6 AVIH (Animal In Hold) AT7 2 (1 animal is limited per cage dog/cat only) A319 2 (1 animal is limited per cage dog/cat only) A320 2 (1 animal is limited per cage dog/cat only) - Separately charge as normal excess baggage; International sectors will be separated by Zonal fare. - AT7 - Dimension of cage 80x45x65 cm. Total weight of animal including cage not exceeds 20 kg. - A319, A320 - Dimension of cage 100x60x75 cm. Total weight of animal including cage not exceeds 60 kg. - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - Dogs and cats are the only types of pets accepted for travel on our flights. - Pet must be at least 8 weeks old. Pregnant, injured, ill or smelly pets are not permitted - Separately charge as normal excess baggage. - Pet owners are responsible for providing a cage or an appropriate container for their pet(s). - On the departure date, the on duty Supervisor Ground Services maintains the right to refuse acceptance of any animal that smells unpleasant, exhibits aggressive or disturbing behavior or is in poor health e.g. leprosy. - Pet owners must accept all risks of injury, sickness or death of their pets during the transportation. - For international travel pets are required to have valid health certificate, proof of current rabies vaccination and export license. - For international travel, pet s owners are responsible for obtaining entry permits including other documents required by the country of entry or transit for their pets. - AVIH for international to domestic is not acceptable (except CNX, HKT, KBV and USM). - There are some PG aircrafts unable to accept AVIH. On the departure date if the aircraft type has been changed, PG reserves the rights for ground staff and/or Station Manager (KK) to deny AVIH. - AVIH for MLE is not acceptable. - 1 cat shall be loaded in forward compartment. - 1 dog shall be loaded in AFT compartment. - If there are 2 dogs or 2 cats, 1 dog or 1 cat shall be loaded in forward compartment and another 1 dog or 1 cat shall be loaded in AFT compartment. - Loading AFT compartment (compartment 4 or compartment 5). - Loading AFT compartment (compartment 4 or compartment 5). 7 BIKE (Carriage of Bicycle) AT7 1 A319 3 A If in excess of normal checked baggage; International sectors will be separated by Zonal fare. - Dimension: - AT7 50x100x50 cm. - A319 and A x160x110 cm. - Bicycle must be collapsible and suitably packed. - The tire must be deflated. - BIKE must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field in PNR. BLND (Blind Passenger) AT7 2 A319 4 No extra charge - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - No escort is allowed. - Acceptable unlimited if passenger travel with escort (1 passenger per 1 escort). - BLND must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field in PNR. A320 4 (minimum crew) BSCT (Baby Bassinet) AT7 Not acceptable A319 2 for single class / 4 for duo class ( 2 BSCT for business class, 2 BSCT for economy class) A320 2 No extra charge - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - Baby bassinet will be provided by PG on A319 and A320 on international route (flight time more than 2 hours). - Maximum weight and height acceptance are 14 kg and 70 cm respectively. - There are some PG aircrafts unable to accept BSCT. On the departure date if the aircraft type has been changed, PG reserves the rights for ground staff and/or Station Manager (KK) to deny BSCT. - BSCT must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field in PNR. - PRS can be assigned for BSCT as follow; - Bulk head seat. - First come first serve. 8 Baby Car Seat or Child Restraint Device (CRD) AT7 A319 A320 The applicable child fare, refer to fare rules need to be checked in the system. To be charged the same fare as child fare. - If in excess of normal checked baggage; International sectors will be separated by Zonal fare. - Only forward-facing baby seat with restrained harness or child restraint harness are accepted with below maximum width & height; - AT7 - maximum width 16 inches (40 cm), maximum height 19inches (48cm) - A319/A320 - maximum width 17 inches (43 cm), maximum height 19 inches (48 cm). - Booster seat and rearward-facing baby seat and hanging basket re accepted as the checked baggage only. - Maximum dimension of package: - 50x100x50 cm for AT x160x110 cm for A319 and A x20x26 inches for business class - Window seat must be assigned for Baby Car Seat or CRD. - Forward-facing position only. - The construction of the infant seat must allow secure lashing with the cabin seat belt in a front facing position. - CRD must be approved by a foreign airworthiness authority or government (e.g. UK CAA, FAA or ECE) or manufactured under the standards of the United Nations. Checked Baggage - If in excess of normal checked baggage; International sectors will be separated by Zonal fare. - PG Policy, passenger baggage weight must not exceed 32kg per piece. Bags over 32kg cannot be accepted for carriage as they are too heavy for the baggage handler to lift. - A heavy tag will apply if your checked baggage weight is over 23kg per piece. - Bags over 32kg is not permitted. 