINERARY #1 Dinner included at glamping site Day 12: Kakadu to Katherine All day tour from Kakadu to Katherine, today we spend time exploring Kakadu s other major Aboriginal rock art site Nourlangie (Burrunggui), while your guide provides a glimpse into how the local Aboriginal people live. We then head Gunlom Falls and cool off with a dip in the plunge pools. After lunch we head south and stop to visit the historic gold-mining centre of Pine Creek before continuing onto Katherine. Dinner included at glamping site Day 13: Katherine Gorge to Darwin All Day tour of Katherine Gorge, this 23 million-year-old landscape was formed by the Katherine River, which flows from Arnhem Land out to the Timor Sea. Take the morning to do an optional cruise on the river or bush walk. After lunch we head to the beautiful Edith falls before we head back to Darwin.
