2 - Travelodge Debut in Thailand - Travelodge Pattaya & Travelodge Bangkok Announcing the continued growth of the Travelodge portfolio in Thailand. Travelodge has been and continues to be a household name in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and North America, offering a perfect night s sleep at a price that s just as perfect. Now the expansion of the Travelodge brand in Asia is gathering pace. The 164-room Travelodge Pattaya (formerly Premier Inn Pattaya), located a few minutes walk from the beach and dining and entertainment district of Thailand s fun in the sun capital, will be opening its doors and welcoming guests from the 1 st July Following in quick succession, the brand-new 224- room Travelodge Sukhumvit 11, strategically located in the heart of the city s dining and entertainment scene on Sukhumvit Road s Soi 11 and in close proximity to the BTS and MRT mass transit stations of Nana and Sukhumvit, will be in operation by the 4 th quarter of this year. Both properties will feature a restaurant, swimming pool and gym matched together with Travelodge s famed reputation for convenient locations, high standards of guest service and unbeatable room rates. Travelodge Pattaya and Travelodge Sukhumvit are at the forefront of the group s expansion plans which will put a Travelodge in a desirable locales in the four corners of the kingdom. Globally, there are currently over 1,000 Travelodge-branded hotels across North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Following the first Travelodge hotel in Asia which opened in Hong Kong earlier this year and the aforementioned two in Thailand, Travelodge continues to gain momentum in expanding across Asia. Additional new openings in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore are in the pipeline for the rest of 2017.

Vienna House is a European hotel group with 26 years of hotel management expertise and solid project development know how with properties in Austria, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Russia. This cooperation has benefits for both hotel groups to expand their geographic portfolios with shared infrastructure. Vienna House Asia, head quartered in Bangkok, Thailand, will lead the expansion of the Vienna House brand in Asia while Absolute Hotel Services Europe, head quartered in Vienna, Austria, will lead the expansion of the U Hotels & Resorts brand in Europe. 4 - The First Eastin Golf Resort - Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok We are delighted to announce a new and exciting direction for the future when the group s first Eastin resort in the region as it will open its doors early Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok is located with the Thana City mixed use development which includes the newly renovated Thana City Golf and Sport Club, a mere 25 minutes from the downtown area of the capital as well as only 10 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Bangkok International airport, and will be the first golf resort managed by Absolute Hotel Services. The resort will consist of 194 luxurious rooms in total and guests will be able to enjoy the use of the facilities of the neighbouring golf and sport club, which includes an international-class 18-hole course designed by Greg Norman, the only one in Thailand created by The Great White Shark. Thana City Golf and Sports Club, after extensive renovations can be considered to be one of the most exciting golf and leisure facilities in the kingdom. Absolute Golf Services Opening in Q As from April 2017 AHS has acquired 100% of the Absolute Golf Services Group (AGS) which is head quartered in Bangkok, Thailand. AGS is a golf management and consultancy company, providing a full range of golf services including but not limited to golf club design, development, renovations, management and consulting. AGS is currently operates in Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.

James has 20 years of leadership experience with a variety of world class clubs throughout the Middle-East and Africa including Al Badia GC & Emirates GC in Dubai, Taba Heights Golf Resort & Cascades G&CC in Egypt. A member of the British PGA, James overseas all AGSmanaged clubs and leads AGS development projects.
