The Andaman Islands have some of the best beaches in the world, indeed Radha Nagar on Havelock Island was named Beach Best In Asia by Time in Conde Naste Traveller in January 2010 called the Andaman Islands the ultimate tropical mystery and having unearthly perfection. Picture long stretches of clear blue water and pristine white sand, surrounded by forest...in short, a picture postcard. It also has some of the best scuba diving (PADI courses also available) and snorkelling. There is also an opportunity to go kayaking and overnight trips to nearby islands to explore limestone caves. On Merck Bay Beach you can have a long swim or explore the coconut plantation and forest Day 3 Day trip to Swiftlet Rock and Tamarind Camp. Snorkel around Swiftlet Rock the best snorkelling site in Andaman for experienced snorkellers. At 11am proceed to Tamarind Camp. Relax, take your turn kayaking, explore the forest or simply snorkel around the reef and the drop-off near Tamarind Camp. Day 4 At your leisure. Day 5 Return to Port Blair and overnight stay there.

Day 10 Day trip to Banasura Sagar Dam. 30 kms from Vythiri and a 4 hour activity, this is the largest earth dam in India at about 3,500 acres. Good opportunity for picnic and boat ride. In the evening take a walk with the naturalist through the nearby tea plantation. Day 11 Depart for Bombay.