9 Carriage of Hypodermic Needle in cabin Sufficient number as described in the medical certificate to cover the period of initial uplift until passenger reunited with their check baggage. No extra charge - Under Thai law (and in accordance with international practices) hypodermic needles are classified as prohibited items within an aircraft cabin unless passenger can demonstrate a bona fide need to have them in their possession. - Acupuncture needles are classified as prohibited items not allow to carrying on aircraft cabin. - Passenger shall be advised of the requirement to inform cabin crew prior to use of the Hypodermic Needle and shall be encouraged to do so in privacy of the toilet. - Passenger (and/or CIQ passenger) is required to carry Medical certificate or relevant documentation and identification to confirm that the hypodermic needles are required for use during the journey for a medical condition. - PG allows passenger to carry sufficient number of needles as described in the medical certificate on board to cover the period from initial uplift and any on carriage until passengers are reunited with their checked baggage. - Hypodermic needle supplies in excess of passenger in flight travel requirements should be carried within checked baggage where there is no restriction on the number of hypodermic needles you may carry. Note: Not all airport screening points are managed by PG and screening authorities may have policies that differ from this policy. PG cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever in circumstances where screening authorities confiscate. SD-GZ-GX003, Rev.04, Effective 01 January 2014 P a g e 4

10 CBBG (Extra seat for Cabin Baggage) - The charge for each seat occupied by such baggage shall be the fare which would have been charged to the passenger or applicable fare at the time of booking the additional seat. - Dimension CBBG 40 x 35 x 80 cm. - Maximum weight 73 kg. - Suitably packed. - Limited Release tag to be used. - CBBG must be inserted under Fax (SSR) DEAF (Deaf Passenger) AT7 2 A319 4 A320 4 (minimum crew) No extra charge - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - No escort is allowed. - No limited if Deaf Passenger can communicate in reading and/or writing. - DEAF must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field in PNR. DEPU (Deportee: Unaccompanied) PG reserves the right to accept DEPU upon approved by Aviation Security Division. No extra charge DEPORTEE means a person who had legally been admitted to a country by its authorities or who had entered a country illegally, and who at some later time is formally ordered by the authorities to be removed from that country. - Reserve 72 hours in advance prior to departure - Reason of being deportee to be clarified for approval of carriage. - The authorities of the country ordering the removal of a deportee from a country shall be responsible for providing a ticket for the deportee's outbound carriage at the applicable fare, except as may be contrary to local law or government regulations, - Before DEPU can be accepted on board, Reservation supervisor need to contact Aviation Security Manager at or And fax below relevant documents to or to avsec@bangkokair.com; a) Passport with 6 months validity, passenger's profile page. b) Visa of destination country. c) Permit for entry to destination country. d) Illegally case for being Deportee (identified in passport or in relevant documents). - DEPU must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - In case of interline carriage; the receiving carriage will be notified of DEPU in reservation message. - After departure the carrier must notify the destination station the name of deportee, complete routing to destination including all connecting point and flight number. 