8 The evaluation of a five shaft Bakyrchik Mining Venture Kazakhstan April 1996 May 1996 system of a producing gold mine, where specific recommendations for the total refurbishment were outlined. The project management of an internal shaft system, 650m in depth, including shaft stripping and Hardcastle and Richards Renison Bell Tin Mine Tasmania December 1995 September 1996 shotcrete lining, installation of the ore and waste handling facilities and the crusher station. Assisted with the commissioning of the total system and thereafter operated the system for six months to train mine staff. Project management of the modifications of the rock hoisting Copper Mines of Tasmania Queenstown, Tasmania November 1995 facilities in an existing production shaft, consisting of the excavation and support of a new loading pocket and the manufacture and installation of required steelwork.
