2 E ASSEMBLY 30th session Agenda item 18(d) 18 December 2017 Original: ENGLISH Resolution A.1125(30) Adopted on 5 December 2017 (Agenda item 18(d)) THE ASSEMBLY, RECALLING Part XVI of the Convention on the International Maritime Organization (the Convention), in particular Article 67, BEARING IN MIND the Rules and Guidelines for Consultative Status of Non-Governmental International Organizations with the International Maritime Organization ("the Rules and Guidelines"), RECALLING ALSO that Article 25(a) of the Convention and rule 1 of the Rules and Guidelines require that consultative status granted by the Council to such organizations be subject to approval by the Assembly, RECALLING FURTHER that rule 10 of the Rules and Guidelines provides for a periodic review by the Council of the list of non-governmental international organizations in consultative status with IMO and for a report to be submitted to the Assembly on the continuation, or otherwise, of such status, BEARING IN MIND the change of name and acronym of the International Sailing Federation Ltd. (ISAF) to World Sailing Ltd., without an acronym, ALSO BEARING IN MIND the change of acronym of the International Association of Airport and Seaport Police, from IAASP to INTERPORTPOLICE, NOTING the decision of the Council, at its 118th session, to grant consultative status to the Active Shipbuilding Experts' Federation (ASEF) and The Pew Charitable Trusts (Pew), RECALLING the decision of the Council, at its 118th session, to encourage the active participation in IMO's work of Greenpeace International, the International Maritime Health Association (IMHA) and the International Association of Airport and Seaport Police (INTERPORTPOLICE), in line with their obligations under the Rules and Guidelines, as, should there be no improvement in their performance, their status may be withdrawn,