11 DEPA (Deportee : Accompanied by an escort) PG reserves the right to accept DEPA upon approved by Aviation Security Division. No extra charge DEPORTEE means a person who had legally been admitted to a country by its authorities or who had entered a country illegally, and who at some later time is formally ordered by the authorities to be removed from that country. - Reserve 72 hours in advance prior to departure - Reason of being deportee to be clarified for approval of carriage. - One escort per one DEPA. - Reason of being deportee to be clarified for approval of carriage. - The authorities of the country ordering the removal of a deportee from a country shall be responsible for providing a ticket for the deportee's outbound carriage at the applicable fare, except as may be contrary to local law or government regulations, - Before DEPA can be accepted on board, Reservation supervisor need to contact Aviation Security Manager at or And fax below relevant documents to or to avsec@bangkokair.com; a) Passport with 6 months validity, passenger's profile page. b) Visa of destination country. c) Permit for entry to destination country. d) Illegally case for being Deportee (identified in passport or in relevant documents). - DEPA must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - In case of interline carriage; the receiving carriage will be notified of DEPA in reservation message. - After departure the carrier must notify the destination station the name of deportee, complete routing to destination including all connecting point and flight number. - PG reserve the right to deny DEPA passenger requested in advance. 12 Expectant Mother (Pregnancy) No extra charge - PG will transport expectant mother passengers with maximum 32 weeks pregnancy without doctor approval (declaration form for expectant mother must be signed during weeks pregnancy). - If the pregnancy is over 32 weeks, doctor approval regarding her expected delivery date and her suitability for air travel is required for carriage and declaration form for expectant mother must be signed by passenger. During the last 4 weeks of pregnancy prior to birth, expectant mother shall not be accepted for carriage on company's flights. - On the departure date, PG reserves the rights for ground staff and/or pilot in command to deny boarding expectant mother passenger, whose health condition is not fit to fly under consideration of pilot in command, regardless of a medical certificate. - Notification of expectant mother must be inserted under fax field (SSR CKIN) in PNR. - Details of pregnant report must be clarified under Fax (OSI) - Recommend to assign in lavatory area. - Seat can be assigned for any seat except the emergency exit row. EXST (for EVP) (EVP = Extra Volume Passenger) 50 % of normal published Y-class fare for an additional extra seat (applicable promotional fare can be applied for passenger's first seat). - Weight over 91 kg is considered to be an EVP. - 2 Seats occupied by one passenger kg checked baggage allowance. - Seat Dimension 40x48 cm for AT7. - Seat Dimension 43x48 cm for A319/A EXST (Extra seat) must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field and after the passenger name field. - Extra volume Passenger information must be inserted under Fax field (SSR CKIN) in PNR. EXST Passenger requiring the use of extra seats for comfortable reason 100 % of normal published Y-class fare for each additional extra seat (applicable promotional fare can be applied for passenger's first seat). - Extra Seats occupied by one passenger. - A normal Published fare will be charged on each extra seats if request more than two seats. -20 kg checked baggage allowance for 1 additional extra seat. - EXST (Extra seat) must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field and after the passenger name field. - Extra seat information must be inserted under Fax (OSI) SD-GZ-GX003, Rev.04, Effective 01 January 2014 P a g e 7

13 Firearms and Ammunition (Pistol) AT7 4 A319 4 A320 4 No extra charge - Accept for Domestic flight only. - Accept as checked baggage only. - The ammunition weight per passenger must not exceed 5 kg. - The passenger must show Firearms license documents when check-in; ใบอน ญาตให ซ อ/ร บโอน อาว ธป น (ป.3) or ใบอน ญาตให ม และใช อาว ธป น (ป.4) or ใบอน ญาตให พกพาอาว ธป น (ป.12). - PG Pistol box will use on ATR flight only. - If request more than 4 pistol per each aircraft type, please contact Aviation Security Manager for the approval at or or to avsec@bangkokair.com. - Firearms and ammunition must be segregated and suitably packed. - The ammunition inside the package must be protected against shock and secured against movement that it cannot function accidentally. - Firearms and ammunition will be loaded at the aircraft position: - AT7 = Forward compartment, must be last in and first out. - A319, A320 = Forward compartment. - Firearms and ammunition must be separated. - The Declaration of Surrender of Firearms form shall be signed by passenger. Firearms and Ammunition (Rifle and Shot Gun) AT7 1 A319 3 A320 3 No extra charge - Accept for Domestic flight only. - Accept as checked baggage only. - Firearms