2 To kick start the celebration, Managing Director of Globelink Korea, Mr Raymond Kim, gave a brief welcome speech, followed by a CWT Group presentation by our Executive Chairman, Mr Tan Choon Wei and Group CEO, Mr Daniel Tok. There was a tenor performance and a cake-cutting session before dinner commenced. The management team also took this opportunity to recognize the efforts of long-service staff. Tokens of appreciation were presented to a total of 6 staff members who have completed 10 years of service with Globelink Korea. Happy 10 th Anniversary, Globelink Korea!

4 GLOBELINK AUSTRALIA GOLD SPONSOR AFIF CONFERENCE MAY 2015 Globelink International, Australia certainly had a busy year. In May they were the key GOLD sponsor of the highly regarded forwarding industry (AFIF) conference at Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast. After last year s Far East theme, the Middle East was replicated with items sent from our friends in Turkey, Egypt and a wonderful camel from Dubai. Dubbed Alice, it was central to the display of posters, throw-rugs, cushions and trinkets that festooned the display with a fabulous team of belly dancers who had everyone up dancing! As sponsors of the Golf Day, Globelink International set a precedence with the first all girl golf team doing our name proud.

5 GLOBELINK AUSTRALIA TEAM BUILDING HOW TO NAIL THE SALE XMAS IN JULY The tradition of combining the annual team training weekend with Christmas In July to stave off the winter blues was started last year. This year s training was held at the Sydney office focusing on the core message: Selling Our Service, with team building exercises and role playing. Staff pulled together to brainstorm and work on how we can beat our competition with service and what it means to them. A celebration followed at the beautiful Blue Mountains, renowned for its hospitality in a majestic bush mountain setting. A traditional Scottish feast was piped in by a Highland band with all the Christmas trimmings. The weekend was capped off with an exciting day at the Blue Mountains Scenic Rides with a hair-raising trip down the side of the mountain on the world s steepest railway!