will only be accepted if unloaded and in a locked, hard-sided container only. - Firearms should not bigger than PG Rifle box (90 cm x 35 cm) for ATR flights. - Maximum per case is 3 rifles/shotguns - Ammunition is limited to 5 kg per passenger. - Ammunition in its original packaging from the manufacturer is preferred, however it will be accepted in fiber, wooden or metal boxes or other packaging specifically designed to carry small amounts of ammunition. - Loose ammunition or clips will not be accepted. - The passenger must present proper Firearms license document when check in. - Firearms and ammunition must be segregated and suitably packed. - The ammunition inside the package must be protected against shock and secured against movement that it cannot function accidentally. - Firearms and ammunition will be loaded at the aircraft position: - AT7 = Forward compartment, must be last in and first out. - A319/A320 = Forward compartment. - Firearms and ammunition must be separated. - The Declaration of Surrender of Firearms form shall be signed by passenger. 14 FRAG (Fragile Baggage) - If in excess of normal checked baggage; International sectors will be separated by Zonal fare. - FRAG items must be suitably and appropriately packaged. - PG will not be liable for damage to fragile items. - Maximum dimension of package; - 50x100x50 cm for AT x160x110 cm for A319 and A FRAG must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - Limited release tag to be used in case of carriage as FRAG. High lift Car Service AT7 A319 A320 Not acceptable Acceptable Acceptable High lift car available at station BKK, HKT, USM, HKG, MLE, PNH, REP, SIN. - High lift car can be requested and notified to Station Manager (KK) of that station and cc to concerned department. - CNX airport, normally to use Aero Bridge. - High lift car at Suvarnabhumi Airport can be requested and notified in advance 24 hours under Fax (SSR CKIN) in PNR. - In case of high lift request is less than 24 hours but over than 30 minutes prior to departure time, high lift car request has to be notified by to ksbkk@bangkokair.com and also cc to concerned department. - In case of high lift request is less than 30minutes prior to departure time, high lift car could not be served and acceptable if passenger allows to be carried, the indemnity form must be signed when check in. - The request to use high lift at HKT shall be submitted to Station Manager (KK) and concerned division 24 hours in advance. - High lift request must be inserted under Fax field (SSR CKIN) in PNR. 15 INFT (Infant not occupying seat) AT7 7 A A The applicable infant fare, refer to fare rules need to be checked in the system. - Infant must be at least 7days and under 2 years of age on the original departure date (7days after date of birth to 1 year and 11 months and 29 days of age). - 1 infant must be accompanied by 1 adult passenger (Proportion 1ADT : 1INF). - Do not occupy individual seat. - INFT and DOB (Date of Birth) must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - Seat not be assigned in the emergency exit row. - Infant must be attended by an adult and this adult may hold the infant in his or her arms during take off and landing. INFT (occupying a seat) AT7 7 A A The applicable child fare, refer to fare rules need to be checked in the system. - Carrier will not knowingly carry a new born baby within 7 days after birth. - Infant must be at least 7days and under 2 years of age on the original departure date (7days after date of birth to 1 year and 11 months and 29 days of age). - Accompanied by a passenger 12 years of age or older. - 1 infant must be accompanied by 1 adult passenger (Proportion 1ADT : 1INF). - CKIN and DOB (Date of Birth) must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - Seat not be assigned in the emergency exit row. - Infant must be attended by an adult and this adult may hold the infant in his or her arms during take off and landing. MEDA (Medical Case, Occupied one seat) AT7 1 A319 1 A In case the passenger already has a ticket, original ticket will be refunded at issuing office and new ticket will be charged to normal published Y-class fare. - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - Approval of carriage must be made by company doctor kg checked baggage allowance - MEDA must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - Medical information must be inserted under Fax (OSI) - At time of reservation MEDIF and Medical Information Sheet to be filled in and forwarded for approval by company doctor. - All stations concerned must be informed of MEDA carriage via or SITA telex (where applicable). 16 MEDA (Medical Case, Sitting Stretch leg passenger) AT7 1 A319 1 A AT7 = 4 charges including 2 escorts. - A319, A320 = 6 charges including 4 escorts (from normal published Y-class fare). In case the passenger already has a ticket, one charge will be deducted. - In case the passenger already has a ticket, original ticket will be refunded at issuing office and new ticket will be charged to normal published Y-class fare. - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - Approval of carriage must be made by company doctor. - AT7 = 80 kg (totally) checked baggage allowance. - A319, A320 = 120 kg (totally) checked baggage allowance. - MEDA must be inserted under Fax (SSR) - Number of EXST (Extra seat) must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field and after the passenger name field. - Medical information must be inserted under Fax (OSI) - At time of reservation MEDIF and Medical Information Sheet to be filled in and forwarded for approval by company doctor. - All stations concerned must be informed of MEDA carriage via or SITA telex (where applicable). Monk No extra charge - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - Notification of passengers must be inserted under Fax field (SSR CKIN) in PNR. - All stations concerned must be informed in case of more than 5 monks via or SITA telex (where applicable). MP, SEN, Governor (Travel on domestic route inside Thailand only) No extra charge - Notification of passengers must be inserted under Fax field (SSR CKIN) in PNR. - At time of check in, staff to issue Letter of Government (1st copy attached to Sales report, 2nd copy attached to ticket). - At time of check-in, staff to request passenger to sign signature on the letter of Government. 17 Musical Instrument (Checked Baggage or Carry on Item) - If in excess of normal checked baggage; International sectors will be separated by Zonal fare. - If carriage as a checked baggage. - The musical instrument must be kept in suitable packed, size as following (compartment size of its aircraft type); - Maximum dimension of package: 50x100x50 cm for AT7. 145x160x110 cm for A319 and A If carriage as unchecked baggage is acceptable on each type of aircraft by placing in the closed overhead rack, size as following; - AT7 = Maximum dimension 30x60x18 cm (Test unit standard). The total dimensions shall not be exceeding 108 cm (42inches.). - A319, A320 = Maximum dimension 56x36x23 cm or 22x14x9 ins. The total dimensions shall not be exceeding 115 cm (45inches.) - In case of extra size of musical instruments for orchestra, reservation supervisor shall send a request via to the departure & arrival Station Manager (KK) for approval of carriage. At BKK, contact at lccbkk_group@bangkokair.com. - Musical Instrument information must be inserted under fax field (SSR CKIN) in PNR. - Seat cannot be assigned in the emergency exit row. 18 Musical Instrument (Cello) (Buy a seat for musical instrument) - The charge for each seat occupied by such baggage shall be the fare which would have been charged to the passenger or applicable fare at the time of booking the additional seat. - Dimension & weight are as follow: - As CBBG 40 x 35 x 80 cm maximum weight 73 kg for all types of aircraft. - Limited release tag to be used in case of carriage as CBBG. - CBBG must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field in PNR in case of carriage as CBBG. - Musical Instrument must be lashed with an extension belt. - Seat cannot be assigned in the emergency exit row. Oxygen Service AT7 1 A319 1 A320 1 THB 4,000 per sector for all routes. Two sizes of oxygen bottle available to be serviced are 4.7 & 21.3 liters. - Reserve 24 hours in advance prior to departure - Passenger will be assigned a seat, not in a row with, behind or forward of an emergency window exit. - Passenger has to present a written statement from his/her physician certification the need for in-flight oxygen service, the maximum usage per hour and the oxygen flow rate per minute subject to approval of PG medical doctor both time of reservation and check-in. - PG is unable to use aircraft emergency oxygen for medical needs. - All of the provided oxygen equipments are for inflight use only, not for use at airport locations, passenger needed to make their own arrangement if need oxygen anytime when not on aircraft. - PG does not accept any passenger owned oxygen unit. - Notification of Oxygen Service must be inserted under Fax (SSR) field in PNR at time of reservation. - At time of reservation MEDIF and Medical Information Sheet to be filled in and forwarded for approval by company doctor. - All stations concerned including Charter flight must be informed of Oxygen Service via at least 12 hours before flight time.
